It was a convenient place to stay while visiting Columbus for a couple of days. Rooms were clean and quiet.

Well equipt room with kitchen and living spsce. Not dirty. Lots of storage. Convenient. Free breakfast was ok. Decent outdoor space and easy parking. I did not appreciate the parking fee nor the couch and bed being unusually firm. However we were able to get comfortable and slept well. The amenities are plentiful for the price.

I stay here about once a month. Staff is always friendly and my room is always clean.

No hot water for shower

We were surprised to find all levels of dining within walking distance...especially delicious was India Oven across the street.

The hotel staff were absolutely horrible! The shower gel dispenser in my bathroom was either broken or needed a refill and for two days I kept reminding the front desk to address the issue but nothing was ever done ! Thankfully I checked out this morning and can’t wait to get home to take a proper shower ! I also forgot my lotion and asked the staff if they happen to have some or knew where I could get some . They nonchalantly told be that I could check with a CVS pharmacy about 15 minutes walk away . Crazy because I had mentioned I didn’t have a car and the temperature was 24° ! Crazy experience after overpaying to the damned place to watch the Buckeyes get crushed for the 4th straight year by the Team up North !

It is in a weird area, you have to go to second level parking to get to it, please be careful if training or snowing is a steep ramp area, you pay $23 just to park there which is crazy to us, breakfast looks like it would be good if you have no food allergies, very clean, friendly, pet friendly they have a big water dish as soon as you walk in it's sweet, plenty of food you can get delivered, nice kitchen area, bathroom was even nice, smelled clean, dishwasher, soaps, and everything you should need, we was there for a hospital trip so didn't use the stove was just to tired ordered out used the dishes nice thick glass dishes, table and chair was nice couch was okay pull out bed was decent, it was very easy to cool the room just not easy to keep cool or warm enough you can't move the vent piece so you feel it through the whole room no matter where you are, we had good price for a last minute trip and over all great hotel, our downfall was breakfast, parking fee, area was just not the best, have to go through some very bad areas to get there.

Breakfast could have been better. Coffee in room tasted bad. Parking was convenient, but expensive. Nice facilities over all.

The area for kids was not clean They don’t or Expedia get clear about you have to paid for you parking lot 🅿️ this is annoying and first time happens to us .

Comfortable and accessible in downtown Columbus. Room was spacious. Had small kitchenette and large bathroom. Parking was expensive and unexpected. Pet friendly. Good breakfast

They said they was going to send me a receipt and never did to my email,and charged me for 3 days instead of 2.very un happy

Im familiar with the area and it fit my needs as a hotel and what my family and i were looking for on this visit.

We stayed here with my husband for the weekend of Lost Lands and loved it! It was convenient for us to walk to our shuttle stop and it felt safe walking in the area. The McDonald’s across the street was convenient as well. They also have free breakfast which helped us save some money and they had things available for sale in the lobby as well which was very useful. The service was amazing by every employee we encountered. Really enjoyed our stay here.

A+ Hotel Experience

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Check in was quick and easy and, as Hilton Rewards members, we were offered a discounted rate on the parking which was a wonderful surprise. The room was very clean and comfortable. The AC might have been a bit loud for someone if they're a light sleeper, but it was no problem for us. Having a kitchen in our room was a big perk and made meal time much simpler, especially since we have restricted diets. The staff were all very friendly and the ladies at the front desk were especially helpful. I will absolutely be booking this hotel again for any future trips to Columbus!

I showed the shower floor was wore out . Room 510 showed the picture upfront desk as well.

This property was quiet and convenient to downtown. With garage parking was easy. The suite was nice. Breakfast was amazing! The area around the hotel was a little sketchy but overall felt safe at the hotel. Good stay.

The front desk staff were as helpful as they could be considering there were no managers on site. Our room was clean, however our toilet had no water in the tank and would not flush. There was no one on site to help. Still waiting on a resolution.

Nice hotel stay for a family trip!

We stayed here for a weekend family visit. The staff were extremely professional and helpful. The hotel has a nice family gathering area - including play space for kiddos. My kids loved it! We did have to pay for parking however everything else was great!

Great famille room and a good breakfast

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was huge. The breakfast was good. However, the $20 a night for parking is ridiculous. I’m already paying a decent amount to stay there. I probably won’t go back due to the parking fee. I booked with them to try to save a little bit of money and probably missed where it was mentioned about the fee but had I seen that I would not have booked that hotel since I was staying for 3 nights.

Great hotel. Very clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. The entrance is a little confusing and it’s location isn’t convenient to downtown, but overall it’s a great place for the price.

