Hotel seemed clean upon arrive but room had not been cleaned. There was pet hair in pull out sofa (sheets not changed), dirty carpet (kids feet black after a few minutes), shower had hair in it (not ours). Staff was AMAZING and super friendly. We actually Kraft a night early as weed smells was super strong in our hallway so went ahead and headed home instead of staying last night.

Bed bugs!!!

I regret staying here. The carpets in the hallways were stained and visibly dirty. The pool looked and smelled like pond. The carpet in the room was filthy, the picture on the wall was busted and covered in webs. But worst of all was the bedbugs infesting the couch/pull out bed and the rest of the room (room 201). The hotel would only move us to a different room but refused to refund or even discount our stay.

This location DOES NOT have an airport shuttle nor EV charging. The Expedia listing incorrectly lists these as amenities as of 9/16/24.

Our room was not that clean, and the floors were very slippery (as if not properly mopped). There was old food residue on the cabinet handles and the shower had fresh rings on the shelving that make it seem like they weren’t cleaned either. Just felt dirty in the room and after asking staff to come mop the floors, they said we were on the list but it never happened. We were excited because the pictures made it look pretty nice, but unfortunately, we will be looking elsewhere for our next stay in Columbus.

I chose that hotel because of the pool and the pool was out of service my entire stay

Filthy stained carpet in halls amd room. No housekeeper came on alternate days, meanimg that the garbage was never taken out, no vacuuming, etc. They post everywhere that they clean every other day. False.

Weekend Auto Show

Everything was alright. Although, the tile was wet when we entered and stains on the carpet and sofa. Breakfast was very. Good and the assortment was also good.

The Wi-Fi was not working and was not able to hook up fire stick. We were told there would be free Wi-Fi so that was disappointing

Customer service handled the issue i had with booking above and beyond what i had expected. The rooms were large and well organized. The beds are plush with great linens. Hot breakfast was good as well. The children really liked staying in the hotel.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and met my needs. I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel room was big enough. They provided full size fridge, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, cups, and all utensils. Our room was close to the main road and the noise from emergency vehicles, trucks, or those sports car with big exhaust system wake you up anytime.

Close to highway, easy to get to. Clean, quiet, safe area.

I requested an accessible room assuming that it would be like the one on the webpage for Expedia. The room I was given was unsuitable for our disability needs. I had to pay for a room upgrade as well as the Expedia room. I will go back to that hotel, but Expedia was a great disappointment.

The bed was very nice, the shower was hot and the breakfast had a lot of good choices to choose from.

We stayed in the king bed studio suite. This was perfect for our family of four. Plenty of space for a large pack/play and toddler air mattress. Would stay here again. Already looking for more homes to suites to book for future travel plans.

They have bed bugs. My daughter was eaten up while she was sleeping. She woke up with bite marks all over her face. This was the only hotel I stayed in when visiting Columbus. I am very disappointed.

One thing I will mention. I took a shower this morning and the bathtub wasn’t draining very well. Thanks I’ll be back!

All staff was extremely rude. Homes2Suite is our go to but this certain location I would not recommend

Staff was great

Staff is extremely polite and accommodating. Hotel is clean and fairly quiet. Location is great, close to highway and surrounded by a lot of restaurants and stores.

Room was clean and nice however the entire first floor smelled of marijuana as we checked in on Friday night.

Lovely quiet space. Great for kids.

"Full" kitchen is misleading

Warm welcome by the front desk attendee. Check-in was easy. The room was bright and comfortable, clean, warm and roomy. The "full" kitchen does NOT mean cook-in kitchen. There is a refrigerator, microwave, sink and dishwasher. DO NOT expect to be able to cook in the "full" kitchen from the room descriptions. Over all, nice space, kid friendly. Pool was small but the kids had plenty of fun.

Family Fun...we enjoyed our stay.

Friendly staff. Check in and check out was easy. Enough room for our family of 6. Only complaint was the room wasn't cleaned well. Dirty bottles left in room we had to clean up and had to wipe up the bathroom floor. Other than that our staywas nice and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Great dog friendly hotel.

Loved this hotel. Very convenient to the fairgrounds and very dog friendly. My dog felt at home immediately. She appreciated the treat from our check in host. Breakfast was great and the indoor pool was a bonus. I will definitively stay again when I am back in town. Dog fee was $75 which would be steep for 1 night but for 3 nights I feel it was appropriate. Nice dog walking area.

