Great customer service, very clean and breakfast was great!

This was not quiet. Someone running in the room above us, dragging things across the floor most of the evening. Access was difficult into the property. Breakfast was only so so. Nonetheless, I would probably return.

Fantastic Staff

We stayed @ Home2Suites through the Christmas holiday and we're delighted with the accommodations. The room was spacious, we had all we needed to reheat & serve our preplanned holiday meals. The hotel was running on a short staff so most could be with their families but the service we received was outstanding and all employees were so nice. Would recommend to anyone!

Room was clean except the microwave was not working and the heat was on and off . Had to request a different room

The staff was extremely helpful. My husband left his glasses in the room after we checked out and Joseph (I think that was his name) located them and kept them safe until we were able to retrieve them.

Other than having to move into another room, (due to no internet access) after already unpacking my belongings it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel was nice. However online it says there isnt a check in end time but when we got there the door was locked and it took about 10-15 minutes before we could get anyone to come let us in and check in. The guy working the desk said if we would’ve came any later they would’ve canceled our reservation which would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. Our shower also had no shampoo, and our tv wifi kept saying it wasn’t connected so that gave us issues. There was also dirty silverware in the drawer.

Room was great except for the temperature of the “hot” water. It was not hot enough for a comfortable shave or a real relaxing shower.

this hotel did not follow policies set forth by expedia/travelocity and caused an absurd situation that took over 2 hours to only partially** resolve since the issue occurred the same day as check in leaving no other choice. do not stay here- rooms are dirty with unmaintenanced repairs and staff is overly rude about their failures.

Room was great. Pool was a little dirty, however there were tons of kids, so i guess that's to be expected.

Check your towels

Breakfast could be better. Yogurt should be individually packaged, and yogurt machine was out. More fruit options, plates and utensils were gone.

Very friendly staff

Fairly well maintained outside and staff very friendly. There AC in hallways didn't seem to be on/'working though and our room air was so damp...not sure if they need a dehumidifier or there was leak somewhere in building? Also, the tile floor entryway and bathroom in our room was sticky when we arrived and there was hair in bathroom and shower from prior guests. At Saturday breakfast, there was not enough silverware - they ran out of clean silverware so we had to walk back to our room to get spoons so we could eat our cereal. However, this hotel is the still the nicest and safest hotel in that immediate area and we will stay there again when visiting family. Other hotels are nearby dirty and have safety issues from what we have heard.

Joseph at the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming which was very much appreciated after we arrived at midnight after a 14 hour drive to check in. Room was large and clean, the only complaint I have is that the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking to the point there was a good amount of water on the toilet and floor which we noticed our last night there. The receptionist at the desk at check out was apologetic. I would definitely stay there again

HILTON SUCKS!!!

I had SUCH a horrible experience at my stay at Home2Suites/Hilton & would like my $ back. There were so many issues during my stay, ranging from the loud noise above me all night, thumping sounds, like the guests above me were having a wrestling match (in room 413). I drove ALL the way straight from Fredericksburg, VA, 8 hours & 20 mins on Friday, July 26th, and I got NO SLEEP that night due to the loud noises; it lasted until about 5:28am, Saturday. I brought this concern to the front desk person on duty. While the front desk personnel was nice & apologized, they did NOTHING to address the situation. Saturday morning when I went my 2 friends & I went to the breakfast, they ran out of fish, didn’t have a fork & the food staff was discombobulated. I understand there was a large group of guests there due to the Cincinnati Music Festival, but still, there was NO EXCUSE for this horrible service. I had to drive ALL the way back 8+ hours with no sleep. I will NEVER 👎 go back to ANY Hilton. The tagline commercial for Hilton should be: “Hilton, NOT for the stay”!

Wonderful Accommodations!!

Prior to our stay we called and the staff person was so nice and helpful. We were anticipating a mice stay and we were mot didappointed. Very friendly and caring staff. Place was well run, good breakfast, nice, clean rooms. We would definitely stay there again. We could not have been more pleased.

Just 20 min from Kenwood Towne Centre. Very friendly staff and breakfast wasn't too bad at all.

For The price that we pay for this hotel. It was mediocre at best. Would definitely not be staying with you again.

Enjoyed the stay, the breakfast was a subpar and the waffle machine was broken. The silverware in our rooms kitchen was dirty but other than that the stay was enjoyable.

Great overall stay. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper after room serviced on the second day.

My stay was ok housekeeping could be much better breakfast was not great (that's why we went out to breakfast) the sofa in the room was terrible and not clean.

