Even though the property was under construction a five night stay over the holidays including Christmas was it was an awesome stay. The staff was amazing and it was so unexpected to wake up xmas morning to a christmas gift bag hanging from our door with a few trests in it...so thoughtful. Great stay

Great front desk crew

I booked through Expedia and received an email that the pool and hot tub were closed due to maintenance after I paid. This would have influenced my booking. The room was wxpensive and should have been reduced as not all amenities were available

I would have rated higher, but we were travelling with 2 teenagers and selected this property for the pool to entertain them after a long day in the car. Sadly there was nothing anywhere that said the pool/hot tub area was closed for renovation.

Bed was very comfortable, room was clean. Area around property was a bit sketchy. Dissapointed to find upon arrival that hot tubs and pool were closed due to renovations.

The dog run was big, but littered with construction materials. Otherwise everything was perfect. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed our room. Renovations were ongoing, so the pool was closed. There weren't too many inconveniences with the renovations. Staff were pleasant.

The property is currently under renovation. The space is chaotic. I could look past this, but for the fact that I was not made aware that the accessible room that I specifically selected over a month prior with roll in shower was not an available because the entire floor was being renovated. I was switched to a regular room and only found out upon entering the room. I was 8 hours from home without the ability to take care of the most basic needs. At first they merely offered an apology and refund, which did not address my MAJOR vulnerability. I asked them to find me another room that was accessible elsewhere. In theory they did do this. They booked me at a hotel owned by the same owner, in an “accessible room”. There the bed was too high, the roll-in shower was up a 2” step, and the sink was not accessible at all (obstructed by the toilet and not wheel under). You should not list these rooms as wheelchair accessible. It is negligent. The front desk staff did their best, but this was a traumatizing experience. I got zero dollars value for the money spent. I’d give this experience a zero if I could. I will never book with these two properties in Kamloops again.

I find the wifi is not good, every time in the rooms. But the front desk staff were excellent, and it is so convenient when you have a flight to the airport.

No electricity from midnight to morning. No one help. The reception cannot connect by phone or cell-phone. No elevator.

Good location near restaurants and shopping, easy parking. Comfortable beds. Pool area was under renovation as well as 4th floor.

I have no complaints about my stay - great, friendly service (Jack at the front desk & Mars in White Spot pub), room was very clean, I requested a few things and they accommodated me which is nice. I will continue to stay at this hotel in the future!

Unfortunately we couldn't use gym and seimming pool due to renovation but otherwise we are satisfied with our stay.

Everything about our stay was amazing. However, I was a bit disappointed that the pool was under construction. I’m an avid swimmer, and I had planned to swim in the mornings and in the evenings and then have a hot tub. I was there for work and family so we enjoyed the white spot restaurant and being across the street from the venue where I was speaking.

Only stayed for a short overnight, but staff member at the front desk was very nice and went above and beyond. Room was nice and clean. Overall good experience!

The hotel was very clean & convenient to the airport to catch a 5:30 flight. The Wifi, was great, but the convenience of having The White Spot restaurant in the hotel was wonderful. My family are well experienced with the White Spot & they say that it is the best White Spot for good food. The BC chicken burger is well recommended. And an efficient shuttle to the airport was very much appreciated.

They used a different room picture for the room we got. In the picture it shows a much bigger room with a sofa bed in a different area. We just got a small regular room.

Only hotel near Kamloops airport with free airport shuttle. (Excellent service). Everything was great until the heater/fan turned on. Very noisy. Too late to change rooms so turned off. Other areas show some wear.

Great stay. Extremely clean, friendly staff. We realized after leaving we had forgot an item and we called to check. Staff had located along with jewelry we didn't even realize was missing. We passed back a week later on way to airport to retrieve our items. Very very pleased with hotel and staff!

Excellent hotel. Very clean and had everything we were looking for including a free shuttle to the airport and a restaurant (White Spot) inside the hotel. Staff were very helpful and let us check in early. Only complaint was the hot tub was out of service and I would have loved to use it but my daughter loved the pool would come here again

Friendly staffs and easy parking. check in was super easy as well. love the coffee in lobby. On spot White Spot makes hungry kid happy easily. We don't need to search for a good restaurant around to feed him.
