Convenient, clean and safe.

Hot tub down and pool had too much chlorine and the bed wasn't soft

Staff is very friendly & knowledgeable. They gave us plenty of towels for a 2 night stay, so we chose the “green” option not to have our room serviced until after we left.

Everything was great I enjoyed my stay

There for nine days. City experienced a major snowfall. Most businesses closed. HI had their kitchen open. Huge plus. Only problem hotel was not prepared and there was ice all over entry way and sidewalks. I had boots but not all guest prepared.

Temp control terrible, sink clogged, gym tiny

Smooth check in. The room was malodorous and I had to request a new room. The new room smells not as bad, but still stinky. So far, I won’t be returning.

Positive: Front desk person was nice, room was spacious and comfortable. We purchased the breakfast meal - excellent menu options. We enjoyed the food and the attentive server. Negative: The ice machine on the 2nd floor didn’t work.

We enjoyed our stay. Check-in was a breeze. But the biggest most pleasant surprise was the housekeeping service daily. The staff was super friendly. There was a portion of the curtain not attached and the light from the neighboring building was shining in the room. Also, the electrical plugs were outdated with no USB outlet. BUT there were ample plugs in the room

I was greeted by big cockroach as i turned on bathroom light. There was no way to regulate temperature of the room

Morning breakfast service was great. Dinner meal was also cooked well. Staff was very friendly. My room was very clean and staff refreshed towels without me asking. This was the 2nd time I’ve stayed here.

The people were nice, the breakfast was great, but the room was not clean. There was some kind of nut or something on the floor, hair on the blanket, hair/dirt under the cabinets, etc.

It’s an ok Hotel. It was older on the inside than I thought.

The area does not feel safe. Our room was dirty and smelled like cat pee. When housekeeping came they said they didn’t smell anything. I would not stay here again.

It was really really nice place. I only had to change room because it was a handicapp room and there was roaches in the room. They was really nice to switch me to another nicer room with a great view. I am still asking about this $133.00 fee for cancelled appointment when I made a mistake of my dates. I did that because my home in Tallahassee Fl. was in a huricanne weather. And I wanted to make sure that the hurricane to pass through Tallahassee Fl. and if it mess up my town and I couldn't get back home next day. That's why I change my date.

The hotel can use some newer bed spread and towels

It was good except I think the a/c unit was loud but my husband said he slept well

The convenience to shopping are and food was good. The pool area was not clean which was the main reason we picked the hotel.

Our visit was wonderful! Our bartender was amazing! I wish I could remember her name to give her a shout out! After my boyfriend proposed we went back to our rooms, I still had too much adrenaline and wanted to go down for a drink! Not knowing she was about to close up, by the time we got there she was only a few minutes away from getting to go home! I felt awful but she was so kind and insisted she could still serve me! That small amount of kindness on such a big day for me was exactly what I needed to sooth my anxiety for the evening!

The hotel was in a great spot. It was a 15min drive to the beach. The stay was very comfortable I had no complaints. The only thing was we had to pay for breakfast which was mentioned it just was something new that I’ve never experienced. Overall I would recommend this hotel any time for anyone to stay at !

The customer service was great.

Just not the quality that hotels used to be. Smell Marijuana every where. Did not go in hot tub or pool because didnt seem taken care off or run down. Smelled bad in the lobby area.

The state was awesome. We had a great time. We enjoyed ourselves in Biloxi and Gulfport. The staff was amazing. I enjoyed the coffee. I enjoyed my bed. It was very comfortable and I will be staying again.

very clean, nice hotel

my family’s flight got canceled so we had to make impromptu plans and ended up staying here for the night. the hotel was very clean, had a corner store, and the people were very nice. the beds were comfy, they have whole bottles of dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash instead of those small generic hotel ones you get normally. their travel size toiletries were free and good brands too - old spice, bath and body works, dove. i would definitely use this hotel again.

Well maintained , good customer service , pool was nice and proximity to the outlet mall and places to eat is great! Nice comfy bed. The A/C took a while to cool the room but it was comfy overall .

Clean, convenient, great customer service, rooms spacious. Pool and gym...CLEAN and relaxing...nice family atmosphere .The only thing was the elevators needs some work.

The parking lot was vandalized during my stay. Some peoole broke the windows out of several cars in the lot.

Our stay was pleasant. The first night the pool was closed for maintenance but fixed in time for night two. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were awesome.

Loved it! The friendliness of the staff was fantastic. The indoor pool was a big hit with my nieces. And it was close to all the places and things we had planned.

My room was clean the bathroom was also the bed was comfortable it is located close to outlet mall

Next time we stay we want get a floor with the maintenance they were only doing their job but we heard the door opening and closing all night ,other than that we loved it