Room was ok nothing spectacular. Tv didnt work and they offered to move is to another room but we chose not to...didnt want to hassle with packing everything back up. The breakfast was terrible. Food was cold, not much selection, coffee wasnt made and we had to ask for it. No forks. Never cleaned out the waffle maker after it looked like someone had half their waffle stuck on it good. The person running the area didnt want to work and was rude when pe I le asked her for forks, coffee, bread for toast, etc. Just wasn't kept up. I would not stay here again. Would chose somewhere else

Front desk and housekeeper team super attentive, friendly and genuine which is most important. Second or third stay at this location - makes much better my time away home. Great dinner place next door, super safe to walk around. Overall, my hotel for my business trips to Cincinnati.

Traveled with husband and adult daughter for a graduation in Oxford. Hotel room was great for what we needed. Clean and well appointed. Check in was easy and efficient. Would stay again.

Our stay was great until it came to check out. I had ask for a later check out offered to even pay extra money sunday morning agreed to a 1pm check-out. As i was getting in the shower 2 different people knocked on the door 1st very apologetic 2nd 1 was when i was in the shower and he decided to knock and just walk right into the room all before 11am. I felt it was a violation of my privacy. No communication was giving for the later check out. Which should of been done..

Wrong room, nice other than that

Nice hotel only complaint really that I have is that they waited until I checked in to tell me that they did not have the room I booked with 2 queens and gave us a king with a pull out sofa. Not a huge deal but I do not like that they waited until I was already checked in to tell me.

Business Travel for Annual Conference

My stay at this property was for business travel. The location was great for connecting with shops and restaurants. The room itself was very spacious. The attention to detail was not the greatest as we had to request tissue for our room and re-clean the shower area. Once informed of the issue(s), the staff was very accomodating.

Great heated pool! Had to ask for towels to be put in pool area. Great gym. Rooms are nice, felt like it had never been stayed in before.. Tea and coffee were billed as always available but only cold coffee and cold water at the tea station in mid afternoon. Breakfast is good, waffles are great, though they struggled to keep the batter dispenser filled. They werenshoet on silverware. I let them know the situation, but after a few minutes as waffles were getting cold, my kids ate waffles with spoons, and I had to use 2 knives like chopsticks for mine. 2nd day they were running pretty hard to keep just a handful of forks in the drawer. Everyone was very nice and helpful, maybe understaffed for breakfast, but waffles are awesome and we got them transported to our faces anyway! I’d stay again.

Hotel room was dirty. My car was vandalized, no security cameras on the property.

We decided to stay here after staying last fall with our kids and having a great time. This year was a little bit different. The cleaning of the hallway was lacking. The entire stay there were crushed chips in the hall. The pool didn’t have any towels available and when asking for some at the desk we received hand towels. The icing on the cake was having our car broken into. I do understand the park at your own risk but the signs stating there are cameras isn’t true. We parked in the back close to the stairs and there are NO cameras in the back. Granted we were one of probably 20 cars that were hit we were not offered a discount or anything.

Parking was easy and getting to this location was convenient. There was a shortage of towels by the pool and the exercise area and the flooring around the pool could have been cleaner. The staff did respond to our requests for towels but each day we had to ask as the pool was never stocked with them. The pool heater was broken when we arrived but the second day it had been fixed and then the temp was great and we enjoyed it.

Room was fantastic. 4 of us were very comfortable, like being at home. This will start being my hotel of choice.

Great night away from home!

Went for an overnighter to go swimming. Pool was very, very chlorinated! So much so that my kids had to get out. That would be my only complaint.

The reason why I gave a disappointing overall stay because as soon as we checked into our room there was children over is running and stomping and moving furniture. I call the front desk and was told they would take care of it. However, the noise kept going. It was very annoying. Needless to say you couldn’t get any peace. Honestly I feel like I should get a refund because I didn’t have a good stay due to this reason. It wasn’t relaxing what so ever. We left for a couple of hours and came back to still stomping over our heads. Running back and forth. I didn’t even call the front desk again because I felt like it was useless at this moment. They can’t control people and their children. I just wish they would’ve moved us once I told them the problem. Process my refund please. Oh I also got a recording of the loud noise from the room.

Great choice/location for business trips

Pretty satisfied, it would be perfect if they would offer more breakfast options. Otherwise, my choice now for my regular trips to Cincinnati / Dayton (to avoid the traffic downtown).

It's a reasonable hotel that I've stayed in now 4 times as I'm working at an office nearby. There are a few places in walking distance but otherwise unless you have a car you have to get Uber everywhere.

I have been returning every year to this hotel, because it is centrally located, and all my friends come over for cookouts on the grill, and watch football on the big screen in my room .....a great alternative to going out to pubs, the hotel has all the amenities to entertain the group of my friends at the start of every football season. Great grilling section with 2 large gas grills, modern up to date appearance, and clean, and a most helpful staff...really great stay over 5 days.

