Lots of ample parking if needed, has multiple restaurants inside so you don't have to go far and room service is available. The outside bar and music if you just want to sit outside and watch the sunset is nice as well.

I stayed from the 4th to 18 March. During that time, I had an upset stomach for 2 days. I would like to acknowledge the help that Laisani gave me. When I told her I was unwell she recommended a pharmacy I go to, which I did, and I recovered quickly. She also interpreted a message I had received from the grand-daughter of my nanny who cared for me when I was born in Suva. I value the Holiday inn because of her care of one of the guests, me. Thank you Laisani and thank you Holiday Inn

Room was clean we got garden and ocean view on second story room and parking was was convenient because it was in the hotel. in dinner chicken curry was chewy and hard rice was not cooked properly

Loved it convenient n reliable

love the free laundry machines and detergent. breakfast is very good, staff is very nice and we always stay here instead of gph for a reason. Everyone is served equally and loved our stay. we had a group of 25 and loved it.

Absolutely loved it here! The staff was so attentive- even if we were just passing by, everyone made sure to stop to smile and say hi. We had a double balcony facing the ocean which was a nice view to wake up to. In room Dining options were a bit limited but morning buffet was definitely worth getting. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

Nothing good

only a short stay. my room, facing the lagoon, was recently renovated and impeccably refurbished, spacious and well layed out.

Convenient location. The staff were very friendly and welcoming especially the porters and security staff at the front who constantly greeted us when we arrived and left the hotel daily. Also the barista (Farisha) was lovely and made good coffee.

Great Hotel and facilities. Very friendly staff and good dining options. Only issue was check in / out is very slow. We arrived on late flight and airline crew arrived in hotel before passengers which resulted in long line to check in. Probably took 30 minutes (and longer for other guests who arrived in later taxi). I would suggest air crew or other group arrivals be moved aside and checkin at another location

Accessibility for disable guests is inadequate. No Elevators and front desk need proper training on accommodating guests with disabilities. Every other staff have empathy except the front desk allocating rooms. When theres no elevator, dont allocate upstairs room far far away because these disable guests have to walk there. For us all we need is a 2 bed room as close as possible downstairs. Let us know our options before assigning rooms.

The food quantity and quality was very good according to the price.

Staff were a bit annoying … one of the bellboys had asked me to buy him cigarettes when we were going in to town to the shops… that’s so awkward and annoying , one of the receptionist used her staff points without our permission. Very annoying.

My stay at The Holiday Inn was truly delightful. The staff, from Litia and Sala at the front desk to Josevata the duty manager, went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Viliame and Peni provided excellent service as porters, and the dining experience was outstanding thanks to Nemani, Apenisa, and Seba. Amani, the bartender, crafted exquisite cocktails for a touch of luxury in the evenings. The security team, led by Semisi, Mele, and Seba, ensured my safety and comfort throughout my stay. Overall, my experience at The Holiday Inn was amazing, thanks to the exceptional service of the talented staff. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and memorable stay. Many thanks to the entire team for making my visit truly special.

Great short stay at Holiday Inn. Room well managed and clean. The breakfast at this time around was average not like it used to be before. Few staff at the cafe were not as accomodating maybe the typical reactions to Polynesian guest, not sure but please be nice next time. Overall was a great stay. Vinaka

My trip was great the room was clean but shower could have been cleaned a little better. My stay was nice and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff are friendly but service is very very slow. Coffees and drinks takes an hour. Table reset and cutlery request takes 2-3 reminders. Room was not ready at 2pm checkin. Checkout was a drama.Front desk staff tried to falsely charge us for room service. It took a police officer to help sort out the invoices. Staff couldn't produce the cctv evidence of room service. We were out for the night and apparently someone ordered room service. Didnt have our signature or any evidence to back up staff claim. Very disappointing after years of staying at Holiday Inn.

Lots of halal options made our stay

Overall had a good stay which is expected in ihg/Holiday Inn Suva,,it’s been there for yrs and have been there in 1993,2018, and most recently in end July 2023. PROS- 1. updated with Wi-Fi features as a (comp) for some rooms of course. 2.Close to everything you want, it’s downtown Fiji, duh!. 1.Cons- water area rooms have dirty sea water smell at times 2.Cons- staff did serve in that area as we stayed days there,, had to walk up to bar after second trip there, it’s a hike,, I gave up and apologizes came like the fish when hide hits at that spot. I would recommend,, best of both worlds!!

It was not a great exprience. My booking stated 2 double beds and there was only a bed. So we had to wait in order to set up a bed at 10pm.
