The shuttle did not have a driver and so we had to pay for a taxi. Staff would not reimburse. Clean room, Good breakfast, pleasant staff.
First time traveling with my small dog and was very easy
Great location
Nice stay. Helpful staff.
All was good. Recommended.
Home 2 Suits is such a nice property. Welcoming staff and so helpful. My first time here and definitely will be my go to from now on. The rooms were clean with extra supplies. I love that I can ask for an electric stovestop and get a pot and pan. It helped make our stay even better! With hungry soccer boys you always need to cook good meals! Thank you!!!
Great place to stay the night. Great staff. Very friendly. Nice to find a place that accepts pets.
Hotel was clean. Staff was great. WIFI in rooms was terrible, kept dropping off making it tough to get work done. Then no signal. Lobby was fine for WIFI. TV channels take 10 seconds to change. Felt like cable and wifi from 10 years ago.
Nice stay!
This u it had everything we needed to stay for a few days. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed comfortable and clean.
It was a good stay We had difficulties with the wify continuously dropping out We complained twice to the front desk but they were unable to resolve the problem
Nice,clean, and friendly staff
The property was amazing. The Samoan lady at the reception was amazing. The young Asian girl at the reception needs immediate customer service training. I think she is one with the glasses. We had a power outrage and microwave was not working. She told us to wait till the next day for the maintenance worker and didn'tshow any courtesy. Eventually, I managed to fix it myself. I humbly requested to clean the BBQ grill since it was filthy. Some other guest may have used the BBQ few months back and didn't clean it. She started educating educating me about the policy that the guest have to clean the grills. I ended up cleaning their grills for about an hour and then we had another power outrage. I had to do the BBQ using my cellphone lights. If I was an owner of the hotel, I would have fired her on the spot. Despite this poor experience from her, I am giving a 5 star rating since the hotel was clean and other staffs were amazing. Thank you
No traffic Quiet Easy parking Nice room with kitchen
The property is nice and clean. However, I was not aware I was going to have to pay for parking and I was really disappointed with the breakfast.
Room size was good for my kids. Breakfast was great.
Very nice
Over all the stay was very good - - except for losing power on one wall of the unit - for the night and morning. no lights etc.
We enjoyed our stay and the staff was fantastic. We did however have 2 concerns. The beds were firm, to the point of being hard. Our bed had a bedskirt as one of the blankets on the bed. We were only given one key, because the desk said that they didn't have enough, and we were going to be charged for parking, even though the website clearly stated that it was free parking. They did waive that fee. We had 2 adjoining rooms, and we all were very uncomfortable on the beds in both rooms. Beds are blankets are basics that a hotel should be on top of.
Overall is good. Breakfast is alright.
It seemed a little unkept, trash cans entering the property was overflowing, the furniture had stains on it, but once in the room it was ok...
Nice, clean, spacious rooms. Clean public areas. Wish the breakfast area was a bit larger, and cleaner. Limited selection and tight area for so many people getting breakfast
Excellent service and friendly
It was clean and comfortable.
Was awesome
Nice place. Big room and quiet. Good restaurants around the hotel.
Room not as described
They didn’t have my room ready by 4:30pm
I received the best customer service from those I came in contact with. My room was the perfect size and had some great amenities. They had shuttle service to and from the hotel every 30 minutes which was great, I made sure to take advantage of that. The free breakfast I never took advantage because it was too busy and cramped. I took advantage of getting the cooktop and cookware to make my own breakfast in the room. I wish it had a bath/shower combo as it was advertised to have, it had shower only.
This hotel was clean and efficient
Spacious and good condituon
I liked the sitting room & kitchenette (fridge, microwave & dinnerware!
Breakfast was poor. Not the quality of the food-but the availability of food and utensils and plates/bowls/glasses. Very subpar. Additionally, for the duration of our stay-I swear the air conditioning was running in the hall outside our room. It felt about 55 degrees from the second you stepped off the elevator until we got in our room.
Good
It was a quick trip, but it was amazing.
Okay stay
Front desk girl when I checked in wasn’t friendly or helpful.
Spacious double queen beds, clean, free shuttle services, and staff are nice
Very comfy bed. Friendly staff Very clean Huge bathroom Dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee machine with nice coffee. Great working heat and a/c Huge shower for 2 Both TV were about 50 inch Will be back in 8 days Very friendly Shuttle operator
Good
All nice and smooth
I only stayed there one night after long flight from Manila and I absolutely enjoy the comfortable day and pillows. The shower was nice. It was well equipped and was so comfortable. The place was quiet and the service was great. I have a wonderful breakfast in the morning, I am taking a shuttle to the airport was so easy.
Can't recommend
Upon check-in, we witnessed two guests in front of us canceling their reservation due to the pool being closed. The receptionist greeted us with, "So, are you canceling too?" While we chose not to cancel, I regret not having done so after the experience that followed. The receptionist was unprofessional, offering no explanation about the property, breakfast options, or check-out procedures. Upon entering our room, we found that the "queen" beds were actually standard twins, which were uncomfortable. When we inquired about this, we were met with a curt response regarding hotel-sized beds. Additionally, the bathroom sliding door lacked a lock, and there was a noticeable gap. On the second night, while trying to purchase drinks, we encountered another guest attempting to check in, but no staff were available. When the guest knocked on the window, they were rudely told that the receptionist was on a mandatory break and that they would need to wait to check in. Furthermore, we frequently noticed a strong smell of marijuana seeping into our room. However, the two morning guest service agents were friendly and helpful, providing a positive note to an otherwise disappointing stay.
great room, great pool, laundry was great. ladies at front desk were always super sweet.