The internet was often cut. It was connected and cut again and again.

Most cars in parking lot had windows broken in the morning from thieves. The parking lot obviously is not monitored in any way. Unacceptable for me

security issue

The hotel was clean and well-appointed for our needs. The issue we had was that 20 cars were broken into the Saturday night we stayed there. Though ours was not one of them, (thank goodness). From what we understand this was the 2nd time cars were broken into in 3 weeks. Make sure to take all valuables into your room and out of your car.

We loved that next door was a Mexican restaurant. My husband is a big fan! We loved the double room, with separate living room, for getting up in the middle of the night. We will not disturb our partner!! YAH!! The full size refrigerator was fabulous. We even had china and glassware. So nice! But our big complaint was the extremely tiny coffee maker that only allowed for a teabag size coffee. What are they thinking? They couldn't supply a regular K-Cup coffee maker? With all the luxuries they did supply for us, you would think they could at least supply a single serve K-cup coffee maker. This coffee maker was so bad, we couldn't even use it. I mean, it was a 2" X 2" tea bag!! The water ran out all over the counter.!!! Next time we're bringing our own K-Cup coffee maker. For $20.00? It would be worth it.

The sliding bathroom door was broken at check in. It would slide closed by itself. It was blocked from doing it by the trash receptacle when I entered the room. Very inconvenient! I reported it to the front desk and I was told that they would contact the main person. When we returned that evening it had not been repaired. I reported it again the next morning but it was never fixed. I also requested a bathroom refresh and additional towels, but that never happened. I was able to get the towels by going to the front desk. A very disappointing stay!

This hotel is poorly kept with the exception of the main lobby. We were not familiar with the city and we booked online. My husband, toddler and I stayed for 2 nights. My toddler was really looking forward to swimming in the pool but it was absolutely FILTHY! The pool conditions ruined our trip as we spent Saturday trying to find a public pool. I specifically called and asked was the pool open a week before booking because the pool and breakfast were two key selling points. I did not imagine I would need to ask if the pool was clean! The shower in our room was poorly kept, carpet needed cleaning and smelled like smoke and most of the dishes had not been properly cleaned. The breakfast was just ok, condiments were missing and brewed coffee was only available in the morning. I will not be staying here in the future. Please spend an extra $50 and stay somewhere else cleaner/nicer.

I found a COCKROACH

At first I was really happy with my experience. Check in was easy and the room seemed nice. Later in the evening of our first night (of 2) I spotted a cockroach crawling near the sink of the kitchen area. I alerted the staff, but they were unable to switch my room and did not offer any further consolation. That was really disappointing to say the least! Financially, I didn’t have a choice but to stay in the room; however, I no longer could feel relaxed or comfortable in there. Initially I planned to do more eating in my room, but that didn’t seem wise so I spent more than I planned eating takeout. On the bright side, I only spotted the one, but that certainly doesn’t mean that there weren’t more! Because of the roach I chose to sleep with quite a few lights on which wasn’t ideal for a good night’s sleep. Then, I discover that the pillows on the bed are the worst I have ever slept on. Very flat and unsupportive. Even with 3 of them I didn’t feel comfortable which led to a restless night of tossing and turning. The free breakfast is just OK. Very carb heavy options. Rubbery breakfast sandwiches, stale cereal. I’ve had better continental breakfast. Pool was decent. Area was clean and the saltwater is nice.

The staff were exceptional. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for our family of 5. We would definitely stay here again.

The property listed electric car charging as an option. There was no charging available and although the property was nice I would have selected another place to stay with charging.

Very good service

I’ve stayed here twice per year for the last 5 years and it’s becoming dirtier and smellier each time. Room musty. The first night I woke up with bug bites, so I bought alcohol just in case it was bedbugs. I hate this because the location is amazing, but we won’t be back.

Mixed Review

The hotel was a mixed bag. I'll make it easy with lists. Good: Very friendly staff Switched our room immediately Comfy bed! Clean room Big kitchen area in room. Gave us late check out no problem Not-so-good: 1st room had an unsecured toilet that was leaking from the bottom (see gave us new room immediately) BATHROOM DOORS!! -these are pocket sliding doors that Do NOT close fully or lock. Both rooms we were in, same deal. They offer poor privacy so beware if you are sharing a room with someone other than a spouse or very close relative. Also these stupid things have hidden little pulls so nighttime attempts to close the door when sleepy are frustrating. No vent in bathroom Room AC soaks the nearby carpet. Hallway carpet was contantly wet and being dried. No idea what was up

Very clean and room was large with kitchen. Located right near the expressway.

