What I hope was chocolate was smeared on the curtains and found too many hairs that didn’t belong to me in the bathroom. Great location though

Very helpful and friendly staff, The rooms are slightly dated but nice and clean. The breakfast was just okay.

Stayed there one night. It was good sleep. there is a casino in the hotel. I didn't go in but I just checked. Its small with couple of games. I didn't want to order room service but there is no vending machine in the hotel. Overall it was nice and quite hotel. I also didn't go but I saw it was close to old city.

A balcony view from our room was great. Hotel is located in city center so you walk around and explore Skopje. Furniture and equipment is a bit old and that is the only thing which could be improved. Room was clean and quiet.

Perfect place to stay in Skopje

I really enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Skopje. From start to finish, the staff were friendly and hospitable. They worked to make my stay better. I arrived a couple of hours early and was immediately checked in. I had a rental car my second day and parking in the gated lot was easy. The hotel is in great shape and right in the center of Skopje within walking distance of major sights and restaurants. Finally, I feel like a got a great value for my money.

Easy to find location, friendly and easy check-in. Room was a nice size with a balcony, but the floors habnt been cleaned well, as there were a potato chip and a couple other cruchies on the carpets. Bed was hard as rock, and towels were rougher than i prefer. Otherwise, a good experience and i probably would stay again.

Very helpful staff smoothing out our unavoidable late arrival and arranging an early breakfast. Bathroom condition,particularly the shower, in need of some attention

Avoid room 505 & the hotel!

A fan noise from the side of the building at night was uncomfortable-ear plugs required. In the morning I could here next doors shower. I went down to reception to ask for a complementary comb, they said they'll send one up = didn't happen. Better service from cheaper hotels out there! ;(

The hotel was very accommodating and the staff went beyond expectations. Expedia had a computer glitch and redirected my reservation to a different hotel and the staff at the hotel were great in assisting me with getting the issue resolved. Using Expedia was the issue and not sure I will ever use them again.

Reliably good hotel close to city center

Facilities are being upgraded and A/C not working hotel-wide. But food quite good and staff very personable and professional. Couldnt ask for a better location.

Great location right near Macedonia Square. Friendly and accommodating staff. Air conditioning could have been stronger. Don't pay the 12 Euro for the breakfast--plenty of restaurants nearby where you'll get a much better variety.

We really enjoyed our stay. We walked everywhere from the hotel since it has such a great location.

Nice hotel near the river and downtown. Almost all city facilities were very close. It was perfect for business stay because connection to the most of companies are excellent. Hotel is clean and enough comfortable as well as hotel's restaurant. Food is great. Only one small thing wasn't right; I expect one small glass of water for free.

Disappointing

This hotel did certainly not live up to the ratings it's been given. We stayed for three nights to discover Skopje and whilst the city was wonderful this hotel was very disappointing. Right from the beginning the staff we very surely. Whilst they helped when asked their attitude was not nice. I think they all need to have their own hoody to cheer themselves up. Our room whilst comfortable was not cleaned up to standard and requests we obviously an effort. Only 1 bright smile amongst the Holiday Inn was Filip who fixed our phone, Internet and brought to the attention of cleaning their inadequacies. For the price we paid we wish we'd paid the extra to stay at The new Marriott.

Location, location .......

Good experience in this comfortable hotel with its prime location in Skopje.

A few days in Skopje

The rooms were clean but overall decor was very "tired". The staff initially refused to recognise that breakfast was included in the booking but were otherwise friendly and helpful.

nice hotel, but tried to overcharge

good stay, nice classic hotel in great location. Only hiccup was the hotel tried to charge us an extra €30 as they said we booked a single room. This was false as I had already booked and paid for a double room. I showed them this proof on my hotels.com app and he still argued with me! It was a nice hotel and the restaurant was very good but this did not get the stay off to a good start.

Very good to the nearest shopping center, the famous square, government's ministers offices, historical sites. Very friendly and nice people in the hotel. Breakfast was so nice. Price is relatively high, but it pays.

Very short but very pleasant stay at this hotel. Right in the middle of the downtown area with restaurants and walking areas. Beautiful hotel with exceptional service and information.

Good experience but some improvements needed

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Skopje during a 5 day business trip. The hotel is in a very good location, close to restaurants, a short walk to the main square and the old bazaar area. However, the service was not as friendly as I would have liked and the breakfast was not appetizing, most dishes were cold. It was not worth the additional 15 Euro per night for the breakfast. We hosted an event at the hotel's conference center which was a good space but again service could have been better. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Skopje is growing and new hotels being built which will attract international visitors if the Holiday Inn does not keep its standards high.

