Customer service
Excelente para estadías familiares, espacioso.
Room was very spacious and nice. Good complimentary breakfast. The evening social with snacks and drinks is a nice touch. Easy to get to downtown on the Metromover. The station is an 8-minute walk away. There are no restaurants nearby but take the metromover to the 10th st Promenade which is one stop away and there are all kinds of restaurants, bars and coffee shops there.
Hotel was nice just not ideal area
Good Price
Very good overall
This was a good stay. The gym amenities weren’t all up to par. But overall all everything was more than fair. For a quick trip it was great.
Stayed one night ahead of a cruise. Everything was “ok” - the self serve breakfast was good but there was very limited seating and they ran out of dishes. Staff seemed overwhelmed between having to replenish the food and clean the dishes. The area is walkable with a grocery store less than 10 minutes walk away.
Very well layed out
Está junto a las vías del tren, no duermes nada. El hotel está sucio, no hacen la limpieza en los cuartos, no recogen la basura y huele asqueroso, el servicio está HORRIBLE. Jamás me vuelvo a quedar ahí.
Good hotel.
Property was fine only there for a few hours very late arriving
The room is big and clean good for family with kids
Breakfast experience was terrible. No plates,spoons...food once finished was not replenished. The catering staff and manager was very rude. No hot water in the bathroom. No proper dishes in the kitchen . The guy with long hair in the reception was very unprofessional. Overall I will not recommend anyone
Nice
Excellent!
Outstanding customer service, cleanliness, and comfort! We'll DEFINITELY stay here again.
Spacious comfortable clean room. We stayed one night before a cruise. The breakfast was nice. We would stay here again. Don’t think we’d stay here more than one night.
Not Hilton standards
Front desk associates were amazing, helpful and polite. Room size was very nice. However, cleanliness and comfort lacked tremendously. There was hair found several places. What appeared to be blood found on the door entering the bathroom. We had an issue with the toilet where we had to lift the back off and fix it every time we needed to flush. The pilllows were way too soft and left myself and my mother with neck pain the next morning. The discomfort actually woke us early and we made the decision to check out and leave early. Stains on furniture made it less appealing to sit on. We were so tired from traveling and sitting in hours of traffic that complaining was the last thing on our minds. Question is should we really have to take the time to do so? The room should have been up to Hilton standards without question or complaint.
rooms are big and clean. you have everything in your room that you need at your stay. nice kitchen that you can cook.
Close to port cruise
It was a good experience very close to port Cruise.
Clean n very friendly staff
Love this hotel and have used them twice now. Easy to get to, lots of amenities, safe, quiet and we enjoy the breakfast in the morning. Only downside is that there are not too many restaurants close by. You'd have to walk at least half a mile or more and the location is in a city center area so some places close as early as 4pm.
Great hotel-location and staff!
Hotel was super convenient to walk to various eateries and gyms. Loved the full size fridge and grocery store within four minutes of hotel. All in all-a fantastic stay.
Beautiful room. Very spacious Studio room.
Expensive parking I paid 64 for 1 day and the air conditioning is out dated
This property was a great stay for the night before our cruise. In walking distance, there’s a very cute park for our kids to play and cute little restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.
Place is ok, and depending on your price point, deals, etc, perhaps worth it for the area. Carpets seem damp. Pool is 3 ft deep, doesn't appear to get used, and looks out in a train line that's sorta "blah". That said, room was quiet and clean. Convenient to the Brickell area.
Clean but dated and definitely needs a facelift. Also main entrance is very hard to see we drove around for 15 minutes before we realized door leading to garage brings you to lobby.
Poor customer service
Guest services didn’t tell me things about the hotel or to get food and things it was my first time there, just wasn’t friendly or welcoming.
Great location
Clean, great service, staff are friendly and helpful, spacious rooms, location was excellent
Close to most things
The check in and the check out was super fast. I needed that
Didn’t have enough plates or silverware ready to use
I really liked the size of the room.
Needed a quiet place to stay overnight. Hotel was great. Reasonable prices, clean, spacious, and good coffee.
This property need renovations. The sofa bed was very old and had stains and holes in the mattress
The breakfast could be improved. Otherwise the staff hotel and location are nice.
The hotel was very clean, staff was super helpful. I stayed with my young children and felt safe, even though we were in Miami. The breakfast buffet was amazing!!
Exactly as advertised. Suites are large. Cleanliness could use some work. Convenient location. Good value for price.
Unauthorized debit from our credit card for services already paid for and confirmed in advance by the Hotel (WIFI) and also for unused services (PARKING) Absolutely criminal !!!
Everything is awesome
N/A
It was a nice hotel The location was ok just seemed like it was mot very visible and possibly in a residential area. Breakfast was good better than grab and go.
Nice stay!
Nice place to stay
Love the size of the room. Very clean and quiet.
Staff was pre occupied amfounst themsleves more so then helping people get checked in or woth issues they may have had
We asked for a pac n play in advance and they gave it away and we were told shuttle to port was free and it was $15 per person asked to speak to manager and they all have stuck up attitudes and do not listen and just talk over you like you are 5 years old
The continental breakfast was poorly organized. The line extended out to the dining area simply waiting for plates and silverware. The staff worked diligently but could not keep up with the demand. Additionally, food was subpar. Too small of an areas to serve food for the number of guests being served. Not even enough for seating.
We had the best stay.
Rooms are clean staff are exceptional
We didn't stay long here, only a short overnight before getting on our cruise boat. I can say it was quick, convenient, CLEAN, quiet & comfortable!
