Good service

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast buffet included. Beds on the firmer side but heating system ran quietly. Location close to the bridge and University but not much around the hotel so plan on driving anywhere you need to go. The hotel is ~10km from Old Québec if that's your destination.

The hotel was clean, room was quiet even with many folks coming and going. The road to the hotel .... Was under construction and frustrating to get to and from.

All was great. Was a bummer that the hot tub is closed during the winter. This hotel is at the entrance of the city, then it's 20 minutes by car to Old Quebec. But in general quality price 10/10.

If you have a pet traveling with you, don’t book this hotel.

Unfortunately, there is construction going on around the hotel, which makes it difficult to get in and out. Especially for dining out. We booked two rooms, both of which had a slight damp smell. The anti-skid mat in my bathroom was full of dirt that was difficult to remove. Other than that, everything was acceptable. The staff was polite. The room was spacious. The pillows and quilt were very comfortable.

Sound insulation is poor. And, I was told I had to place $50.00 x 3 ( rooms) deposit for security and refund to me when check out this morning. Unfortunately the manager didn’t and I have to wait couple days for release the authorization. I feel very bad it was a different story when I checked out this morning.

The property is nice and clean, most of the staff is nice; the only thing that could have some impact is the nearby construction works, but this is minor.

Stay at end of August 2024 Access is a bit of a problem because of construction work nearby. Probably also a source of noise during weekdays (but not weekends). Very friendly staff. Well stocked breakfast room with regular restocking.

This was an excellent hotel, very clean. Food was good and breakfast was included. You dont have to pay seperately for parking. The only downside was the 45 min wait in the check-in line up. There was only one person doing check ins and it was super busy. But he handled it well and was very pleasant.

The property itself was great! The hotel and rooms were clean and new. The pool is small and more like a large hot tub but my family enjoyed it. There were many options for breakfast, which as busy, but kitchen staff were ensuring all food was well stocked. We would definitely stay again. The location is only a short drive to the beauty of Old Quebec.

Good but pool was very smaller than expected. And, some pillows were smelly. There is construction around the property. Other than that it was good.

The room we had was spacious and clean. Breakfast was quite good with lots of options. While the swimming pool was small, it was heated and almost as warm as a hot tub.

It was very noisy until late in evening as guests were not disciplining their children so they were running in hallways and screaming until late evening

Unfortunately, I was not aware of all the major construction. I will not be coming back until the construction is terminated.

Nice hotel it was quiet and okaish but we had some issues like, the female receptionist is not a polite person, they don’t clean the rooms if you stay more than 2 nights and the staff took money we left on the room (it wasn’t visible)… and also it’s so hard if you don’t have a car because of the constructions and long distances. Very average stay

The room and building was clean. The room was overly hot and you can’t open the window more than an inch. Our room was facing the highway, so it was pretty loud with the window open and the lights from outside were very bright. The shower took forever to get at the right temperature. It was either ice cold or scalding hot. The heating/air conditioning unit in the room was LOUD and had to be turned off to sleep. The breakfast wasn’t that great, the coffee was horrible. I’ve had better stays at comfort inns. Probably won’t be returning to this location.

The hotel is located at about 15 min of Quebec City. For the night we spend at the hotel it was ok. The front desk was friendly, and helpful. In the morning I showed to the attendant a picture I took of the ants I found in the morning cause a chocolate wrapper my son had left on the night table. The breakfast was included but simple.

This is a well located (close to bridges and major roads) site, it is very clean and quiet, the included breakfast was actually quite decent (great coffee) and it was easy to reserve. The staff was courteous and helpful; there is a cozy fire place as you come in to the lobby, much appreciated on cooler days1

Modern, clean room. Included breakfast had some options, was good. Location was good for us, very close to things but far enough that you’ll probably want to drive. Easy parking.
