For what is was a place to sleep it was ok i would not bring my kids here there are ppl that live here as well as renting out rooms for nights and some of the ppl are sketchy and just alot of ppl walking around the rooms are small but workable they have a roach problem as well kinda infested semse like the owners dont want to out anymore money in to it and just hope they make there money out of the hotel and the ppl that are living there

I didn’t like people hanging around outside, the floor was disgustingly dirty. No shampoo or conditioner. Says coffee station but there is not! There is not 24hr service, the attendant was slower than molasses. And for $20 more I could have gone up the road to a much cleaner place!!

Worst hotel experience!!!

Please refund my money or I will stop payment. 5 minutes after entering my room I found 3 different live cochroaches. The elevator floor was sticky. The door didn't lock. I cancelled my room and want a complete refund!!!!

Upon booking my stay at the hometown studios Orlando UCF, I booked on Expedia from November 22nd through the 29th, which totaled $377.86 plus a 100.00 deposit. When I went to the front desk on November 22nd, a lady named Liza "Lisa" was very incompetent, rude, and seemed unaware she was checking me in. Liza showed me a room that was not clean yet, which was room (126), a disability room. Liza told me to wait for an hour while the room was cleaned. And she would go ahead and check me into room (126). When Lisa gave me my room key, it had the wrong room (124) on the key, so I went back to make Lisa aware that she had put the wrong room number on the key; she said, "Oh, I'm sorry," and changed the room number back to the room (126) and did something in the computer and told me I was good to go. Upon entering room (126), I saw a dead Roach on the wall. I started putting my food in the refrigerator, and roaches began coming out of the fridge from behind the refrigerator. I called Lisa to make her aware, and she said, "Well, I'll put you on the list for the exterminator on Wednesday, which would be the 27th of November." the same night, when I was sleeping, and someone tried to enter my room I had the door lock which is a safety lock. It was a man I was screaming, and he said, "Oh, I thought the room was vacant." I cried and screamed because I thought I was being robbed/ He said, "I'm the security guard. He said your room is on my vacant list. I don't know what's going on. They s

I paid for a 2 queen bed RM. on day of check in they only had a 1 double bed RM for 3 people. when we did get there there was no pillows in the room and there was no shower curtain!!!!! didn't get a price adjustment or an apology!!! was very surprised, I stay here often and this was NOT their normal response!!!!!

Check-in process was slow considering I was the only one in the lobby. I sat there 30 minutes before the front desk staff called me up to do the paperwork. The bed moves when you sit on it so it’s obviously not a quality item. The bathroom had 1 bar of soap and towels, so very limited hygiene supplies. For the price I paid I didn’t expect much. It’s fine though, I just needed the room, wasn’t needing much. But I definitely wouldn’t spend days here.

No AC. The A/C unit ran, but blew no air. The room has horrendously hot. No soap, no shampoo or toilet paper in the room for the entire stay. I had to go out in a heavy rainstorm at 11:30PM to purchase toiletries. I called the front desk and they advised a technician would fix the unit, nobody showed up. If they did, there was still no cold air in the room. Roaches crawled all over my luggage and throughout the whole room. I only stayed because everything was sold out in the area due to UCF Family Weekend. This so called hotel should be inspected and shutdown immediately…I want my money back, but doubt they will pay..

When we arrived, we found two used bath towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door, the AC wouldn’t go on and off automatically and wasn’t working very well, the turnstile plate in the microwave was missing, there was no shampoo or conditioner, there was a bug crawling and hiding in the rubber cushioning of the refrigerator door, the refrigerator appeared to be missing shelves and one bath towel that was folded on the shelf, turned out to have many black spots all over it, and the TV remote was not working and needed to be replaced. Since we checked in around 10 PM, the only employee at the front desk, tried her best to accommodate us. Unfortunately, she was unable to fix or adjust the AC and since the hotel was fully booked, she was unable to change our room. She did give us a new TV remote that worked, one small shampoo/conditioner (only one she could find), and two clean bath towels. She did here best at the end of her day. I wish I knew her name.

Staff is amazing!! Liza and everyone do awesome on a daily basis. House keeping also do a great job. The manager is a good guy and so is the gm. Its not bad for the price, you cant go wrong. Few bugs but nothing out of this world. Its not the Ritz Carlton so just have to take care of it. For most part it has been safe place to stay. Neighbors were awesome as well.

Expedia needs to do a better job inspecting the sites. This is not a facility for travelers to stay. The majority of the rooms are being used for short term rentals. The room provided was moldy in the bathroom. Not the best conditions to stay for a college move in.

Our room was double booked so we were placed in a smaller room and had to share a bed! The floors were disgusting and we had to ask for towels so we wouldn't have to step on them and have black feet. They were out of extra clean towels, but were able to give us some stained ones. The room was damp for our whole stay, even our sheets. Won't be going back to this location.

This property is very unsanitary and unsafe. Upon checking in I was burdened by the smell of trash and urine through the halls. I checked in later in the evening and when I made it to my room there was a roach crawling on the wall. I booked myself for four nights but immediately wanted to check out early, but unfortunately was still charged for the full four nights despite me leaving within the same hour of checking in. If you are out of options and absolutely need something, then I wouldn’t fault you for reserving this hotel. But if you have the option, even if it costs a few more dollars, please take your money somewhere else.

