At our check-in, the girl at the front desk was so accommodating, it set the tone for our stay. It was a nice stay.
Great modern hotel very well located.
Perfect stay
Lovely hotel everything was perfect xx
Great hotel to stay of you need this specific location
Nice stay
Lovely stay, bed not the comfiest, especially when there for longer than one night, but location perfect.
First time we stayed here. Breakfast is so good. Proper treat. Good Indian restaurant nearby.
My favourite place to stay in that area of London
Close to the tube station, great bar facilities, and close to bars and restaurants
Very bad experience
Absolutely not a 4 star hotel - they show only the pictures of the “renovated” rooms but first they gave us an old room with cracked paint on the walls, holes in the bathroom door. After complaining about the room, they moved us into a renovated room - newer furniture but still an old room. The wifi is not working at 5th floor, sometimes the elevator card reader doesn’t work, the bathroom was not too clean.
Excellent stay
This is a lovely hotel, in a really central location and the staff members are fantastic. It's comfortable, the beds are really comfy, and easy to get to from the airport.
Great stay
Great service at reception, lovely clean room. Breakfast a little disappointed in range of fresh fruit, no banana's on either day, just apple or orange. But otherwise a good choice. Eager to clear away breakfast set up in the lounge atea whilst we were still enjoying breakfast at just after 9am.
They were great, had a good 1 night stay. Would use again!
Great Staff
Staff at this hotel are amazing, especially Samantha in the restaurant.
Tear out the bathtub and make a proper shover
The hotel staff were very helpful and responsive to requests for help. They were also pleasant. The food at the restaurant was good and the staff were friendly. The hotel was clean and quiet. The hotel was reasonably priced and conveniently located near the park.
Overall good stay Breakfast was very basic
Does basic OK job
Room was v adequate, but no character at all and not great functional design (TV wall could fit the coffee machine, bathroom doir and toilet clashed)
Well run hotel. Clean and friendly. Decor is old in the rooms. Needs a revamp. Pricey for the standard, but seems to be normal for the location.
Decent London budget hotel
Adequate hotel, friendly staff but definitely felt like budget in the overpriced area of London
It had no heat installed had to get a portable heater. Bathtub was not comfortable you had to raise your feet to high to get into it not shower curtain Bathroom needs refurbishing.
The property was easily accessible and the staff was great
Would stay again!
Stayed with my daughter for a two night trip, specifically to see a show at the picadilly theatre. Itas a great location for exploring London in general as underground links weren't far away. Staff all friendly and helpful, room lovely and really comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Only preference would be having the option of using cash at the hotel.
Excellent London hotel & staff!
Really helpful, warm, and considerate staff especially reception and front of house; but they were all amazing. Room is a tad old but the bed was very comfortable and that's all that counts. In terms of value for money (in London!) and all else, one of the most convenient and warmest hotels I've stayed
Good
Customer Service was excellent from check in to check out, staff so friendly and helpful - lovely stay
Very central location!!
The hotel was very clean. The staff were very helpful. We only stayed there for one night but we would definitely go back again.
a very convenient location with easy walkable access to theatres , restaurants and shops . very approachable staff who were always helpful
Excellent service from all the staff
Excellent breakfast...we were quite pleasantly surprised with the variety available. The hotel is in very good condition, the rooms may be a little bit small but they are perfectly OK for a few days. In general, we are very pleased with having chosen Holiday Inn Regents Park for our stay in London.
Nice and convenient
Great stay. The only downsides were the two single beds were together and the shower pressure was poor.
Outstanding service fantastic staff well looked after breakfast was one of the best I have had. Room was clean and tidy with everything you could want would recommend to anyone.
Great stay
Lovely stay
We had a very pleasant stay, the room was comfortable and we slept very well. Location of the hotel is also great and we enjoyed a nice walk around Regent’s Park the following day. Breakfast was great not over crowded and a nice touch being served the hot breakfast buffet. The quality was very good. The bar staff and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be returning to the hotel again next month when we come to London to see our next musical
.
The property is cashless and I was not informed by Expedia at all and the staff informed me after we ate dinner and I attempted to pay with the local currency of British pounds. I was stuck with local currency and could not use it in the hotel
Great affordable hotel in amazing location
Staff is always amazing at Holiday Inn Regent Park. Great location and rooms are a good size
Beautiful neighborhood
Very helpful
Great staff and great hotel.
