I stay at this hotel every time I’m in Bellingham. Consistently good service, clean and quiet.

I was only staying for one night. But the property was clean and quiet. A nice place to stay.

Even coming in very late the staff was warm and friendly.

Started out nice…

Seemed like a nice, clean, empty hotel at the beginning… Hotel was empty, but the front desk still put someone in the room directly above me, who decided that stomping on the floor continuously from 3:00 am to 4:30 am was the best way to spend their morning… Not sure why the front desk did this. Also, the hotel parking info is incorrect and the airport shuttle was not working.

Don’t stay here of you ate sensitive to noise. Both nights I could hear every footstep of the people staying above me, and a colleague said it was loud in his room too. It’s a shame because otherwise it’s a nice hotel, especially for a Holiday Inn. Food was decent but I found the menu a bit limited for my taste. Breakfast doesn’t begin until 7 so both days I missed out even though I paid in advance because our workdays started at 7.

We bought the breakfast. We arrived at buffet at 9:00 am still 1 hour of service offered. Eggs, were cold, hash brown potatoes were almost gone (also cold),bacon was cold, bread was just laying out on plates and was stale on one side. There were a couple of heated dishes with nothing in them. I asked for juice, and then coffee but only one drink was included in the price so I would have pay more. Please refund our money for the breakfast we bought. Also we noticed many tables had not be cleared. The sink in our bathroom was very slow and took a long to drain.

It was great. The only thing I would say powdered creamer in the rooms with a Keurig it’s not what I would’ve expected.

The front desk staff went out of their way to ensure a room would be available for check in because they knew we were arriving after a medical procedure. They were clearly concerned about our comfort and wellbeing.

Getaway Weekend.

Was our first time visiting Bellingham and decided to celebrate our anniversary at the Holiday Inn in Bellingham. Not much help with directions from the front seat at check in but figured it out. Thought all the rooms had stoves and full size fridges turns out we booked the basic one standard so was a little disappointed but the room was really clean and comfortable, good set up enjoyed the rv with Direct TV. Complimentary coffee is always great. Beds are comfortable. Good fun things to do around had a good time and there could be a possibility we’d stay again or try another hotel in the area just to compare.

Great hotel if you are flying out of BLI

Was flying out of BLI. Great hotel and minutes away from the airport.

There was a very strong bleach smell in our room… which meant it was clean but it was very pungent

We like it as it’s right across from the airport. Only issue was we had to get up by 4 am we went down to get the shuttle and there wasn’t one. Thank goodness it wasn’t pouring rain as we had to walk to the airport. It’s not far but they should have let us know the night before.

Nice clean and convenient. Has the best pillows! Room walls are pretty thin and people can be heard talking and just moving around in room this 4/5 stars.

Relatively new site in great shape. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Four minute walk to airport to pick up rental car.

The hotel itself was comfortable and clean, and staff was friendly! I was disappointed that we had to make up the trundle bed in the suite ourselves, which was actually a massive pain in the ass. We were exhausted and the last thing we wanted to do was make up our own beds which I don’t think is unreasonable when staying at a hotel.

My daughter got injured playing in the swim area and a metal piece was sticking out and it cut her foot deep

We had to cancel our reservation due to a family emergency. The person taking my call was very helpul.

Do not leave anything behind. We accidentally left our 2 coats in the closet, house keeping stole them. We called 4 hours after we left our stay. The room was cleaned and it was not occupied by anyone else. The house keeper kept our coats to themselves. It was our fault for leaving them there, but they to have thrives working for them so beware.

What a great hotel! It’s located right across the street from the Bellingham airport, there was tons of parking in the front and back, and it was reasonably priced. The room was really nice and comfortable and had lots of places to put all of your things (counter space, closet and hooks to hang clothes, tables/chairs, etc). The staff were also super nice. Would stay here again!

It was a beautiful hotel but the breakfast was not included so we had to drive out to get some. There is hotel restaurant but the choices is not as much compared to IHop.

We love this hotel…it’s classy and professional yet playful decor..And the employees are great. Love the spacious rooms. I only said area was 4 stars because I assumed it was neighborhood and there isn’t one, as it is an airport. Will keep staying this is our go to place when visiting our WWU students

The rooms are new and have a fresh feel. The property is well cared for. The food at the restaurant was incredible, but the wait was insanely long for our appetizers and food.

The pool was great and the room was very well kept.

Everything was great. Would definitely book again. Only thing was that WiFi wasn't good from the room. Only had signal on one half of the room, so connection kept cutting off, and on my phone it would switch and cut into my data package.

The phone and internet reception were terrible. I couldn't take phone calls in my room it was archaic. Everything else was good.

Well kept and maintained. Only suggestion is that pets be kept on a separate floor so not to bother those who do not have pets with the barking. I would like to stay in a room that did not include pets. Barking was the only disruption in peace.

Property was updated, modern, and so clean.

Door on the bathroom didnt lock. There was no bodywash in the shower. When we called the front desk they said come and get it because no one couls bring it to our room. Things werent refilled in the bathroom and we literally just checked in

The hotel is literally a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The amenities are nice, and the room is/looks new and clean. Staff is very helpful as well.

I found tgis hotel to be a really great place to stay and tge staff, especially in the restaurant/bat was exceptional. The food was truly well prepared and tasty, something that I feel is hard to find in hotel restaurants. I found the price for Saturday night to be a little high but I accepted it for the other high qualities and not having to move from another option.

A very nice hotel. Rooms are generous space, and well equipped.Across the parking lot, about 100 yds from airport. Was very quiet, regardless.
