This was a rushed, last minute choice. Only stayed for one night. The door was opened remotely after me trying to get in touch with the person in charge for half an hour. Couldn’t use the elevator as the provided key didn’t work. The room was clean but crammed and felt cheap and worn out. All noice from outside could be heard from the tram to people and scooters during the night. I checked-out as soon as possible. The place is well connected to the train station on foot.

Place had everything you need when traveling. Close to main station of Florence.

The property was located with easy access to the train system.

The bathroom was a little smelly when you flushed the toilet, no matter the contents inside. The entrance is a little confusing, the light is automatic so you have to switch it on when you’re entering. The overall room was nice, the bed was very comfortable, a little creaky. Overall nice stay. Had a problem with my booking and the owner was very lenient and helped me out over the phone. There is no lobby or staff, just an apartment style entrance.

Property is in a good location, close to the main train/bus station, but at night it's kind of a bit scary, we got stopped 3 times by people asking us for money and following us to the apartment, however nothing happened. Showers are very small and for a medium to big person like me is very hard to take a shower, other than that everything is fine, rooms are clean. I would suggest to put a second pillow per person in the wardrobe for persons like me who like to sleep on two pillows (the ones we found were very soft). Sofia and Ginevra are both very accommodating and helpful.

Pretty poor

Pretty poor in all honesty. The bed should have been a double but was two single mattresses together. The shower was awful with a massive step just to get into it.

Place is small and basic. Ginevra who checked us in was extremely nice and helpful. The location is perfect, far enough away that it’s a quiet street but still walking distance to everything. Also we had pastries and coffee at the same place around the corner every morning that were fantastic

Very good system to entry to the rooms. Easy money only. They do not expense oil to put in the doors, when open it, very noisy. This is "Supposed" to be an B&B, but no breakfast is offered. They need to change the name for rooms only, this is fake information. Also, NO Information about around, restaurants or how to get to rooms.

Everyone was really nice and accommodating. Place was always clean.

An affordable conveniently located hotel with basic amenities close to the station. Staff were very helpful and quick to respond.

Extra small room. Extra small and dirty bathroom. Uncomfortable check in. Dark entrance. Unsafe windows and unsafe shower. Furniture very old. Extra small TV. Bed and towells clean at least.

Good stay, 15 mins walk to the center. Spacious area. Clean

Gestori molto gentili. Premetto che la mia esperienza si riferisce ad una sola camera. Acqua calda che va e viene, perdita dal piatto doccia con rivolo d’acqua che si intrufola nella camera, assenza di luce allo specchio del bagno, wc a dir poco traballante. Non profumatissimo l’ingresso nell’edificio.

Me encantó la ubicación,llegas del aeropuerto en 20 minutos y caminando al centro.

Estadia foi boa, ótima localização, porém banheiro pequeno e faltou serviço de quarto, poderia ter frigobar no quarto e microondas na copa.
