A+ Staff

The staff at this hotel are amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Large rooms with everything you need including a smart TV so I was able to watch Netflix.

The buffet was amazing for both breakfast and dinner. The rooftop pool was fun. A little far from the airport and downtown but a nice place to stay prior to leaving town for a tour of the Amazon.

Great place

Good hotel. Excellent breakfast

This hotel is very clean, well maintained and employs great staff. We had stayed here for 3 nights recently for th enew years. Very great value for the price. Staff took care of all our queries and went out of their way to fullfill our request. The resturnat is not bad, despite us being vegetarians. The food options are good for vegetarians as well with 4-5 items on the menu. Will highly recommend this place for all future travellers and we also would liketo stay here on our future visits.

Would never book at this hotel again. Terrible service.

Decent hotel out if the way from downtown

The restaurant is absolutely horrible. I ate at burger kong next door instead of tokerating that “food” they claim to serve.

It was only a night stay. Staff very helpful.

No Air Conditioning on when we arrived, room took 3 hours to cool down (we were told it would take 10 minutes). Jacuzzi tap broken, we complained, they said they would fix it which they did not. Housekeeping does not seem to follow a plan, coffee cups missing many days, then one would show up, streaks on mirrors, towels not replaced, sand in tub. Restaurant was horrible, worst dinner and breakfast ever. Noisy rooms not much in sound deadning, had to complain because of noisy neighbor which was dealt with quickly so kudos on that. Hotel on very busy street, so need white noise to sleep. Would not stay there again, too many issues.

Good hotel for business trips

Convenient location due to my work location. Small mall next door. Few food options around. Not close to the center but one of the nicer hotels in Manaus.

Very nice hotel. Exactly as expected from a Holiday Inn. Great staff and perfectly comfortable room. Not really walking distance to anything special, but grab an Uber or taxi. Everything is close by.

I hate how far it is from the airport but otherwise it is excellent

comfortable stay

The neighborhood was just ok but we were headed out on a trip the next morning so that was not important. Friendly front desk. Good breakfast. would recommend.

Industrial area

The hotel is located in the industrial area , what was very handy as I was working in the area, the executive room is bigger than the standard and the restaurant is good, overall I would stay here again.

No issues. Had a pleasant stay for business. Taxi waiting at the property was helpful for a speedy trip to the airport. Breakfast was good with a chef on hand for omlets.

Meals in hotel were poor and not much choice outside. Hotel was surrounded by main roads and area was not so safe. Hotel pool was poor.

Ok hotel for business travelers

Hotel is in industrial area, nothing around except a tiny shopping mall with a few stores, restaurants and a movie theater. The hotel is showing its age. Just a bit run down. Rooms are clean but just not updated. Breakfast buffet was good but, dinner service was not. I had dinner twice and both times it took way too long! 1st night I ordered a salad and a soup. 2nd was salad and a sandwich. Both times I waited almost half an hour for the salad! And then it took at least 15 minutes to get the 2nd plate. Food was good but I didn't go back after both experiences.

Excellent place to stay in Manaus!

I loved everything about this place. After spending a week in Rio this place was like a breath of fresh air. The staff is super helpful. They are great at organizing tours. Don't miss the tours to the falls conducted by Louis. Great value overall and will be sure to go back!!

Charged three times for this Hotel

The Hotel.com booking didn't go through for this hotel and we ended up paying three times for it, once through hotel.com and then a higher rate when checked in and then another rate when we called a tried to correct it with holiday inn, who charged us again after we called but didn't remove the other rate, so we out about $900 on this room. Our credit card company removed the two from Holiday Inn, but Holiday Inn just recently charged us again and have always claimed they never received any info from hotels.com. We are now back in contact with our credit card company, Holiday Inn and Hotels.com. An absolute nightmare because Holiday Inn would not accept the confirmation number from Hotel.com

Great Customer Service and Internet

Staff went above and beyond- friendly and helpful. Really exceptional. Good internet. Location isn't the most convenient for tourists interested in Manaus' few sites, but it's a great option for a clean quiet place to rest.

First Time Ever in Manaus

Quick business trip on my first visit to Manaus and the hotel was perfect. Employees were very helpful and serviceable! Definitely will come back. Bathroom was super clean!

Business hotel not good for tourist stay.

Lighting at corridor is white. Warm white or yellow will be better. In industrial zone, no choice of restaurant outside. Taxi from the industrial zone is more expensive than the-ought-to-be rate, R$82 fixed rate!

Overnight in Manaus

Stayed overnight en route to an Amazon vacation. Comfortable, but not luxurious. Reasonable breakfast buffet.

Great place to stay in Manaus.

I only rated this hotel a 4 for location and surrounding neigborhood b/c it is not within walking distance of any main attractions. Having said that, there are very few hotels, if any, that are convenient to the Opera House.

Good clean new hotel

We stayed here for 1 night and we're quite pleased with it. The hotel is new, so all facilities are in great shape. The staff would benefit from better training by the management, but overall the hotel is still great.

A great respite from the Rain Forest

We had just come in from several days in the Rain Forest. It was clean, cool, with a wonderful shower and very comfortable beds.

Comfortable rooms, just like in the US?

A Business-hotel with nice, new, clean rooms? The rooftop pool could be nicer but at least there is one!

Handy

Mall near by (1 mi walk) for eating alternatives. No currency exchange in hotel, but also available at mall. Very close to main industrial district (although another is close by to the airport though)

Functional hotel for a business or holiday stay

We stayed only one night awaiting transfer to some activities on the Amazon. Check in staff efficient and courteous. Initially our air conditioning was not functioning properly but that was quickly fixed. Ate at restaurant and menu and food was reasonable.

