Very clean hotel First time in a hotel with plastic cutlery, not enough food and space for all the people waiting for breakfast. Better to go outside for breakfast!

It was easy to check in. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My accessibility room is very spacious and has an automatic door entry.

I liked that the hotel was clean and that the hotel has a pool for the kids. We also loved that the breakfast is included in the price.

Booked for 4 days over the New Year period. The hotel as lots of parking and easy access to the road network. Checkin was easy and friendly. There is an area where breakfast is available. There are lots of options such as Sausages or bacon, omelette, bread, bagels, muffins and cereal. Seating is limited so be mindful of that. There are snacks available just to the right of reception. These include drinks, sweets and ice cream. You pay at reception. The building looks brand new and the rooms are spacious. He had two queen beds with fair amount of storage. There is a large wall mounted tv which has various tv stations. Our room had a bath and shower. Shower worked fine, just took awhile to heat up. There is an indoor pool on site. It’s fairly small and not particularly warm but, does the trick. There are free towels to use which re already pool side. The gym looks good with a few machines and weights. The location was 10-15 minutes from Niagara Falls area. Highly recommended hotel

Here’s a little tip about the continental breakfast: it’s better to go early. Later on, there tend to be too many people, and the food isn’t replenished fast enough, which forces a long line of waiting. (Though it’s clear the staff are doing their best!). If gone early it's calm, peaceful and comfortable

Bad experience in the breakfast

Overall, our stay was good, but the breakfast had long lines, and things took a long time to arrive.

Very clean and great shape. Free breakfast was awesome. Perfect for shopping at outlets and near the Falls

Stay was relaxing. Although the bathroom door wasn't private at all. Overall nice place to relax.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not worked (Room 316). The breakfast area doesn't have the green bin .

Everything is good.

Overall it was good. I just wish the soundproofing was a bit better as we heard one poor dog barking nonstop for 3 days straight.

We enjoyed our stay. It was our second time staying here. Clean, friendly, and the breakfast is good. My only very very minor complaint is 1. Someone could stand to look at sink in room 610 it is very slow draining 2. Also the shower curtain is too short, the bathroom gets really wet because of shortness. We will stay here again it was great.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly. The bed was very comfortable and we were able to had good sleep.

Stay was pretty good. We liked how everything was closed by. Lenny of parking. People at front desk however didn’t not honor was their website said abut no pet fees.

Great place to stay

The hotel is clean and comes with unlimited access to the pool and gym. The housekeeping lady who cleaned our room was super sweet and did an amazing job. The biggest issue we had was with the slow breakfast service. They have 3 main dishes, but don’t expect to try all of them. When one finally refills, the others run out, and kitchen staff takes about 20 minutes just to refill them!

Overall pleased. Breakfast not too bad but could be improved.

Well kept, clean and large rooms. Limited interaction with staffing but they seem kind and willing to help. Id stay here again.

Two night getaway. Three couples travelled to this area to relax and enjoy some local entertainment and see the Christmas light displays. Enjoyed our stay at this motel nothing could be improved.

Great hotel option

This was a great hotel option for the area. Very close to the Niagara Falls Outlet Mall. It is a bit of a drive into Niagara on the Lake but close to all the wineries if you have a car. It was very clean and breakfast was a bonus.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and fine (would like a few more fruit choices). Hotel is just off the freeway, a 15 minute drive into town. The ramp over the freeway and the traffic circle are slightly terrifying (who designed that, anyway?!) but once you're at the hotel, you're safe! We are regular guests.

Nice hotel, stayed for a wedding. Security at night the doors are locked to get into the hotel entrance you need a key.

Fabulous property. Stayed two nights this weekend as we took in a NFL game in Buffalo. Beautiful hotel. Great staff. Very convenient to get to and from the game in Buffalo. Great shopping and food nearby. Highly recommend.

The room has the best accessibility layout and design of any hotel room I have ever stayed in, starting with the power operated door to the suite that opens by tapping the key card on the reader in the hallway. Lots of room including in the bathroom for the power wheelchair.

Disappointed no 24hr coffee service in lobby/breakfast area! Kind of a pain to make ourselves in the room - only had 1 paper cup for 2 people. Bed needs re-stuffing or replacing - edges firm but then both of us rolled into middle of bed!! For “accessible” bathroom, need explanation card detailing how to operate shower!

The hotel was conveniently located with easy access to the historic district of Niagara-on-the-Lake and Niagara Falls. The personnel were professional, helpful and friendly; and our room was a very nice size with a very comfortable bed. We recommend this hotel!

Lovely hotel and staff. However, if you are in the area to enjoy Clifton Hill and The Falls, there is a commute that will take up additional time and costs.
