Amazing staff, breakfast, and amenities.

The restaurant is a nightmare.

The Hotel is still fine, as always, but if you wold like tk dine in the restaurant is a real catastrophie.

Mostly, I think everything was fine

Good location, very convenient, very good breakfast buffet.

Property not maintained properly. Air conditioning system did not function well. Staff unable to make proper corrections. Restaurant staff very hard to find and ignoring customers.

Lovely hotel in Warsaw

I liked the room as very clean and the bed was comfortable The hotel is only 7 minutes to the airport and close to public transportation. You can take the tram from the back of the hotel which can take you anywhere in Warsaw.

Wonderful stay! Clean modern and fairly new hotel and rooms. Bathroom was gorgeous. Breakfast was excellent! Breakfast was included Great tasty selection of food. Good quality food! My husband and I are hard to please so this says a lot about how great the hotel is!

Exceptional service and great price

The staff was very helpful. We stayed o e night because of an early flight the next day. Staff did a wake up call, right on time. Ordered a cab for us. And gave us breakfast to go. The hot water in the shower was amazing. Nice bar and restaurant also.

Great Airport Hotel

Super comfortable rooms, clean and fantastic friendly hotel staff. Julia the receptionist had great customer service with local tourist information. Amazing breakfast with huge variety of selections. One hop airport location to the hotel.

Holiday Inn Express in Warsaw- avoid at all costs!

No transport to the airport, no morning coffee. And no way to call the front desk. The one cart they had for luggage had flat tires.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Getting to the property and parking is a bit tricky as that whole area is entrance controlled but that makes it more secure, I suppose. Excellent access to transportation and the airport but far away from Old Town.

Hotel is nice in good location, but to get there is extremely unpleasant and inconvenient. It is hidden in between the houses and there is constantly traffic jam. Most probably I do not want to stay there anymore.

Really nice and enjoyable stay, I have requested to change my room away from street view and I received right away.

Overall it was a good experience because of location it’s noticeable that this hotel a little bit old, but they try to keep everything look modern, so it was really good. I don’t like that they don’t provide hair conditioner. As well as a bottled water (I don’t feel confident to drink a tap water in Poland) . Breakfast has a huge variety, but I didn’t like the taste at all. Too much sugar in everything and other problems with flavors. I had an early check-out (6am) and it was easy they were nice to give me a breakfast box (because a buffet opens at 6:30). I can recommend it in general, good place to stay for a few nights

Close to the airport. Easy access for traveleres coming up from the north and west of Poland. Excellent, professional, helpful staff.

Great room hot shower close to airport

Very poor attitude at check in even after showing my IHG gold membership. Not only was reluctant to book taxi to Airport but also She mentioned that as I had not booked directly through IHG, none of my perks were recognized even after paying at the property. First time in 15 years being IHG Gold member and traveling through the world.

40 minute for check in. Only one receptionist. Printer not working etc. Noise all night.

We enjoyed our 1 night stay before leaving for an early AM flight out of Chopin airport. The place was very clean and the beds comfortable. We loved that it was within walking distance to Galeria Mokotow which allowed us to eat and do some last minute shopping before returning home. The only thing missing was a fridge and microwave but that didn’t affect our stay much as we were only there for a night and the mall was very close.

Very very helpfull staff. Booked wrong kind of room and was upgraded for no extra charge. Underground parking is a bit cramped though, make sure you have a spot reserved or choose city parking

Hotel was new, nice and clean, with good breakfast options. The only thing was that it was relatively far from the old town. It says 15 minute drive but warsaw has a good amount of traffic, so more like 30 + minutes car ride during the day or more if you use public transportation. Again, we were not aware of the traffic so nothing related to the hotel, which was great! The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. The staff was helpful and they gave usour room as soon as it was ready, which was a big plus for us traveling with a small child after a long flight.

Good overnight stay

Comfortable overnight stay near the airport - friendly staff - all the usual HIEx amenities including a decent free breakfast. Pity about the building site next door which was making a lot of noise from 0730 onwards, but we’d definitely stay again.

Nice, clean, good breakfast.

It is a nice, modern hotel. The staff was excellent. They fixed all problems/request that we had within minutes. The free breakfast was also very good. The underground parking is nice and secure, but you have to pay for it.
