Nice

Easy to find and plenty parking space. Large room with pull out bed. I liked my stay.

Only plus was location to airport. There was a roach in our room. Also, baby was crying and received a call about people being concerned. Trust me when I say as a parent, I don’t want them to be crying. Then received two calls during the night almost waking up the baby. I recommend you stay elsewhere.

Centrally located and it was a perfect stay for a weekend trip

I'd definitely stay here again

I had fresh blueberries every morning, thanks to the free breakfast, and I went to the gym every day, and it was never crowded. The hotel staff was friendly and professional.

The thermostat didn’t work. The lights didn’t work. The breakfast was terrible. I don’t recommend at all

5 Star Hotel! Close to the airport!

Jessie, the girl at the front desk was excellent! She needs to be a manager! She was warm, welcoming and very helpful! We had to leave early for a flight and the front desk night attendant made us a to-go breakfast! The rooms were spotless, quiet and comfortable! We thank you for your excellent hospitality!

Six night stay was very pleasant - comfortable bed and pillows, lots of hot water, soft towels, well stocked efficiency kitchen, good choices at breakfast, clean workout room. But would my stay would have been improved (and 5 stars) with a smart TV - Old school digital channel TVs without ability to use apps like Netflix need to be upgraded. Also many lights in the room were out and the toaster didn't work.

It was a great place. Quiet, friendly staff, easy and quick check-in. Highly recommend.

Clean and comfortable!

I think the outside of the hotel can be a little cleaner and the maintenance around the outside of the hotel can be a little bit more maintained because it looks as though the surrounding areas are not as clean

Overall, we managed.

The hotel was rather warm when we walked in the building, elevator and hallway the same. It took the AC in room awhile to cool. The nozzle in the shower in one of our rooms was upside down we put it upright. The light over the sink in the other room i rented went out. Also the shower head did was loose and did not spray fully. The chair arm to the desk was cracked. I did mention both things to front desk because i did not want to be charged. One of the towels had a stain on it had to ask for more. Breakfast was eh.

Staff were friendly, room was clean, bed was comfortable!

Usually when I stay at this hotel it’s great and the staff are nice. When I first checked in I had this wonderful front desk agent, who allowed me to check in early, but afterwards the stay went down hill from there. The fridge in my room did not work, it would not get cold the entirety stay (4 nights). The next issue was that there were crickets or jumping bugs in the room. One morning I woke up to find a dead on in the bathroom, then that one turned into 3 more. The last issue with the stay was towards the end of my stay. There was a different front desk agent who was very short when speaking. I also used the laundry facility, and she moved my clothes out of the washing machine before they were finished WITHOUT ASKING. I had found my clothes thrown to the side, with another guest using the wash. This wouldn’t have been a problem if I was contacted first because the clothes were removed without permission. To prevent it from happening to my clothes in the dryer, I asked her how long the cycle was. To this point she gave me an incorrect time, for longer, which means my clothes would have been left if I didn’t come down early.

The hotel was super clean and welcoming. Smelled nice. The staff was kind and patient. The gym was AWESOME and the washers and dryers in good working condition. We loved our spacious room and the kitchenette had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. Will definitely stay at this franchise whenever we can.

The spot was good for the price but building was outdated dont let the pictures fool you for upto date modern look, the area is sketchy but in my opinion is mostly what austin looks like , dirty town and plenty of homeless drug addicts. Overall if youre in town its probably better go get something closer to downtown

Room was great, however the breakfast was not. Need to rethink the warmers.

Our stay was great with one exception: there was only one kind of pillow. This sounds minimal, but while my husband was okay with one of them, I had serious neck problems with mine. I also felt the hotel leaned toward the chitzy in terms of fabric. The sheets and towels were thin and won't last long.

Hotel was nice close to the airport. Breakfast could have been better stale bread bad coffee. Room was super large had a musky smell. Pretty clean. Pool was great and refreshing. Hotel key kept locking me out at the pool even after getting a new key.

Professional and friendly staff. Plumbing in room and water pressure needs looking at. We were on the 2nd floor. Water pressure to take a shower was POOR

Overall had a good experience. Staff was helpful, building and rooms are clean. Beds could be better but all other room amenities are clean and in great condition! Very spacious room. There are no premium TV channels but others are offered. Good place to for the weekend, pet friendly! Breakfast, yummy, and hours were great 7-10am!

Great, friendly staff. There was a maintenance issue and they did everything they could to make sure it didn’t impact our stay. Nice area with lots around it.

easy checkin

I needed a nice and safe hotel close to the airport so that I could make a 5 a.m. flight. This one perfectly fit the bill and I'd recommend it to others with the same requirements. (Though being close to the airport meant jet noise, so likely not a venue for a vacation.)

The rooms are big and roomy and very comfortable. The hotel is just a quick drive back to the airport.

Really good service, though no airport shuttle. Uber costs around $10 each way. Decent breakfast, gym. Overall very good value.

Good location to stay for getting to the Airport

It’s convenient but felt a bit unsafe. Room is clean but shower head needs replacement.

The rooms/suites are huge and beautifully decorated and supplied with everything you might need. We were surprised to find nice ceramic dishes and mugs...even a cutting board! Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Everything was great with the property would definitely stay again.