Called to let the staff know our flight was delayed. I was told no one would be on site at midnight as they close at 11 and we would have to book third party and prepay! We had two rooms and had to pay an additional almost $400 as our reservations were don't almost a month in advance. We got there a little after 12am and were given keys by the security guard! One of the two rooms we had was absolutely filthy a well as the AC didn't work! We all ended up staying in one room and the security guard said to contact the front desk on the morning. Morning came and we spoke with them. At first they said they would move us then told us they would just clean the room again for us and check the AC. Manager would not come out and speak with us or view our pictures. Never offered to compensate he might we didn't stay in it. After room was "cleaned" the AC cover was left off and dust was all over the floor.

This wasn’t exactly a hotel. It was more like a low income, pay by the week kinda place. We payed for two nights and cringed with staying for the one night we did. There were roaches, there was a used towel hanging in the bathroom. The floors were filthy. My 4 year begged to go home in the middle of the night from all the sounds we could hear all around us. Needless to say we didn’t stay our full time and just took the loss. Highly, Highly recommend if you have any desire for any kind of cleanliness; DONT STAY HERE!!

I did not have high expectations due to the reduced price for the room, but it was much worse than even I expected. First, the office was closed just after 11:00pm when I arrived. The gentleman who came to check me in was a security guard in a vest and carrying an open carry gun. He was nice and got me checked in. The property and elevator were dirty. But the absolute worst was the stench of stale cigarette smoke in the room. It was so bad I couldn't even sleep. This was a Non-Smoking room and I had to sign that I would not smoke in the room (Not a smoker, so I happily signed this). I will never stay at this hotel again nor will I recommend it to anyone. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! Room was disgusting. Cat food all over the floor of a "no pets" hotel. Floor appeared as though it had not been mopped in days. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. The heat didnt work in the room and to top it all off, no one at the desk from 11pm to 7am. All redroof corporate had to say was "Wait until 7am so someone could help." We were booked for two nights, stayed zero nights.

A MUST TO AVOID

This is a Transient housing facility trying to double as a legitimate hotel. We didn't even last one HOUR at this flop house. 1: The "Well furnished kitchenette" had ZERO dishes or pots (But they will SELL them to you) and 2 busted burners. 2: Place had an off smell and everything looked dingy. 3: NO TOWELS. (didn't get to asking if they sell those too...tried to call the front desk and HUNDREDS of roaches scurried out of the inoperable phone. 4: Took a call to Hotels.com to get the manager to issue a refund for our full paid price (We paid there, yet they tried to say we needed to get the refund from Hotels.com...the call got that fixed. If I could've given this place negative stars, I would've.

Good location, but would not even consider again

Two people working at the front desk were very, very friendly. That's where the positives end. I was assigned a room that looked lived in (bed unmade, water bottles and trash on the table and counter top), so I asked to be moved. The room I then got smelled like smoke. The bathroom sink poured water out from the base of the faucet when turned on. The upper door hinge on the refrigerator was held together with a zip tie. The A/C unit worked pretty well, but made was continually making different noises that, instead of functioning as white noise, made it difficult to sleep.

This was the most disgusting Hotel I have ever stayed at. there were several undesireable people hanging around and my family and I felt very unsafe. The rooms were filthy, plumbing backed up, roaches everywhere - unfortunately we couldn't get another hotel because they were all booked -

I actually did not get to stay at this property. They cancelled my reservation but was able to move me to their sister location 20 minutes away. The new place was a downgrade from what I had reserved but yet I still had to pay the same price. Would never do business with these people again.

Bad experience porqué yo reverse 1 semana antes es $75 por noches pero después de llevar la llave devuelta ellos me cargaron $88 por noche y aparte ellos necesitan mantenimiento full porque esta sucia y la escalera huele a pipi y yo vi cucarachas en la puerta y abajo la cama. Por mi es 1 estrellas y $45 por noche

Shower was clogged and when they gave me a plunger to fix it since they don’t have maintenance to fix it and I had to do it myself, a bunch of black stuff came shooting out of the drain. When I went to call down to the front desk to ask for help I realized the phone had no cords. An actual safety hazard

The property was good, clean, had lots of room but when I did my laundry the washer flooded the laundry I went got front desk guy he comes in and turns the water off and told me to let it finish I'm like how are my clothes going to get clean he said nothing, I ended up storming another$6.50 to rewash my cloths and$6.00 to dry then do I ended up spending $19.00 to wash two loads of cloths I feel like they should have paid for the second wash

Shady and scary

Check-in clerk was good. Door was ajar when we arrived at room, AC did not work, halls smelled like urine, 2 towels appeared preused, no wash cloths or hand towels, stove was beat up, microwave light nonfunctional. Deadbolt took a lot of work to make function. Door block was dangling from wall and nonfunctional. People outside our room were loud most of night.

We got a room that had cockroaches even in beds. Shower moldy and floors in nasty shape. After leaving shower my wife wanted to dry the Flor near the bathroom and the paper she used came literally black. They moved us to another room not better at all. The elevator wasn't working during our one week stay so I imagine it never works. I really don't understand how healthy departments allow this properties to operate. All this us not an exaggeration.

Cockroach infested hotel

The hotel is cockroach ridden. They moved me from one room because i killed 30 roaches in one night. The second room still had roaches but not as bad and i put poison.