Good location, close to the tube station. Staff were very friendly. The room was good, comfortable and clean. It was reasonable for the price and we enjoyed our stay
Excellent service when checking in and were even given an upgrade.
Close to two Tube stations and beautiful Regents Park. Staff was fantastic. Wonderful breakfast.
Mr.Luo
Holiday Inn London is a very good hotel and very continent to Oxford Street, BBC Headquarters and Central area. The breakfast is very delicious.
comfy bed and good sized room, ruined by a claustrophobic small bathroom
ideal
pizza at 2 am was excellent same for the staff and the location
Check in was a breeze. Breakfast was well prepared and food choices varied. All staff was courteous and helpful. Great location. Rooms clean and well appointed Only difficulty was shower over very deep tub. I have a mobility issue.
The perfect location to explore Oxford St, SoHo, Tottenham Court road with all the shopping and restaurants. It’s so accessible by foot and we walked a lot. The room was sufficient for our needs but a little hot as AC didn’t work so well but it was nice a quiet, no noises in the corridor. Breakfast was also plentiful. Would stay again.
Would stay again
Very comfortable hotel within walking distance of tube station (Great Portland Street approx 5 minutes away) Good breakfast selection. Hot food is served which was very efficient with minimal queuing. Room is comfortable and clean. Bathroom is on the small size and towel rail was positioned awkwardly. Good hairdryer provided and selection of soft drinks and snacks were replenished daily.
Underwhelming experience in aging hotel.
Old hotel. Underwhelming experience. Everyone had to leave from 10 am (all day) because power was turned off. Only got told the night before… when it was too late to move elsewhere. Awful breakfast eg croissants tasted like they had been frozen in plastic. Ordinary breads. Missed opportunities to provide good food. Breakfast area very crowded. Our room wasn’t available when we checked in late at night.
this is a good hotel that probably has gone down post covid in terms of cleanliness and service, can be improved a lot in simple areas.like upkeep and basic service
The hotel rooms and bathrooms are quite small, and unfortunately, there are no bars or restaurants in the vicinity. Additionally, the lobby itself is not very impressive and lacks any amenities.
Nice room, bath was a little deep getting out. Very clean. Enjoyed the breakfast and complimentary snacks. All the staff were pleasant and helpful.
There wasnt nothing i didnt like. Lovely front of house staff, free room upgrade, lovely clean room and amazing breakfast.
Nice Hotel
Dan, at reception made us feel very welcome, probably the best front of house we have ever experienced so 5 stars for him ***** unfortunately there was building work going on outside our window, i think things was being dumped off the scaffold, in to the skip from a great height so you can imagine how noisey that was at 730am so we couldnt sleep after that and that lasted till around 11am
Hotel needs a bit of updating. The meal we had was not good and not cheap either. When I got into my single bed it was all rucked up and I had to remake the bed both beds were the same. A single duvet put in a double duvet case and all rucked up and pushed under the quilt. Also the phone in the room had a different number on the outside to the room number. I would have expected more for £200 a night. The staff were all very pleasant though
All good except that the bathroom was quite small
Liked how close everything was, most areas were a walkable distances. Its also a quiet area which is very nice, would definitely come back again.
Awesome place
Splendid.Enjoyed the stay
Great location and staff.
Daily breakfast was handy.
Good efficient service
A comfortable hotel, with great staff, in an excellent location. We'll be back!
Clean, practical hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Slightly disappointed couldn’t use the stairs rather than lift. Not all of us need, nor want to use the lift, but stair option was tricky to find and use. Shower wasn’t particularly powerful, but adequate for our one night stay.
Holiday Inn Happy
Great stay with superb service and friendly staff. Rooms and general cleanliness of hotel was first class. Only problem was over bath shower which was extremely difficult to get in and out of because I have arthritis in my knees and unfortunately there was not another room available with an accessible shower. Lesson learned to book accessible roo in future.
Great locationn.near local subways and easy access to public transport. Easy accessible with car parking facilities. Walkable to local shop and amenities. Booked at local to intented venue restaurant with Regent Park. Great hotel as usual reputations of Holiday Inn still maintain and still reliable. Great stay highly recommend would definitely return. Lovely breakfast friendly staff.
Poor!
