Nice property
Convenient and comfortable
Comfortable beds, great bathrooms, friendly staff. Parking arrangement is difficult especially for anyone arriving late or with kids and luggage.
Perfect for being close to Baylor Scott Rehab Center. Clean, friendly and comfy beds and great breakfast
New yarrow
We stay their for new year a great place too stay.
Good Value
NA
The walk from the parking garage is too long. Felt unsafe.
This property is in close proximity to the Hospital and Doctors Clinic, also the comped parking is a large plus. Very close proximity to areas to eat. We’ve been here several times over the last 6 months and each time is very pleasant.
Rooms were super clean, comfortable, and quite large! The bed was very comfortable and breakfast had plenty of options. I also enjoyed having the kitchen area in the room. Staff was great and able to offer me a late checkout.
Highly Recommend
Great location, easy parking, friendly staff, clean, comfortable room, delicious breakfast. Will be back!
The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was great. A great experience.
Quick, clean, wonderful stay!
Not great
They gave us the wrong room at check in and were fully booked so they weren’t able to correct it. One of us had to sleep on the pullout which was insanely uncomfortable. There was also a LOT of street noise.
Everyone was very nice
Two thumbs up
Very close to the Deep Ellum Entertainment District. Very Clean. Kitchenettes were very well equipped. Breakfast had a large variety,
The lady working the front desk that evening was amazing!! I didn’t get her name but she was so helpful beings the parking garage was a bit confusing. She was also professional and empathetic at check in time and when we door dashed! She is definitely a keeper!

The location is very handy for us as we often have doctor Appointments in the area
My only complaint was the street noise. Lots of ambulances going by. But it is not any fault of the hotel. I expected it being so close to the hospital.
The room and breakfast were first rate. We enjoyed our stay.
This was the perfect place to stay because I had a lot of appointments at Baylor and we could walk to every appointment. We had a great view of downtown Dallas, it’s a bit noisy due to sirens and cars racing, but it’s not the hotel’s fault. We’d stay again.
It would be perfect if you add some bottles of water in the room
Excelente
Fun slumber party with my friends!
Furniture in the room was a little beat up, and the shower control was loose and hard to control, but the property is clean and the staff is very friendly and attentive. A very good stay overall.
It was a great setup right where we wanted to be.
Nice property nicely situated next to the Baylor Heart hospital.
M
Great
Place was nice but the pillows suck they flat and ugly
Everything was as expected minus the parking. Getting to the parking garage & then from parking garage back to hotel was a bit confusing.
This was the perfect place to stay since my appointment was right across the street.
Staff was great!
Our room had everything we needed and more. Great beds, stocked kitchen and lots of space. The best part was walking out to the roof deck and pool overlooking downtown. It was a lovely place to sip wine and watch the sunset.
Great stay. Parking garage fail.
The room was huge and very comfy. Shower was big but the controls were a bit confusing. There was some loose long hair in the shower but not a deal breaker. Had an issue getting out of the parking garage due to the gate not functioning correctly but that was on Baylor Scott and White.
Need better information at the elevator stating which elevator to take to the hotel. Information is vague and confusing for 1st time guest.
Inconvenient drop off and parking.
Door to bathroom did not lock
Hotel and room were nice, but staying 4 nights with no housekeeping is ridiculous! They need to get back to cleaning rooms.
Easy check in, clean rooms, great staff. Only complaint was some very noisy partners very late at night, had to call the front desk to get them to quiet down.
visited for a concert! staff was really accommodating for me and the friends I was with. would definitely stay again! also the breakfast was AMAZING!
The hotel is nice. Very clean and well kept. Breakfast variety was more than I have seen at a lot of other hotels. Rooms are small but very nice. I would stay here again to be close to Baylor Scott & White hospital. Parking is only $5 a night which is very reasonable. Getting your luggage to your room is a bit of a hassle. Park in the garage and take an elevator to the ground floor, weave your way to the hotel office.
The property was very clean, breakfast was good with lots of options, nice staff.
Very nice
location was awesome
Great room size.
Great stay
Great location, booked for a king bed and was given a queen plus a room smell like a smoking room.
It was a nice property, but the furniture needs updated. The couch in our room was filthy. I would not even sit on it. My husband went down for breakfast at 9:10 and they were closing it up. The internet said breakfast was until 10. There were no signs anywhere with the breakfast hours.
It was convenient to the hospital. We didn’t have any problems except last day the electricity blew a fuse while we were getting ready to go home. But all in all, the staff was very nice and helpful at times. I would definitely stay here again if we needed to use the hospital again. Only thing that was difficult was parking.
Basic suites are fine, just get to the room
There never seems to be a place to park to check-in and unload your luggage. The parking garage is in another building. They lock the entrance fairly early in the evening. I waited a short time before another patron opened it for me. The room was a small suite. Everything was fine. The AC struggled on a hot day. The TVs in the laundry/exercise room worked this time.
The couch was stained…clean or remove the couch.

