Great for families since there’s 2 pools, one of which is indoors for cooler months. Free shuttle service for the quick ride over to SeaWorld.

So much noise and walking the path from parking lot to front entrance to be greeted with several bowls of cat or dog food , water bottle for pets and to hand made kennels from cardboard and duck tape. There was a party going on in the lobby and boys were cursing and running all around. Security did speak to the big group of boys, but they immediately ignored what he said. When getting into the elevator there was a hotel towel laying on the floor as soon as you stepped in with a caution wet sign but, the floor looked like it had not been cleaned and made my stomach turn from a weird smell. The entire elevator floor that I could see was dirty. Couple across the hall from me in room 534 was extremely loud, yelling, music or TV was up loud. Yes I complained to the front desk and the lady said she would give them a call.

Property has good parking with security, restaurant onsite and the hotel staff were welcoming.

We got to out room and it was stuffy, we turned down the AC, left the room for a couple of hours and was still hot. When we tried to take a shower, the water was cold, it was running for a good 7-10 minutes hoping the water would come out warmer and nothing, ice cold. Tried contacting the front desk and they never answered the phone.

This hotel was clean and well maintained with a nice selection of amenities. All of the staff that we encountered from the front desk to the restaurant were all very friendly.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! From the moment We checked in, the staff made Us feel right at home. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made Our stay so comfortable. The highlight of Our visit was the incredible breakfast service. A special shoutout to Lorena and Laura, who provided exceptional service—always attentive, friendly, and quick to ensure we had everything We needed. And a big thank you to Chef Joe, who worked magic in the kitchen! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed to feel relaxed. Whether it’s for a quick getaway or a longer stay, highly recommend Holiday Inn for its fantastic service and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you, Holiday Inn team, for making our stay so memorable! We’ll definitely be back!

Parking was horrible even with handicap plates. It took me almost a half hour to finally get to my room.

Everything was good

Check out is 11 but they let me stay till 12, everyone was friendly and answered any questions I had. Only thing I would say I don’t like is that you have to pay for breakfast and it was maybe a 6/10 quality (set up was beautiful though) other than that I’ll be back!

Service was amazing hotel was super clean as well as the rooms ! We used to hotel shuttle to get back and forth to seaworld and they made it seamless ! Overall we had an amazing stay my only complaint would be that the hallway on our floor smelled like dirty old wet carpet however I think they were shampooing them and that’s why there was a smell coming up.

Ok place to stay in the area. Breakfast was pretty good and nice staff. Shower heads should be replaced and add a vent fan in the bathroom. I would stay sgain.

Our room was "moist" felt like water in the air. The bathroom floor was sticky and only one elevator worked. The staff was very nice but, the rooms need some attention.

Such a nice bar and restaurant on property with awesome prices. The pool was also great! We enjoyed this stay. Perfect for families with kids.

Nice property right off of the main highway. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The water pressure could be better but the shower did its job. I'd stay here again.

Middle of the road accommodations, helpful staff

The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. We got a great recommendation for a Mexican restaurant nearby from a woman at the front desk, and she was attentive to our other request. Our king bed was as advertised and comfortable. The bathroom, especially the toilet, was not as clean as it could've been, and there was no brush to improve the situation. This isn't a bad place to stay, but there were a number of things that needed maintenance. Our desk chair was broken, the hook behind the door in the bathroom was partly broken, and there were no hangers in the closet. Everything was rather minimal--two towel sets, not three, one-and-a half rolls of toilet paper, no soap available if you wanted a soak in the tub since the shower gel was up high. Again, not terrible, just not A+.

The beds are so comfortable we went to have breakfast went back to room to relax a bit before leaving and ended up falling back to sleep. Staff was sweet and understanding about it when we slept past check out time.

It was a great stay! I will be booking again soon.

Room was clean and the staff was very kind and accommodating. Don’t bother with the restaurant, we waited 20 minutes and they only ever took our drink order. We paid for the drinks and left. Also breakfast is not included. Otherwise everything was great.

We love this hotel with the gorgeous outdoor pool, an indoor pool is also available. The close proximity to Sea World is convenient, a shuttle is offered and included. This was our 2nd year to stay at this hotel with our toddler and visit Sea World. We definitely recommend and plan to return again. It's comforting to feel safe when staying away from home. Thank you

Limited parking at night, restaurant service was very slow (close to 40 min to get food) we were one of 2 families in the whole restaurant. No hot water our first night at all. It is a nice and clean hotel but definitely starting to show it age. We stayed here 9 years ago and had 0 issues. It is in a good location and distance from sea world. The staff was great and friendly.

Clean, quiet, complete breakfast buffet

Everyone was very nice. The hotel is very close to Sea World. They even have a shuttle service to take you to and from Sea World at no extra cost. It helps you save the $35 parking per day at Sea World. It was a great service. There are many things to do in the hotel. They have an indoor pool and amazing outside pool with a nice jacuzzi. The one thing I dislike was no complementary breakfast and that in the room we stayed you could hear the person above running water from the shower but beside that the room we got was incredible very spacious and had a separate sitting area and a big TV and a separate room with another big TV. It was prefect traveling with kids they had their own tv to watch and the sofa turn into a bed. I would definitely stay there when going to Sea World.

Not the Holiday Inn Standard

Hotel was “clean” but felt dirty. Water pressure was non existent. Just poor compared to the average Holiday Inn.

Everything was great except for the bartender, he openly talked badly about other employees in front of the guest, that he was more qualified than others that worked there. When asked to put on the weather, he replied we didn’t need to watch the hurricane updates, it was not that big of a storm. We left and went to our room to watch the updates, we had a trip planned for that Saturday, to Port Lavaca, where our other reservation, Holiday Inn Express called that Saturday morning to let us know that all reservations were being canceled. Those employees cared,

Likes this Hotel… it’s my second time there.

Overall it was a great stay. It was 6 mins away from SeaWorld & that’s what we needed. They had a complementary van that could take you to SeaWorld & pick you up so that was nice. We didn’t use it but it’s available. I loved the pool area & loved how they had the shallow areas for the babies. It’s a 4 star because the hotel itself looks a little outdated. I’d stay here again though

I liked the pool for the kids. They loved it! Room was nice but did feel very humid. I also had what I’m pretty sure were bed bug bites. This was my first time ever experiencing this. So at first I figured it was mosquito bites. Once I realized what it was I told the manager and after they switch my room she told me there was nothing and I felt like she didn’t believe me, although I had the evidence on my feet. The next day at checkout the other manager was extremely nice and understanding and also gave me ointment for the bites.

We only stayed for 1 night after Seaworld. After an extremely hot day, it was great to be checked in hassle free. The room was spacious and thankfully had body wash, shampoo, and conditioner available.

Nice and soft bed

I was inconvenienced the first night because I had to change rooms due a strong urine smell in the room. I called the first desk and was moved to a different room. Although it was an inconvenience , the matter was taken care of. The location was perfect but the building was dated. Will not stay there again though management was helpful.