Nice hotel close to all city sites and amenities

Very central hotel. 20 metres from the river and a bridge; few hundred metres from the special Stone Bridge, Main Square, shopping mall, Arch, cafes. Old Bazaar starts just over the Stone Bridge, the Fort and special Mosques 500 metres or so further. Our package didn't include breakfast, and chose to eat out. So, we didn't sample the hotel food. Our Expedia deal made the hotel very much cheaper than the advertised price; in fact, it was the only Skopje hotel that could have been included in a flight package. Staff very friendly and helpful, providing good advice. Wi-Fi was free; until recently, it was chargeable. Nice little gym. There are 2 local casinos/discos, which can be a little noisy late in the evening. Rom fine, with a bath / shower The public bus (Vardar) to/from the airport stops opposite the hotel. ~30 minutes from the airport - 150MD (~£2) each. Doesn't sync with all flights; hotel has a shuttle service for 30 euros; taxi charges ~£20 one-way. Very cheap place; everything in Skopje so affordable, especially compared to our recent City Breaks in Copenhagen & Frankfurt.

Slow front desk staff without smiles

The room is OK (but the only place to charge your gadgets is at the desk - no charging options close to the bed). Front desk staff are slow and not particularly friendly. I only go here because my colleagues like the breakfast.

Everything was great. My only complaint would be is that I feel it is too pricey. I would not classify this hotel as 5-star. I would say 4-star.

Good Location

Hotel is POORLY wired for modern technology. NO plugins near bed for CPAP machine. Front desk NEVER brought up an extension cord which they promised. No SAFE in room for valuables. Expensive WiFi charge daily!Scarcity of towels. AC didn't cool room at all. Breakfast EXPENSIVE and limited. I would never stay there again or recommend to any friend or family and we will be returning to Skopje often due to family member living there now. Not impressed what-so-ever.

Tv didn't work. Curtain came off rail. Used hotel car to get to airport cost 50% more than local taxi and driver didn't have receipt.

Good hotel located in downtown...short walk from everything...good WiFi and breakfast, but western prices for everything

This is not a 5 star hotel. Don't expect that level of service or amenities. There was no little bottles of shampoo/conditioner/mouthwash or anything in the bathroom so make sure you bring your own. The quality of tissues was not good--my nose still hurts from using them. Although I had booked 2 rooms (both with queen beds) only one of us received the queen bed room although my friend didn't request to have his room changed (I told him he should) and he stuck it out with what he was given (which was wrong) he said the single bed was way too small. Breakfast was over priced considering you're in the middle of the center and there are plenty of cheaper places to eat. And at checkout they had my friend staying for one less night than I had booked (OK--I had originally booked 4 nights but I had changed it and all the paperwork reflected that change) and they didn't have any problem with my reservation just my friends reservation. They took a copy of the paperwork and said they would work it out with Expedia. Overall the hotel was just OK, I've stayed in better and I've stayed in worse.

A weekend in Skopje

The hotel is very good located in the center. Generally the hotel is overpriced, but that is the price for real international standard in Skopje.

Hat gepasst, allerdings frisches Brot oder Semmeln wären gut beim Frühstück. Auch ein bischen Englisch hilft beim Omelett zubereiten.

Basic hotel op een goede locatie. Zeer comfortabel bed. Ik had een rustige kamer gevraagd, maar kreeg er 1 aan de voorkant aan een drukke weg. Toen ik vroeg of ze nog een kamer aan de andere kant hadden, werd mij verteld dat ze helemaal vol zaten. Toen ik daarna op de boekingssites keek bleek dat er nog kamers waren en ze dus niet vol zaten. Beetje jammer dit...

Literally no Air Conditioner in hot sunny summer days/nights. They keep a minimum of 22 degree Celcius in the system and can not be adjusted. My first room was 28 degrees when I walked in and it took an hour to go to 27.5. They changed me to a room which was 25 degrees. The AC did not lower it overnight and during the day went up to 28-29. Unacceptable. Unpleasant, uncomfortable.

Merhabalar, Resepsiyon gorevlileri cok nazikti,ancak ilk aksam 318 nolu odada konakladim ve odada bocekler mevcuttu.Ertesi gun odadan degismek istedim ve 316 nolu odayi verdiler,durum maalesef orada da ayniydi.5 yildizli bir otel icin kesinlikle kabul edilir bir durum degil.Odalardaki bocekleri kanitlamak icin video ve foto da cektim.Olayı basit bir özür ile kapattılar ve en kucuk jest bile yapmadilar.Bu ayardaki otel icin buyuk bir eksiklik.Tavsiye etmiyiyorum.