Really disappointed - I have stayed here a few time and it has always been a great room but this time the room was dirty, old and was left with a single bed not what I booked.
Fantastic hotel in an excellent location. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
For the price near Euston Station and being close to Regent and Oxford street a fairly good deal. Must add also the staff at checkin in the evening time...after 6 pm not very customer friendly at all. The day staff were extremely helpful/professional. I would recommend this hotel for a couple of nights. There is a small super market a 100 yards from the hotel. Very expensive, but that seems the norm for London.
Simple, clean and central
Fab location for exploring central London, friendly staff, very standard rooms but clean and comfortable. Nothing special but would definitely stay again for a simple and clean night or two in central london
好
Lovely proportioned room. Clean. Tasty, well cooked breakfast. Will return. Thank you.
Ideal hotel in good location
Perfect hotel for visit and great location. Easy walk to Oxford Street, Tegents Par
Great
Great location, felt safe and secure, lovely restaurant and helpful staff Arrived early and my room was ready which was great!
Upon arrival front desk staff acted like we were a nuisance to their day. After checking in, we went to the 'all day' restaurant at 1430. The entire area appeared closed. When I asked staff in the kitchen, I was told 'Lunch Over's. We went out in the rain to find a place to eat. Once in our room we tried to do some work via wifi. As IHG members it has always been available. This property has the worst wifi I have ever encountered. It would drop every 5 minutes, take several minutes to reconnect, and many time returned an :Out of Range' response. We stayed here for two nights, and the wifi problem continued 24 hrs a day . Unable to get any useful work done, unless I wanted to sit in the lobby. Hotel staff simply shrugged their shoulders and walked away. Also, when we arrived we wanted to pay cash for the bill. We were told it is a cashless property, which is fine, just put that in your reservation documents. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel property to any IHG members. Go to a Premier Inn instead.
Great hotel. Conveniently located for walking to/from Oxford St/Regents Street. Would definitely stay again!
Excellent
Ok
Happy with service Breakfast good Beds comfortable Only complaint - couldn’t access hot water for a decent shower Water pressure poor and water not hot enough It was a very cold evening and we could have done with a hot shower
Beds comfy, smart reception area, friendly & helpful staff.
Very good location and great rooms
Perfect location and couldn’t fault the hotel. Will stay there again
For the price you don’t get quality and value sadly. Check in was chaotic, lots of people no orderly queue but staff were approachable. Bit of a labyrinth getting to the room. The room itself was quite clean but it was cold, the radiator was not working and I didn’t want to call someone to look at it at 12 at night, no spare blankets in the room. It was a bit noisy but I was able to get some earplugs from reception. Bathroom was a bit small which isn’t much of a problem but it was mouldy in the corners. Breakfast was decent, good selection of products available.
Staff were very friendly and really helpful. Breakfast and lunch options were of very good quality.
Great location for London. Warm & comfortable room. Great reception staff who let us check in early, great when you have been up early & been travelling. Would definitely stay again.
Dated room and bathroom
Check in was very slow, some kind of issue at reception and large cue. Had a disable room given, not needed. Sink toilet etc at strange height, very dated room and bathroom looked run down. It the normal IHG standard
So worth it for the parking
liked it
Excellent hotel
Very friendly & polite staff. Hotel in a very good location, clean and tidy, all amenities very good. Great service from the bar staff & food was also excellent.
Location with room for more
Amaaing place bring a special plug. Amazinf breakfast and amazing location
Our stay was very enjoyable. Perfect location. Clean and staff were very friendly.
Excellent stay
Reception staff could not have been better. Really welcoming and allowed us to check in early. Thank you Alina! Would stay again.
Very well appointed hotel 5 min walk to tube station
Great for the price
Everything was spot on
It's quite a nice place for a few days stay. The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was fine too. The hotel is quite old and to my review it needs a renewal. The carpets & the furniture especially.
My husband and I enjoyed the short time we were at the hotel. Service was excellent and staff & servers were very good.
Excellent staff
We had a wonderful stay! Staff was so kind and accommodating! Great location and close to the train! Delicious options in the restaurant! Will definitely stay when I return!

Central and reasonable
I’ve stayed here before and it’s a good hotel for the price. Very central and lots to do within walking distance. Slightly odd odour in my room this time though. Overall a positive experience for the price.