This hotel was exactly what we needed. Very clean ... kitchen in the room. Convenient location.. quick to uber wherever we went. Plus there is a coffee shop and an enterprise attached to the building. Walked to coffee each morning and walked right downstairs to pick up our rental car when we checked out

That I had to pay for parking

The staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint that I have is the slamming of the door that housekeeping kept doing while cleaning the room next door. We couldn't enjoy sleeping in, until we called the front desk and it was quickly taken care of. Nice and clean property. I would stay here again.

My stay was fine, but I had two minor issues. When I checked in, my room was freezing. I like cooler rooms, but this was too much. Thermostat was set to 64 degrees. Overkill. The other thing is that the ice bucket, which is ceramic, is terrible. It's not insulated at all, and the ice melts too fast. Had to keep it in the fridge. Why ceramic?

The staff was amazing! One of the cleanest hotels my family has ever stayed in! Can't wait for my next visit.

Did not know that check in ends at 1.00 am. Learned it the hard way. Did not even end up going there. Might be an okay place.

I was pleasantly surprised during my stay.

After I spend my first night at my room I’m coming back after my business day and all my belongings were behind the front desk! Apparently when my open my room with digital key didn’t check me in and I’ve been checked out without even contact me or anything! Apparently they didn’t have available room so I had to argue for hours to solve the issue! The next day the same issue! It’s was prepaid room! No manager available to talk ! I’ve been told the they return my money find another hotel!

Everything was just as the listed had stated. The staff was amazing from Check-In to Check-Out. The only issue during our stay was that one of the elevators was out. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay at the property and our time in Columbus. Because everything was so great, we will be using Home2 Suites Properties in the future because of this experience

The hotel carpet was filthy. I was unable to shower or wash my hair due to the tub filling with water. Oh and the temperature outside was near 100 degrees. Maintenance nerver showed to fix it and the manager never called. The room was overpriced with no real amenities. They need to close this place for remodel.

Great property!

Couch in room was completely covered in dog hair and had a foul smell, had not been vaccumed or had the upholstery cleaned in quite some time. Nice full size stove and decent sized fridge. The hotel was laid out nicely, had decent breakfast options and a lot of open and inviting space in common areas. Hardly anything to explore nearby but ample Uber drivers available.

Bare minimum

The service was minimal to none. The front desk said they would call me back with requested help and they never did. The staff overall seemed very disinterested in their job. The hotel and rooms were clean.

They had no regular creamer for coffee at breakfast. Said they only had flavored. I hate flavored creamer. Other than that, everything else was ok

It's was okay!

Overall, our stay was perfect for what we needed. The cheapest hotel in the area that was clean and reputable, as close to the Short North as possible, with the cheapest and safest parking. If you don't plan on spending a lot of time in your room and only plan to shower, sleep, and maybe grab a light breakfast/coffee in the morning, then this is perfect. However, there were some drawbacks to our room. For a queen sized bed, we only got 3 flat pillows. We asked the front desk for two more and they gave them to us no problem. The door to the bathroom is a sliding one, it doesn't swing open or shut, but the latch was broken so it would always roll closed and never stay open, we had to use the bathroom trash can to prop it open. There was also no fan in the bathroom... And finally, the bed was TERRIBLE. Worst bed I've ever slept in a hotel. It was like sleeping on two planks of wood. When I told the front desk of how uncomfortable we were at checkout, she compted us our additional parking fees per night, so we only paid $25 for 3 nights of parking. Totally worth "complaining". Would we stay again?Probably not. I'm sure an Airbnb or another hotel would have been better.

Efficient, comfortable, good value

It’s a nice property, easy access to the highway pet friendly . The only issue is there is no soundproofing. We could hear (everything) above us, outside our door and the cars in the parking lot. We were on the 3rd floor maybe it wouldn’t be an issue if we were on the 5th floor.

The hotel was wonderful, but charging for parking seems a little much. I think the hotel should be able to accommodate there guess with free parking.

It’s a newer facility and is easily accessible from the highway with ramps to 70 and 71 very close by. Room was large and clean; had individual temperature control panel for guest comfort. I have the Hilton app and selected a 4th floor room facing the street; had to stop at front desk on arrival and was instead given a 3rd floor suite facing rear parking lot and firepit seating area. Other guests were out drinking on this “patio” and had a little speaker so we could all enjoy their music. Guest in room above practiced running loudly back and forth across their room until about 10:30 pm. I found the hotel clean and convenient; the additional parking fee of 19$ should just be included in the rate instead of added on as an additional fee. It’s a nice place - but as the cheapest decent option in downtown Columbus it attracts guests who, in some cases, lack common courtesy.

In town for dance competition

We were in town for a dance competition at the convention center and the hotel’s locale was great. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I wasn’t fond of the parking fee but I did like the availability and proximity of the parking. The room was big and worked very well for our needs. We will use this hotel again if needed.

The space and set up of room were great but quite of bit of noise in the streets. Could also here the ice machine running down the hall.