Very clean, easy check-in process. Suites are very comfortable (beds, space, facilities, etc). So accessible to the airport. The provide breakfast with a variety of fruits, oatmeal, eggs, breads, cereals, juice and coffee.

Bathroom doors would not close The bed was hard and so uncomfortable unlike other Home2Suites Breakfast was not horrible

The room caused allergies during the trip. The air in the bedroom only blew like a fan, it was not cold at all. We killed a large roach in the bathroom. When we shared these issues with the front desk, they appeared nonchalant.

The room that we were initially given had a nosey air-condition. The unit raddle very loudly. The bed room had a burn mark in the carpet that was about the size of a half dollar coin. I complained to the front desk and was given another room, but it was not a suite like I paid for. At about 1:00am, we were awaken by loud yelling and banging coming from the room directly next to us. We became concerned and called the front desk. When we checked out, about two hours later, we noticed that the room number to that room was knocked off the wall. I am a participant of Hilton Honors and this is the worst Hilton Hotel I've stayed at.

Very clean hotel, Super nice staff. Austin is not recommended but if you have to go there, this is the hotel to stay at.

When I booked this room, the pictures showed a one bedroom , and an open common space. When we arrived and check-in, the room we got was all one big common space. I feel like the pictures given to expedia by the hotel was very misleading, and I was very disappointed. what pictures are shown should be what I pay for each time. I was very let down, and there was nothing they hotel staff could do to rectify the situation.

Limited nearby dinner options but the bar restaurant at the Cambria Hotel across the parking lot was great! The cheeseburger was terrific!

All staff was very helpful and courteous we love staying at this hotel .

Our room was big and perfect for what we needed. Staff was very nice and friendly.

The room is clean and equipped with kitchen stuff. Never used them but it was amazing to know tgat they have them. Breakfast was anazing too.

Very convenient for a one night stay after a late arrival from the airport. The front desk attendant when we arrived (Jarrod, I think was his name) was very helpful. Nice breakfast options including scrambled eggs and sausage sandwiches. Lots of space in the King bed room we stayed in.

Arrived at 3 for check in and had to wait 45 mins which after a long travel day was disappointing. Room and amenities were ok but could use a spruce up.

Great service and property.

This place was incredible. The location is great. It’s walking distance to the beach, lots of restaurants and shops. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast was a little pricey but worth it.

Checked in no problem. Was given a free bag of bottles of water and a snack. The ladies at the front desk were so helpful, even arranging an Uber for us to go to the restaurant. Room was spacious and perfectly clean and fresh.

Mediocre Property, Indifferent Staff, Won't Return

2 AM in the room next door, punk rock music is blasting! I called the front desk, who called the guest - no answer. We knocked on the door, no answer. The manager attempted to open the door, and it was locked from the inside. I finally banged on the door hard enough to wake up several guests, and the moron next door finally woke up to turn his music off. The hotel staff was indifferent at best. No need to return as there are several other options in the area.

The floors in our room had not been cleaned, but the next day it was done. The woman who checked us in (Ana?) was delightful, and very helpful. I saw no recycle bins at all.

This suite is so comfortable and clean. I would definitely come back.

Love the space, small minor inconvenience

Check in was easy and very accommodating. My restroom door did not close all the way in the suite. The wall was bent and wouldn’t allow for the door to lock. The suite was super spacious. Easily sleeps more then 4 people. The rooms never reached 70 degree even though we did check the thermostat. It was hot at night.

You can never go wrong when staying at this property. The rooms are huge and so comfortable. It can easily sleep 6 ppl. Our room also had a pull out couch, full kitchen with utensils and everything. And as an added nice touch they give you a bag with water and a snack. The poolside was open if you can brave the Texas heat and have your breakfast outside. Overall an amazing stay!

Spacious, clean, modern

Room was spacious and it had a clean modern kitchenette. We stayed after our flight got in late. Conveniently located near the airport. Breakfast was limited but it was free so it was ok. They had oatmeal and pre made omelets and sausage biscuits.

this was a lovely room with great amenities. My only complaint, making it 4 stars instead of 5, was this: The mattresses were soft and thin. The pillows were way too lofty and I had a neck ache. Otherwise it was great.

Home2 Austin airport provided just what we needed.

Nice quite ,clean spacious room. Easy check in and out.

Its a nice hotel. I booked a king size bed and the bed was a queen size.. also whoever designed those showers need to rethink there job.. getting in and out of the shower is horrible because of those glass doors. and then the door does not completely close..they feel like they are going to fall off

It was close to the airport. Room didn't smell good. Found hairs in sheets.

I really like Home2 Suites. This property had a really good breakfast with hot breakfast sandwhiches that were a step up from the norm. We were able to check in a little early, which was very much appreciated. There were some areas in the bathroom that needed some painting/touch up.

The beds are absolutely HORRIBLE! Such a let down since this is a Hilton property. The area outside the hotel was an open lot filled with trash and debris. Very close to the airport so that was a good thing.

Overall stay went great. Front desk was helpful and kind. First room I went in the doors didnt lock. You could push door and it would open. I told front desk and she immediately put me a different room on same floor. It was a quiet and clean hotel. I would recommend for the price.
