Awesome property, this was the second hotel in my Shanghai trip and I can tell you, comparing with the first hotel we stayed this hotel is fabulous! Super well located, spacious room, well maintained and new property, super friendly staff and they also communicate very well in English. Fairly good breakfast, hotel was able to handle airport transportation for us easily. I will absolutely stay in the hotel again when visiting Shanghai

Short walk to subway station and also right in the middle of the shopping area. Location worked great for us. Staff were helpful with my limited Chinese. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Great area with subway station nearby but taking a cab using DiDi app is pretty cheap too. Staff have been very nice but not all speak English so have a translation app downloaded. Rooms are comfortable and modern.

The hotel is located in an excellent location. However, its entrance is literally next to another hotel. This causes a bit confusion for guests who are not familiar with the area. The lobby is a bit small, without enough seating capacities.

Room is modern, clean and new, shower is really nice. Location is right at Nanjing Road shopping.

Good location and overall the hotel rooms are clean. Staff were also very helpful. Only downside is that 2 of our 3 rooms have a certain smell. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay there.

Convenient location. The daily breakfast is the same everyday, so to enlighten visitors, perhaps you can change about 3-4 items of the menu twice weekly would be fantastic.

It was located at a super busy street of Shanghai, but not so close to the subway (about 5 blocks). The food services were hard to find nearby. The breakfast was available in hotel but not so decent. When we arrived, we were asked to wait due to the reason that room style we booked was limited (the family room), and it was delayed again later when we came back. The front desk wasn’t able to understand English well, but there was some friendly Indian staff in breakfast place. The whole inside of the building and our room are dusty, Air temperature seemed high indoor due to the hot weather, and the room is small with a poor design. A king bed with a single bed room provided only one chair with a small little table. The tiny night stands failed to provide enough area even for a pocket sized Bible, which I found on the floor in the morning.

This is a great hotel conveniently located with great staff and great rooms and views

Overall the stay was fine. Had some hiccups with the cleanliness of my room but it was quickly remedied. The location is they key plus of this hotel as it’s close to Nanjing Street and the Bund. However, the lack of a password protected internet meant their system was slow and barely usable. Would not recommend staying here if you rely on Internet at all.

The room was neat and clean. The site of the hotel is excellent. Many tourist spots are easily reached by walking at an easy pace.

Excellent hotel.

The hotel DOES NOT HAS AIR CONDITIONING to cool my room!!! The temperature in my room was 86 degrees (67 degrees Fahrenheit outside, plus sunlight/green-house effect from the sun). I complained and the hotel employee said the air flow system was switched to heating mode so they can't cool my room. They suggested opening the window and brining me an electric fan. I did both (used the fan and opened the window) and it was still too hot. What kind of hotel doesn't let you individualize your room temperature? The hotel's cooling/heating system is a total fail. Travelers be warned about this hotel's sub-par, disappointing air conditioning system.

Overall service doesn't can rated in 5 star hotel, if you don't mind the captioned mentioned, the location is not too bad

The room was big and I could open my suitcase and not worry about it taking up too much room. It was clean and staff were very helpful I would definitely stay there again.

Overpriced and unpleasant hotel room design

Prices of room higher than other hotels in close vicinity. Design of room definitely not to my taste and likings. Not likely to book this hotel again, if i have a choice.

Great property - quite different from what you expect from the holiday inn brand. Extremely helpful staff in a city that is quite difficult for foreign tourists when it comes to logistics

Comfort with prime location

It was fine to stay at this property. However they need to improve on furniture especially for using laptops and writing.

Constant construction outside. Blocked entrance. Really difficult to approach with large suitcase. And the room was not that great. We had an excellent view though!

New, convenient, nice breakfast

The hotel is new and very well located, close to many sites and amenities. The breakfast has ample choice and the venue is large and spacious. The rooms are basic but well furnished. The value is very high. I would book again.

Too cold room

Room 이 너무 추워서 3박동안 두통과 콧물이 났습니다 .온도가 21도 위로 올라가지를 않았어요. 호텔측에 첫날 말했지만 호텔 자체가 춥습니다. 동료방 온도도 21도 였습니다