Hotel is OK. Basic breakfast, but close to lots of eateries. Carpets could use a good scrubbing...main areas & rooms. Overall, needs more attention to detail when cleaned.

the first room we got had some trash left in it from the people before us. We asked if we could just put it outside the door and we’re instead offered a whole new room! Staff was extremely friendly and even let us check out late for free! Will definitely be staying here again.

Was conveniently located and fast food restaurant was across the way. Location was easy to find.

The room was clean it was easy to check in. The pool was a little chilly and no extra towels in the pool room but still a nice little area.

Have been at my husbands hospital bedside for 2 weeks and needed to relax for a night. Check in was easy, staff friendly, accommodations are clean, comfortable and relaxing! Will stay again 🙂

The halls where always clean and staff was friendly the room was nice size and comfortable, nicely located for getting around Columbus

We have been having a hard time traveling and booked this hotel at the very last minute to get out of our other one, the staff was so friendly and helpful and accommodating, and overall just seem to sense that we were very tired and needed an easier time. Above and beyond!

Clean rooms, great staff, & a comfy night

We had an overnight stay because our power had gone out. It was a comfortable, clean room and perfect for a single night. The pool was out of order, which was a bummer (that had been one of the reasons we'd picked this particular hotel. But otherwise, it was clean, and everyone we interacted with was helpful. The rugs were a little run down, it seemed the place needed some cosmetic upgrades, but other than things looking a little older and well-loved, it was a pleasant stay.

Clean, staff was ok front desk clerk Giowas super friendly, accommodating and helpful the others were subpar. Bathroom amenities needs improvement but overall great safe clean place for the price paid, would definitely return

Safe and clean place to stay

The facility was clean and we'll cared for and the staff was friendly and helpful. Its in a good location near a variety of places to shop and eat. Also close to the highway.

The hotel was conveniently located to the doctor we came down to visit during our stay. The hotel itself was pretty small, but packed a lot of amenities. I loved that it is pet friendly and that we were able to bring our dog with us. We stayed in a 1 bedroom, king suite on the 4th floor and the room was a bit run down. The AC unit in the bedroom had dead bugs on it, I also made the mistake of looking under the AC when I went to pick something up off the floor and it has never been vacuumed under there. The carpet had stains all over it and the tile floor had a weird sticky/greasy feel when you walked on it. I know Hilton can do a lot better. The hotel most definitely served it's purpose, but I have a pit in my stomach from paying over $400 for 2 nights

My stay was good!

Was clean with easy parking, but no cook top & the sheets did not even fit the bed. Not great for extended stay without a cook top, imo.

Definitely a great option for extended stays; my room (the king size suite studio) honestly felt like a little apartment.

Considering the hotel allows pets and has a kitchenette area it is as clean as can be expected. Our room was in the back on the 4th floor but because of a busy street close by the noise level was pretty loud all night .

room was clean for the most part few detail here and there missed like the shelves in the shower. The bed was not comfortable at all had to sleep with my head to the foot of the bed do to the sag in the bed.

The corridor and rooms smells, cleaner don’t do there job on the phone all the time, reception just their seems some life force to do that job

Breakfast was ok. Coffee maker and sink were broken in the room. Brought it to there attention and was never fixed.

Worst service available.

This hotel is the worst I ever stay, checking in front desk stated that cleaning service is not available on weekend only Monday to Friday and must reserve the day before. So I reserve with the hotel front desk manager on Sunday to have room clean on Monday. Guess what no cleaning and the room is filthy, come down to front to notify that the room did not get clean. Was told no more service available for the day, no phone number to call hotel manager only email. Email hotel manager and no reply. DO NOT BOOK, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

The cleanliness of the property was questionable. The carpets were dirty. The floors were sticky as well. The pool was always cloudy and in need of a good cleaning. There was a few incidents of people arguing in the hall late at night. Some of the rooms seemed to be housing large families long term. The staff overall were friendly, although it seemed understaffed at most times. Breakfast was always fine.

I will definitely be back!! Great room, friendly service and reasonable prices. Very satisfied!!