By friendly staff including the valet personnel
The apartment had a kitchen, but not table to eat. The kitchen hadn’t the wine opener and I need to go twice to the reception to get it. The toilet paper holder was broken. To unload and load the luggage in a very tight area. The entrance of the building is by the garage. The swimming pool is very small and was dirty. The breakfast was terrible. The staff barely speaks English.
This one was better than the one i stayed in in Newark Nj, but overall I was not disappointed with either establishment i look forward to staying again
Food option about 15 mins walk.
Is a strategic place to stay. Very attentive staff and great customer service. The only bad thing was the options at breakfast for vegetarians. The eggs omelette when the have meat in it they should put another option. Also they started saying there is no more of some of the options in the buffet an hour before it ended.
The room was very spacious and clean. Homely feeling.
Wonderful
Excellent
Great location
short distance from cruise port
Excellent service with very friendly people
.
Over all stay was ok. Breakfast was a little repetitive and hot breakfast item selection could be extended. There is no free parking so guests have no choice but to pay for valet parking at $30 per day. Our room had no view other than a brick wall 10ft away, not ideal.
a terrible experience.
we got there at 2 AM and we were expecting 2 queen size beds. they provided 1 with a twin size portable bed. my parents, 1 is disable and the other 77 year old had a very bad experience and an unrestful night. the manager was not at the property and when call to explain that we did not get the accommodations we book asked us to consider another hotel at 2 in the morning. this was a terrible experience for us.
When we got to the room, one of the beds was broke. It had a huge dip in the middle. Also went to use the dishes and there were dirty ones with food on them put between clean ones. So no one checked to see if they had been used. Front desk never answered the phone when we called down. Food selection wasn’t great and the food was barely warm.
This hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood just a walk away from shopping, metro connection. The only thing is that you can easily miss the entrance because it is more or less the entrance to their car park. Other than that, it's a good hotel.
Breakfast wasn’t replenished and most stuff wasn’t available.
Excelent
Comfortable and neat
The breakfast was great.
The property was clean and bright the rooms was spacious and the bathroom was big.
Top flloor hidden lobby terrible situation. No free parking available, didn't like the location.
Nice place at Brickell. Very walkable and clean rooms.
Its an okay property. The pool was smaller than expected. Breakfast wasn't that great. The room was nice. You have to pay for the hotel and the parking separately which makes no sense.
Very good and clean
Huge rooms very clean.
Room was nice and clean. About a 10 min walk to the mover train thats free, hop on and off around the down town area. A publix is near by. As well as a small little park for kid's under rail area. The pool at this place was small and on first level. Parking was 30 a night.
So many suffered and were displaced due to the storm. I arrived at around 1:00 this morning and was not allowed to stay past check out though I arrived way past check in time no grace was provided but options to be charged instead. Breakfast was not good. We were informed food was “all gone” with 40 minutes were remaining, unclean dining room, not the nicest hospitality when you are worn out from displaced travel- disappointed and exhausted
Good place to stay
Quiet stay
Very nice.
Very convenient for our stay, since we needed a kitchen.
This was labeled by Expedia as ‘great for families’ how is a hotel for families carry only one crib?! And when we arrived it wasn’t available and house keeping leave at 5 so nothing front desk can do, if you need sheets, towels or toilet paper you need to wait till the next day.unbelievable. General manager can not be reach, so overall I would stay away if your coming with kids.
Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating during Microsoft outage when they weren’t able to make keys. They did an excellent job despite technical difficulties
Nice .. good breafesh
Two nights in Homewood.
Staff was friendly. Sadly, the internet shortage made it impossible for them to provide us a key to our room for our two-nights stay. We had to get permission every time we wanted access to the room and show an ID. Not a deal-breaker, but it was rather annoying on the second night when they had dozens of new families checking in and we had to wait a long time to access our room at 10:30pm. Paper-thin walls made it impossible to sleep when the room next door had a newborn baby. Overall, the problems were not related to the staff, as they were nice and accommodating. This was just our overall experience. The nearby neighborhood was nice to walk around. We actually left a day early.
Room was clean and spacious.
Great choice
💪
Okay
Your night clerk went over and above and represented you very well.
Perfect spot for our family to stay before getting on our cruise. The facility was very clean which to me is #1
Rooms are very comfortable. It doesn't have parking you don't have option and pay $30 dollars a day for a valet parking (super expensive). And last it had a very poor entrance. In conclusion very expensive for what you get
I love the kitchen
Very close to the cruise port. The room was spacious. Clean. The hot water temp was perfect. However the front desk/maid service was poor. They sent us to look for our own extra blankets. The breakfast was terrible but already knew that as i read the reviews prior. You guys need to upgrade.
Convenient location, close enough to the airport and less than 1.5 miles away from Brickell’s City Centre. Accommodations were comfortable, mini kitchen, clean sheets, hot water, etc. There is a small pool… great for young children otherwise it’s a soaking area for adults (3.6 ft at the deep end with jets) - however there were never any pool towels there so you may have to multipurpose the ones from your room. The Continental breakfast was OK… Most the time everything was picked over and barely refilled by 830am… go early otherwise you are left with either cereal or toast. Several great restaurants less than two miles away. This is also an easy spot to pick up an Uber and head anywhere in town. There is also a beautiful playground less than a block up the street with food trucks open till 5 AM and walking paths along the way.
The check in process was a whole mess. The system was down and we have to wait a long time to have a room assigned. Staff was disorganized.
Property was good. Just a boring neighbourhood for me.