Otele giris yaptigimizda, eğer müsaitse nehir manzaralı bir odada kalmak istediğimizi belirttik.Ricamizi kırmadılar ve bize 416 numaralı nehir manzaralı olan odaya verdiler. Ancak, yatağın uzerindeki yorgan tek kisilikti.Ikinci bir yorgan istediğimizde getirdiler. Yatak iki kisinin çok rahat yapabilecegi genişlikte degildi ! Ama nehir manzaralı olduğu icin yatağa itiraz etmedik. Ertesi gün duş almamız gerektiğinde, YUZ,AYAK ve BANYO havlularından yalnızca 1 kisilik vardi. Neyseki, yanımızda evden yedek olarak getirdiğimiz bir havlu takimini esim kullanirken, ben de otelin havlu takimini kullandık.Otele vardigimiz ilk gece otele geçti verdigimiz icin aksam yemeğini restaurantta yiyelim dedik.Maalesef restaurantta iki kisi olmamıza rağmen servis ancak 50 dakikada yapıldı.Ilk günümüzdeki Sabah kahvaltısı ise berbattı. Otelde yeterli müşteri olmadıgı icin soluk bir ortamda, karisik bir omlet ve soğuk ekmeklerle kahvaltı ettik. Otelde servis edilen kahvenin tadı berbattı. Saniyorum ki en düşük kalitede bir kahveyi servis ediyorlar. Konakladigimiz 3. gece oda servisi ile spagetti sipariş ettik. Iki kere hatirllatiktan sonra, nihayetinde tam 2 saat sonra geldi.Banyo cop kutusunda ve odada bulunan cop kovalarınin icinde cop poşeti yoktu. cop kovalarına poşetleri kendimiz koyduk !! Odaya ilk girdiğimiz de banyo tuvaletinin uzerinde her 4-5 yildizli otelde bulunan hijyenik koşullarda temizlenmiş oldugunda hijyen bantı da göremedik. Bir daha bu otel yerine 2-3 yildizli bir otelde kalac

Tolle Lage, Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber. Fenster sind teilweise undicht, sie halten die Kälte nicht gut ab.

マケドニア広場から川沿いに歩いて3分程度のところに位置し、近くにはショッピングモールがあります。周囲にはレストランが沢山あります。朝食はホテル内のレストランでとれます。（バフェ形式） ホテルは豪華ではありませんが、安心して滞在ができます。 フロントは24時間、いつでも応対してくれます。部屋は清潔に保たれています。冷蔵庫、アイロン等があります。また、歯ブラシ、剃刀の他ソーイングキット、シャワーキャップ、石鹸、シャワージェル、シャンプー、リンス、マッサージローション等のアメニティーがあります。

המיקום של המלון מצויין קרוב לכל המקומות המענינים בסקופיה, קרןב לבאזר, לככר מקדוניה.לגשר האבן. הטיילת לאורך הנהר מלאה במסעדות, בצד השני קניון גדול. ארוחת הבוקר סבירה, החדרים נקיים, השירות של אנשי הצוות מאוד אדיב. רהוט מיושן וחסר טעם לטעמי יש מקום לשיפור אבל זה זניח.

Great Location & nice Hotel

Perfect located in the city center. The Staff us very friendly and helpful. The selction of the Breakfast could be improved (better bread and fill-up's of empty food). I personally don't like the carpets all over the hotel and missed a safe in the room. Besides this all was fine but does not match with the usual Holiday-Inn standard.

Appena sufficente

Viaggio di lavoro di 1 notte. Stanza ampia ma vetusta, materasso e cuscini poco confortevoli. Migliorabile la pulizia. In generale decaduto negli ultimi 5 anni. Ottima la posizione centrale ma per lo stesso prezzo si può trovare di meglio poco lontano.

空港からのリムジンバスが目の前に止まるからとても便利です。バスターミナルまでは歩いて十数分、数分歩けば中心街と立地がいいです。

Sanki oda 1 hafta boyunca temizlenmemiş gibiydi...İşin komik tarafı 20 dak. Oda temizliği için beklettiler :) Mini bar boştu su koymalarini istedim ancak yapmadilar. Ihtiyaclarimi marketten aldım. Hotel genel olarak eski çalışanlar hizmet mantığı bulunmamakta Holiday inn olsa da ancak konum olarak süper tam merkez.

Rezalet ve felaket kötü

5 yıldızlı otelde; Tv var bozuk, su ısıtıcı bozuk, fon makinesi bozuk, şampuan yok, sac kremi vs. Yok. Casino sidik kokuyor... Sauna 1 kişilik ve kapalı... Yan odada yatak gıcırtısı hic bitmedi... Mini barda su yok. En kötüsü tam duştayken şampuan olmadığını fark etmiş olmam :(( fon makinesi müzelik gibiydi. Kesinlikle gitmeyin. Dünyanın parasını aldılar. Keske ev kiralasaydim.