The property looked as if it was outdated. For the most part, the rooms were clean and kept up well except the air conditioner didn’t work in the room as well as I would have liked! The staff was kind and friendly, depending on who was there at the timeu

Clean rooms
Stay from July 29th to July 31st 2024
The location of the hotel is ideal. It was within walking distance of a nice park to walk our dog as well as places to eat. Our room was comfortable and loved the small kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, sink and plates plus silverware. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast bar had a variety of options. An impovement would be having enough of items such as milk and brown sugar.
I found the staff upon check-in in different and inattentive. it was inconvenient that I couldn’t purchase food items from the front desk with a credit card or have the charges applied to my room for some reason? So I had to leave the property late at night in a dark question area looking for snacks. I stay at a lot of Hilton and had much much much attention from the front desk then I did in a major city
Parking was terrible, the most confusing parking garage ever. Don’t use these elevators to get to hotel, but when we found some security guys they said they were the elevators and what to do when we hit the ground floor. No local TV channels. All we wanted to do was watch the news and go to bed.
All comfortable and accommodating. Only shock was $20 parking- no one mentions but they did credit it off one of the nights
It was a long walk to the hotel from the parking garage
Everything went well. The staff are all friendly and helpful.
Great place
Walking distance to hospital.
Very clean and contemporary. Quiet and walking distance to downtown Dallas.
Good
Everything was clean. Parking was easy, right next to the front door.
…
Great stay!
It was a good stsy
Nice & clean, and family friendly
I stayed there for 2 weeks after surgery at BUMC. It's was really comfortable and has everything you need for a long term stay. Breakfast was good, too. Clean and friendly staff. Requests are responded promptly.
Me and my sisters enjoyed the room we received even though it was not the room we had booked. The property took it upon themselves to downsize the room we had booked so me and my two sisters were forced to share a queen bed and a pull out for our stay instead of two queen beds and a pull out
.
Great location for work.
Very nice staff, pleasant, courteous, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel cared for
A lot of space in the suite and kitchenette!
Hotel was nice, staff was friendly and supportive. Only problem with this place is the parking. You have to park in a parking garage next-door and carry your stuff over to the hotel. Also, I had to pay $19 a night for parking.
Decent property…. Safe neighborhood!
Overall was a decent stay. The hotel is opposite a large hospital , so be prepared to hear sirens at all odd hours. There is a parking garage next door for parking. And it is paid parking . The hotel is predominantly used by patients and their families. Which is v convenient. I would not recommend for people on vacation. They do have a large refrigerator and have provided extra cups and glasses for longer stay guests.
Rooms are very outdated. Bad mattress and horrible flat pillows.
Close to hospital
The room was very spacious.
OK for a nights sleep.
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The hotel sits right beside the medical center and shares their parking lot ($19 per day). To find the correct door to the elevator is like being on a merry-go-round. Once on the ground floor you have to walk through a maze to get in the door that has no overhead cover. It was raining when we arrived and no cover from garage to hotel. The exhaust went in the bathroom was full of dust and needed cleaning. The handle for the bathroom pocket door was falling off. The shower floor was slick. It was a supposed textured floor but luckily there was a handle to hold on to. Slickest floor surface of any shower I have been in. This is not the hotel's fault but I lost my airpods on the trek to the garage upon checkout.
Near downtown and major medical center, friendly staff
Great place to stay with the family! Big, clean rooms with kitchenette.
Close to hospital
10 year checkup on my husband’s cancer diagnosis.. Everything went well .. we were given kind treatment.. thank you
Friendly staff and very clean environment but very stiff bedding pillows towels were rough to the touch, not the hilton Linens I’m used to
Front Office check in staff were friendly and attentive. Nice, clean and well organized room.
Handicap and BSW Location Perfection
We were given handicapped assessable room and it was amazing. It met all my wife’s needs. The staff was friendly and courteous. We made arrangements online before arriving. We were located two blocks from our doctor/hospital visit. It will be our go to stay when in Dallas.
It’s a task to get from the parking to the office to get checked in. Now I realize why I was emailed the option of online check in. Other than that everything else is good 😊
Great stay
The parking situation, lack of singnage, lack of valet service, and distance baggage had to be carried, combined to make this experience very unpleasant. Then the street noise was so bad I could not sleep. The breakfast service was touted as 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM. No servers showed until 6:30. Full services not set up until 6:45. Had to leave for a meeting at 7:00 - Thanks for nothing! - Never again!
Front desk clerk was great. Very helpful
All was good
no thoughts
Close to hospital so we can come from out of state and get where we need to without driving in the city
Stayed here to be close to hospital. Parking was not easily found or figure out. Little bit of a hike from the garage to the hotel
Be careful - arrived and booked room given away!!
Arrived to hotel on a pre booked trip only for the to tell me they did not have my room and they were full. Part of our group had to sleep on the couch. The front desk girl was totally rude and just shrugged and said it happens and did nothing to find us another hotel or space. Then the toilet completely stopped working. The only nice thing that happened was on day two when a new front desk person, was extremely understanding and kind and assisted us in cancelling our stay. We then of course had to find and move to a completely different hotel. The first girl indicated giving up rooms and double booking happens all the time. Had a hard time dealing with hotels.com to get out of the room that was not even available as paid for. Horrible start to our trip.

Our bed was small and uncomfortable. The tv had to be programmed to access channels. This took about 15 minutes to figure out. Being near a hospital meant the sound of ambulances at times. The staff were friendly snd the breakfast was good.