Helpful front desk

Front desk wonderful. Arranged a private tour at our request that was great. Not an easy city to visit. Lots of traffic and congestion. This hotel was in the industrial area so not much was available to see on the weekend. Area around the hotel is slums that are being razed in time for the World Cup. Most workers (except front desk) do not understand English including restaurant employees. Good gym. Stayed for 3 nights prior to a cruise.

Holiday Inn was excellent, loved the pool, staff has been very helpful in helping us retrieve an item that we left in the room after we checked out.

Nice hotel

Nice standard rooms, great staff, great breakfast, however is in an industrial area. Didn't affect us too much do to the nature of our trip.

Ideal hotel for Amazon exploration

Extremely clean and comfortable. The friendliest and most helpful staff I have seen in a while - especially when compared to hotels in Rio and Sao Paulo. Definitely planning to stay here every time I go back to explore the Amazon.

There really is nothing not to like about this hotel, especially for travelers like me who do not speak Portuguese. Everyone at the front desk spoke English well. It's a bit far from the center of town, but after four days on the Amazon, I wanted a bit of down time and this hotel was perfect for that. There's a well equipped exercise room and I appreciated some teadmill time with some long flights ahead of me when I left here. There even was a nice outdoor pool. The breakfast has something for everyone.This isn't a criticism, obviously, but there were so many choices I had a difficult time deciding

Nice, clean hotel in Manaus

Nice, clean room with good service. Fairly new hotel. Great rates. A little far from the city center (need to take a cab). Not much around the hotel in the way of restaurants, activities. We were only there for one night so served our needs well. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Highly recommend this hotel for Manaus

We traveled to Manaus for a family vacation and would definitely stay at this hotel again. The staff was incrediable and very friendly. The rooms super clean. This is not a typical Holiday Inn as in the US. I felt like I was in a full service Marriott. Staff would do anything for you if you ask. Resturant is full service and great food. The Hotel is outside the city center which is a plus.Driving around was easy if you have a rental car. We needed a wheelchair accessible room which worked out great.

Fui comemorar meu aniversario junto com a familia, no entanto, não recebi nem um parabéns. e ainda por cima quiseram me cobrar por uma pequenissima mancha de chocolate no lençol. Foi um desgaste horrivel até o gerente usar de bom senso, e não me cobrar por este acidente que seria facilmente resolvido com uma lavagem na lavanderia...

Minha experiência neste hotel foi simplesmente incrível e superou todas as expectativas. Desde o momento do check-in até o momento da minha partida, fui recebido com extrema cordialidade e profissionalismo por toda a equipe. A recepção foi muito eficiente, o processo de entrada foi ágil e os atendentes sempre muito bem treinados, simpáticos e dispostos a ajudar em todas as necessidades. O quarto em que fiquei hospedado era espaçoso, extremamente limpo, confortável e muito bem decorado, com uma atenção especial aos detalhes que fizeram toda a diferença. A cama era extremamente confortável, o enxoval de alta qualidade e o ambiente transmitia uma sensação de aconchego e tranquilidade perfeita para uma estadia relaxante. Hotel de excelência

Hotel bem localizado, com fácil acesso, ao lado de um Shopping. Quarto bem equipado: duchas de qualidade, varal, lenços maquiagem, secador de cabelos, chaleira elétrica, ar condicionado ótimo. Um pouco de barulho em função da avenida, mas não atrapalhou nosso sono. Café da manhã muito completo, várias opções. Único ponto negativo foi o restaurante do Hotel. Jantamos lá um dia à noite e a comida não estava boa, infelizmente. Mesmo assim, o hotel em si nos surpreendeu. Entre os hotéis de rede que nos hospedamos, esse foi o melhor.

Hotel confortável e muito linpo. O único apontamento é o jantar. Incluí na minha estadia e não valeu a pena o preço. A sensação é que serviam no dia seguinte o que sobrou do anterior.

滞在中は特に不便を感じませんでした。あえて言うならエアコンを最低温度に設定していましたが穏やかな感じでした。設定温度どおりになればいいと思います。

O hotel é muito bom, café da manhã farto e com muitas opções saborosas, jantar bom também. Minha única reclamação é sobre o ar condicionado do quarto, que não dava pra regular bem e ficava muito frio.

Ich war 2 Tage in dem Hotel, welches am Rande eine Industriegebiets liegt. Das Zimmer war im 9.Stock und hatte eine separate Dusche und ein WC. Der Zustand ist gut und alles war sehr sauber. Das Hotel liegt an einer Strasse und der Verkehrslärm war zu hören. Im Restaurant wird eine sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet angeboten. Abends kann man dort auch gut nach Karte essen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich ud hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat eine Wäscherei und WLAN steht zur Verfügung.

O Hotel é maravilhoso, muito bem conservado, atendimento bom. Único problema que tive foi no primeiro café da manhã, que a funcionária veio me abordar informando que minha diária não contemplava o café da manhã, foi um equívoco, eu disse que resolveria isso na recepção. Achei a abordagem grosseira além de que poderia ter sido feita em outro momento, já que eu estava hospedada e se fosse o caso poderia ser cobrada.

A equipe do restaurante é fantástica, mas a troca de roupa de cama de 3 em 3 dias junto com o alto valor da refeição, sem muita variedade, são pontos negativos que me levam a procurar um outro hotel.