The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. There are many dressers to unpack your clothes and a full couch so you don’t have to sit on your bed. There is a fully stocked kitchen with dishes and silverware, a dishwasher and a full-size refrigerator. These rooms are perfect for families with children. Also there is a pool and exercise room.

The Staff were very courteous from the moment that you arrived

We normally stay here yearly for our family vacation these past 4 years. This year was not good. Our room was nasty. The sheets had good on them, the carpet was smelly and they never can to clean our room once requested. The only thing that was great was the front desk. She was the nicest women every time we have visited.

The couch wasn't the most comfortable. I'd rather see a couple comfy chairs

The room was spacious for the number of guest that stayed there. The bathroom tub was chipped some rust stains in the bathroom. I stayed there when they first opened. It was very excellent. Over the years the up keep of this hotel has diminished which was not great? I believe the staff. We're taking shortcuts with cleaning . the sheets wer dirty. They came to change the sheets and blankets. Hair was in the tub . I always come prepared with my My own cleaning supplies cause I don't trust hotels anymore. (Spic and Span , lysol bleach wiped and disinfectant air Spray) There was a big stain in my carpet. They offered to change my room however By the time I arrived there from a long drive. I was just too exhausted. The staff asked me to touch it the floor to see if it was wet. That was not my job, they did change my sheets. They were nice, there's a movie theater right across the street which was nice.

They were short staffed but the ones that showed up were amazing. Missy worked the front desk Saturday morning and i earched her almost single handed run the gront desk the breakfast bar, cleaning the lobby all with a smile. It was very crowded and things kept running out but Missy never let us see her sweat. She took care of at least 20 or more people all at once earing breakfast and assisting guest at yhe counter. Missy rocks!

They serve breakfast but very limited. Does not use disposable utensils and they were not cleaned. My wife has to complain about the utensils. Nobody checks if there are enough shampoo, containers are empty, we have to ask staff to give us some.

Nestled between an Industrial area, and a very commercialized area, this property does a great job of catering to the customer needs and provides a walkable restaurant nearby. That is very nice. Everything you need is within 5 to 10 minute drive to Max. Great place!

Checked in at 5:00pm, room was not ready. She switched me to another. When I got to my room, the floors in the bathroom and entrance/ kitchen area were really sticky. Disappointed.

Our room was not cleaned to my standards. There was hair on every tile surface. Make up on the blankets--I don't wear make up. Some of the dished in the room were also still dirty from previous. One of the workers was quiet rude anytime we asked for anything. We made the best of our time traveling with 5 kiddos. They had a blast and we did enjoy the spacious room and breakfast food theg offered.

Would definitely stay here again one of the biggest hotels I have ever stayed in. Lots of room for the kids and family to stay all in one room. Thank u so much for a great two night stay.

Was not given room accomodations I booked. Bed had no pillows was told there weren't any and there was no one I could talk to about the problem. One person in my party had to sleep on the floor. Worse extremely worse experience ever. Think I should have a refund for the person who had to sleep on the floor. $265 is a rip off when u sleep on the floor

When I arrived the front desk person was nice, however I was very unhappy with my room for all the money I paid to stay there for 9 days. First off my tub was dirty and there was a weird smell in my room coming out the sink. I notified the front desk and was told they could have someone come clean it the next day(however no time was given further inconveniencing me so I cancelled the cleaning and did it myself!)I was never given a time so I after PAYING MY MONEY as well as the incidental charge on top of the room($175!! more) I had to buy cleaning supplies and clean my own tub no way I was getting in a dirty tub which also made me question the cleanliness of the entire room and I also had to clean and disinfect my room since I was scared it hadn’t been cleaned properly since my tub was so dirty. So after traveling for 14 hrs I got to also clean my own room and bath tub before I could shower and relax! Then there was no notice that maintenance would be in my room the next day after I left, so after cleaning my tub I come back to my room to a dirty tub again! I ask if someone had been in my room (I had a DND sign up) they said “O, yes maintenance had to put up new soaps, so I guess the maintenance guy just comes in with dirty shoes and didn’t think to wear shoe covers or clean up his mess! (Nor was I notified ( I do not like people entering my room without notice, this was something that should have been done before my arrival)( Funny when I called to cancel the cleaning since

While checking inn i was made aware that the pool was closed for maintenance my kids were so disappointed. The cleanliness of the room was subpar at best, no soap in the bathroom, we had only a small amount of shampoo in the dispenser...you can do better guys.

Overrall this hotel had a lot of amenities to explore. The open pit fire was great for roosting marshmallows and grill too
