Great property

Ok

The hotel was clean. The pool was nice just super foggy in there. The restaurant was very good and service was great! The ladies were very nice.

I liked the hotel was clean and quiet. Selection of soft vs firm pillows. Convenient to our conference need. You have to pay for the breakfast buffet but the ladies working really take good care of you at breakfast.

We've stayed here twice! The hotel is new, clean, and easy to get to.

Love this hotel! Staff is so friendly and helpful. This was our second time staying here and I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel property is very nice. Staff was welcoming and polite. We did add the $5 breakfast. Glad we did because it is $15 regularly. Our room was very nice and comfortable. We were in town for a football game in Oxford. The drive to the stadium was quick and easy. 10/10

The bathroom was really slick, as if housekeeping didn't rinse it. My elderly dad almost fell on the floor and in the shower. I paid for handicap double room for him and they didn't have one, so they upgraded me to a suite with a pull out sofa. That was really nice but I was afraid my dad would fall any time he tried to use the restroom. There really needs to be non-slip surface put in there or train your staff to rinse the floors better.

It was all remarkable.

Very clean hotel in an area that felt very safe. Friendly staff & reasonably priced stay. The only downside was somewhat limited parking and small spaces in the lot. Plan to make this hotel our regular stop for traveling back & forth to visit our family in Illinois from our Florida home.

Super clean and wonderful staff

Went for a 3 day stay. Front desk was wonderful and motel was probably one of the cleanest I have ever stayed, and I am a very picky person! Would suggest for anyone!

Very nice , but ,,,, I don’t like the fact after paying for my room online that I had to put up another $25 for deposit that will take over a week to get back and the next morning I had no idea after eating breakfast ( which I thought was complimentary) that it would be almost $40 for 2 people !!! Eggs / biscuit/ bacon ! No signs nothing or I would have went to huddle house if I’d known that . Sorry I’m on A tight budget it would be nice to know these things so get ready to pay more than you think for your stay

Easy Check in

Everything was wonderful!

I took my son and nephew for an overnight stay to swim in the pool and relax in the hot tub. We had a great time! My only complaint is that the tile around the pool is slick and you need to be very careful with little ones. We enjoyed the breakfast. The staff did a great job taking care of us. I would definitely recommend and we plan to go back.

Upon checking in, I was advised that I had not purchased breakfast, so, if we want breakfast you will have to pay for it. I said, I have never had to pay for breakfast at Holiday Inn. I was advised that the Holiday Inn I was at was not an express and that is where the breakfast is free. I will remember that when I travel. R. VanSickle

Very Relaxing

I don't think kids should be allowed to get in the hot tub my visit a lot kids was in the pool area it should be a time for the kids to leave the pool so the adults can enjoy themselves

Only thing i didnt think the pool was clean and the floor was way to slippery and dangerous

Great reception and staff! We stayed here for my spouse surgery. Close to hospital, shopping and food. Quiet area for sleeping and felt safe.

Staff and accommodations were great. I wish they had soap for taking a bath. The liquid soap is at shower level only.

We love this hotel

The room was large, everything was very clean, beds were very comfortable. We have stayed here several times and it is a 5 star hotel, full bar and restaurant on premise, indoor heated pool and gym. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Beautiful Hotel

This is a beautiful hotel. This was the quietest hotel I’ve ever experienced. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and my room was spotless. The service was excellent from check in to check out. This may sound trivial, but the luggage cart I used was balanced and easy to maneuver- a big deal for me. I travel alone and appreciate being able to get my bags from car to room without a problem.

Great stay other than the breakfast which was falsely advertised for kids eating free. $60 for cereal was a bit ridiculous. Otherwise safe and clean.

Good Night Sleep

The hotel is fairly new and well-maintained. The lobby area was very clean and quiet. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. No outside noise. No issues.

Great hotel and the breakfast was better than we were expecting. Only downside is that the hot tub wasn't working and that's why we picked this hotel specifically.

Overall, the hotel experience itself was exceptional, however I was traveling for business and need a receipt. I have yet to receive a receipt from either the hotel nor Expedia. Very frustrating.

The hotel room was expected. Clean and comfortable. We were super disappointed about the pool situation. It was overwhelming with chemicals/chlorine. Everyone could only stay in the pool room maybe 5 minutes. Everyone's eyes were stinging and all the kids were coughing. We booked this hotel because it had a pool in hopes our kids would get some energy out when traveling. So that was a disappointment. Hopefully it was just a one off situation and it isn't normally like that. Otherwise, everything else was good and anyone who worked there was helpful and kind.

We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times now for softball tournaments and they are always so nice and pleasant! The breakfast is good and the rooms are clean!

The front desk staff was excellent, but the room smelled like smoke, the walls were damaged, the noise in the building from loud guests including a dog at one point was ridiculous. We ended up leaving at around 11pm to find another hotel. It was horrible.