Cruise Port Stay
Stayed at the hotel before taking a Alaska Cruise. Was convenient to the Cruise Port. Easy to walk or take Lyft/Uber to restaurants and stores.
The entire staff are all so sweet and nice! I felt very welcomed. I will definitely be staying here again.
Great place to stay when the flying out at SeaTac. Shuttle service and parking make it very easy. Staff is always friendly and rooms are clean and comfortable.
Clean very nice room staff was very nice
Nice place. It was just not nice when i checked in the 2 staff were talking and have to wait until they are done talking even they saw they were 2-3 of us waiting. The morning staff was amazing, great costumer service.
Excellent
All good !
It is near the airport and has the shuttle, the location is the main reason that I chose this hotel. Others are OK for me.
They were helpful and courteous for our short stay while on a long layover from the airport. I liked that it was a suite with sink and fridge and microwave. I would likely stay here for a longer stay in the future.
Very nice and friendly service
All good
I have stayed at the property multiple times, one of my favorites.
I am a Hilton member, I always have a good stay and their bed is super comfortable.
I liked that it was very close to the shopping center but I was very disappointed with the service I stayed 3 days and nobody came to clean my room also the breakfast was not good at all
Great atmosphere, everyone very friendly!
Everything was great. Quiet, comfortable, roomy, and clean.
Convenient location near all the malls/shop. It would be nice to have 4 pillows per bed instead of 3. I liked the indoor swimming pool. One of the BBQ grills was not working but another family said the front desk has a hot pan & pans to borrow so that worked for us. One of the dryers was out of service & each working dryer took at least 90 mins to dry a small/med load of clothes due to that there was a line of families waiting for dryer. Fitness room was clean & spacious.
Quick single night stay overnighting between flights. Shuttle driver and front desk staff were very accommodating with our airport transportation needs. Facility and room were clean and up-to-date.
Staff was great, location is convenient. Room and hotel needs to be updated or kept in better condotion.
Great stay overall!
The front desk staff was friendly and professional. The front desk staff named Faith was helpful and went out of her way to assist us with getting transportation to our cruise. We loved the free breakfast and shuttle. It was great for 1 night and the beds were comfy!
Good experience
We had a good experience. It's a nice, clean hotel with good service and convenient location.
Worked well for us because they provided shuttle service from the airport.
The room smelled like a wet dog. When I asked at the front desk about dogs, she said any room is for dogs. I was not happy since I have allergies.
It was a great surprise. Large room, super clean and very accommodating staff. Recommended!
Excellent check in experience! Suite was perfect for family of 5. Appreciated laundry facilities
Great stay near SeaTac
Just a quick refresh after flight back from Alaska. Needed sleep and quiet. Hotel shuttle wasn’t available, but they called us a Lyft. The hotel was amazing! They let us check in early and eat breakfast. We were able to catch up on sleep. Lovely place! Very friendly and super accommodating. Will stay there again!
.
Clean, very nice and modern room
Good hotel with a $10 problem
Overall good property. Very close to many restaurants and stores. Room was clean and spacious. Front desk was quick and efficient The one thing I didn’t like was $10/night for parking. Parking is not a premium in that area and lot was 75%empty both nights.
Love this hotel!!
Being so close to the airport made it super convenient to return our rental car and hop on the plane. Hotel was nice. Missing a bar of soap but front desk quickly rectified the situation. Breakfast was okay, not outstanding, and the food service layout was a little different than we are used to, but everything was fine with no real complaints.
Avg hotel,,,, 15 mins from airport but does provide a shuttle. The shuttle was already full at the time we wanted to depart so had to leave an hour later. Staff was very nice and helpful.
I was disappointed in the reception desk staff. When I arrived to check in, the woman looked at me like I was interrupting her and I had to ask if I could check in. She gave me no greeting as I walked up to the desk. She checked me in with no enthusiasm for her job or warmth. Not the personality to have when you are in a client facing job. About 10 mins after checking in, I had the went back to the reception desk because I had forgotten to ask if a late check out was available. This time there was a different woman at the desk occupied with something. Again, this person gave no greeting as I approached the desk but just looked at me. I told her that I had forgotten to ask about a late check in. She replied flatly that it was going to be at least 10 minutes before she could access the computer because she was just starting her shift. She did not give me the impression that she cared to help at all. I said I would check back later and left. When I checked back she was friendlier, but that first encounter was unacceptable from someone whose literal job is to greet guests and make them feel welcome. On an operational note, I thought it odd that the reception desk staff would be changing shifts at 3pm, which is when check in begins. Seems like the hotel would want staff to be available to help guests consistently throughout the check in period. Other than the poor reception desk service, my stay was good enough.
