Staff made the stay amazing!

Hotel room was spacious. Hotel staff was amazing and went beyond to make us comfortable. The breakfast should not be called a breakfast. There were very few options to eat.

Comfortable room, lots of space, clean with a nice comfortable bed and full sized refrigerator and small kitchen. I stayed a week. Hotel has a decent workout room. Breakfast is basic but fills a need. No restaurant on site. Area is okay.

The construction around the hotel and road were awful. The Breakfast wasn't as described online and no house keeper checked in.

Small Suggestion

Overall wonderful experience every time I stay at your facility. The only suggestion I have would be putting guests with young children in bottom level floor rooms. It's difficult for parent's to keep them from running and bumping around. Most littles wake up at the break of dawn. It made it very difficult to rest peacefully but I refuse to complain about family's with children. 💗

The property is relatively new, but their maintenance was not good. Fitness had no working of AC, one elevator out of two was out of order, and no cleaning room without customer’s request. Breakfast was so so, and one lady receptionist did not smile at all.

A lot of noise, I stayed 4 nights no room service, lamp broken

It’s the location we needed for the purpose of our trip, however, the staff did not pay attention to the request we made that was confirmed by other staff before. We can hear every footstep made from the room above us or noise from the room beside us. Elevator smells weird.

This is one of a few times that we have stayed here and love it each time. It is very spacious for families and in decent area and not too far from the interstate. Will definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay! Me and my wife stay here everytime we visit houston. Im a fan of the location being close to quick eats and 15 to 20 mins from the galleria mall.Only critique is that no one is attending the desk late night which makes getting help a hassle.

We have stayed at this hotel every time we come to Houston for the last couple years while my daughter is in college. The staff is amazing and so friendly.

My husband and I were on vacation and we first went to the Hamptons downtown and was VERY disappointed. We were supposed to stay there 5 days but we ended up staying there only 1 night. The next day we found this gem and we were overjoyed with this place. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. We even stayed longer than we intended to. The only issue we had was on 2 occasions when we requested our room to be freshened up and they forgot. Also, next time we will request to be on the top floor because we were on the 2nd floor and we had running, stomping, and banging above us which we did report to the front desk and it was taken care of. We most definitely will return.

Great place to stay. Could use better parking spots. We had gone out and came back at 11:45pm and couldn’t find a spot.

Cancelled - Did not use

I ended up up cancelling my booking at check in. The stay was in Houston and the only purpose of it was to have A/C and Internet after the hurricane in Houston. I was counting they had generator and Wi-Fi. They did not have and there was not warning in the website about it. Therefore I am claiming back my booking cost. Since they had no power, they could not process online my cancelation, so they just wrote my last name in a manual list. I hope you and the Hotel arrange the situation and process the reimbursement ASAP

Had to check out one full day earlier on July 8th due to the Hotel not having electric power or running water due to hurricane Beril. Prior to that the hotel was great and it suited my needs.

The breakfast options are fewer than before.

I don’t recall the front desk clerks name, but she has two piercings in her nose, Black Queen very informative and helpful lady. Thank you!

Great stay! Facility is new. We had a 2 Queen-beds room, it’s really nice and clean. Staffs are friendly! Would stay here again if we be around this area in future.

I Had 3 nights booked, I left in the second one, the elevator, 4th floor & the room smells bad. They won't refund me the last night, hopefully they use it to clean better does areas. Very disappointed with this brand because I used it in oder locations and 0 complain about it. I hop this review help the Hotel to get better.

Requested a multiple time to have my room cleaned and towels refilled but no one came until my husband saw the cleaning lady who cleaning 2 rooms down from our room. He just asked her to get some more towels and forget about the trash in the room. Other than that, everything was great.

This location was amazing. I am so happy I booked here. It was close to all of my events and was big enough to give my sister and I our own space while laying out stuff out . It was filled with towels and face towels. I wish they had more for breakfast other than waffles, eggs, sausage,cereal and oatmeal . Either way it tasted good and we could have just cooked in the room. Perfect stay

Nice free breakfast. They provide free coffee and tea 24 hours. Room size is pretty big Just one problem that while out stay, I can heard snoring from the room next door. I guessed the wall is not sound proof but all staffs are so friendly

Very clean. Nice to have a refrigerator and freezer. Vinny at the front desk was super nice and made us feel welcomed. Kera who is the kitchen cook is GREAT! Always smiling and always making sure customers are well taken care of. We were on the first floor and unfortunately we could hear people running above us but that wasn't bad. I would definitely stay here again. Lots of restaurants on Westheimer and shopping not far if you want to shop. Quiet area and felt very safe as well. Thanks for a great stay!

We asked to get our room cleaned every morning but only got it cleaned 2 time. The receptionist was rude when I told her we didn’t get any towels

I thought it was a great value for the price.

There was a cockroach in the bathroom. Tried to use the pull out couch and it was like sleeping on a bed of rocks.

My room bathroom was dirty. There were dirty towels/washcloths right beside the tub. The blanket on the bed was stained with makeup. While the staff was nice and courteous, there were supposedly no other rooms to change to. Disappointing experience

The pool is outside with high fences so quite safe. The room was clean and they were able to check me in a little early as i arrived sooner than expected.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times and always clean and stays is always friendly.

I could hear everything what they say in next room. Especially it bothers me a lot when they are watching TV. It sounds like I am in concert hall

This was a great location for my needs in the proximity to get to things. The area is strange in that it seems a little dangerous a few blocks away and then really nice in another couple miles. That is Houston for you. Property was well maintained and felt very new. Gym looked better than most hotels and the pool was nice as well.

The lady at the front desk was unprofessional. She worked Monday 25th around 7pm when i checked. She was talking on her phone. I mean i thought i was in a motel. The hotel is nice and clean but sheesh that lady in the front had no professionalism at all.

This is always the perfect hotel to stay in for families. The rooms has just enough room for the kids to run around in, and the amenities and mini kitchen is spectacular. The front desk were right on top of any problem that we had and I will always visit this hotel.

Beds were not comfortable all parties that were in the room complained or either tossed and turned the entire night. I did check out and rented another for Sunday night. I also arrived at this Home 2 at 3:30 no rooms were available. I finally got a room close to 5:00.

I had a peaceful stay, I enjoyed swimming in the pool, my suite was very clean and spacious, and the room design was aesthetically pleasing. The only thing that I disliked was the connected rooms. The most important thing for me is to feel safe within my own space and privacy, and it made me feel uneasy because I could hear my neighbor and their multiple children very clearly even when they spoke at a normal volume.

My go to hotel when visiting West Chase Houston.

Hotel is clean, huge refrigerator, comfy bed, staff is friendly, location is great for where we wanted to be. It might be a Covid thing or something, when it come to room service, you have to request a day in advance to have the room clean. There was a short period of no power in the morning, so nothing worked. We thought it might be the construction nearby that might cut the power line for the area but it came back in about 30 minutes. We always stay here when we come to West Chase.