Home away from Home
Our room was ready when we arrived even though we were early, which allowed us to venture to Pike’s Market. We didn’t need it, but we had a full kitchen. The room was clean, and comfortable with amble space to move about. A little pricey, but well worth it.
Shuttle bus driver never pick me up. Waited over and hour and ended Pati for private transportation.
Very disappointed in the staff member that woke us up in the middle of the night with a phone call, blaming us for being loud. We had been asleep for hours, and the middle of the night call woke us all up and scared our children. They should have been certain what room was being loud before calling random rooms. Then they didn’t even apologize for waking us up! This happened on Friday, September 20th at 11:50pm.
Cruising
Arrived late evening and hotel lacked adequate staffing. The front desk clerk had to pick us up at the airport so it let us waiting for a while. The clerk should be commended for doing her best with little to work with. After arriving computers weren't working well but clerk earnestly worked to get us to our rooms.
I booked a room for a king sized bed through Expedia, and when I got there they said they were all rented out and that I would have to stay in a dual queen room. It was just me and my wife, and we’re both not small people, so we couldn’t even sleep together. My wife had had a sort of terrible day and I was ready to fall asleep behind the wheel practically while getting there, and I could hardly sleep that night. The management did nothing, nor did they even reach back to me when I left a message and an email. Luckily, Expedia was sympathetic and at least credited my account $50 for the inconvenience.
Staff members are very welcoming and helpful. Would stay again when traveling.
Excellent service at front desk Room was great with lots of space. Would definitely stay there again
Distance to airport and shopping close by.
Stayed here in one of the king suites for my birthday weekend with my two kids and cat. We all had a wonderful time and are already planning a return stay. The hotel was a 30 min drive from Seattle proper. It was easy to find and located near shopping, restaurants and what looked like a transit center. Parking was ample but did cost $10 a night. Front desk staff were polite and attentive. All parts of hotel were clean, modern and well maintained. The beds (even the sofa bed!) were surprisingly comfortable. Pillows were a little too soft though. The kitchenette had an almost-full size fridge, freezer, microwave, sink w/ disposal and dishwasher. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. There was a shower but no tub. There was also a cool floor-to-ceiling curtain between the king bed and sofa bed that served to delineate the two areas and that made the space feel cozy. The only negative was that the indoor pool had no hot tub and was closed on our last day. However, it was immediately up and running the next day but sadly that was the day we were checking out. The hotel was also very quiet. Very little neighbor or road noise.
Everything was outstanding except for the ONE lady checking us in on Thursday, she stayed on her phone without signaling us that she seen us and after 4-5 minutes she said checking in? Then rolled her eyes as if we were inconveniencing her phone call. Other than that. Everything and everyone was amazing!
Location was great , lots of shopping and food around. Rooms are huge and bright! Staff was excellent
Elaine from during check in was wonderful! She made considerations for my mother who got injured during our trip.
Good enough for an overnight
A little worn looking, and there was no hand soap in the bathroom or kitchen area. Also the system/front desk(?) checked me out automatically in the morning by 7am, leaving me unable to get in my room, as I was using the app, and the room key deactivated. Little frustrations, but both took time to remedy.
Awful
I has one room for me and one for my parents, booked same time, the hotel couldn’t put us on the same floor, the smell in the room was awful and the lighting so terrible, the kitchenette lights didn’t work, neither the bathroom. One of the worst experiences…
The hotel was nice. The location was clean. The evening desk was nice. The only issue was in the morning front desk lady was a bit rude because a few customers wanted coffee and there was None 8am. She told one of the customers.I've already told you there's coffee and your room. You can just go to your room. At that point we just gave up waiting for the coffee. Felt bad for the person in the kitchen. There was only one person. The food was good.Never had a issue with any of it. The only issue is the customer service at the front desk. The lady in the morning in the morning.9/8/2024
Stayed for 5 nights all was going well until we got a cigarette smell coming through the room as we were with a baby we immediately called guest services and got us into another room. Everything was great with the exception of that
Take a umbrella if walking to dining options.
Avoid 4th floor if you want to use the internet
Very nice place and the staff personnel were friendly and helpful. However, if you want to use the internet, do not get a room on the 4th floor. The internet service there is extremely poor to nonexistent.
Front desk staff very friendly. Customer satisfaction was clearly their goal
The shuttle driver at pick-up drove too fast and took hard turns, so I had to hang on to the sides of my seat. The little guy seemed upset and couldn't care less about the guest he needed to safely transport to and from your property. When we spoke to him, he would not respond. The breakfast attendant was slamming things in the back kitchen area and running late setting up the breakfast. Station.Besides that. All was fine.
Too much waste with plastic knives and forks!!!
We had a great stay for the weekend! Easy & quick check in. The kids enjoyed the pool and had it to themselves both times!
No complaints
Great value!
Large clean room. Had a nice little pool and fitness Center. Even had a free laundry machines to use. Complimentary Breakfast was very nice. Location was good, walking distance to many shops and food options
They were absolutely amazing, we got off our cruise ship and at the hotel at 9am and they let us check in, they have free shuttle and you can order just about anything to have delivered for food.
