Very Nice Breakfast, Staff was very friendly, we enjoyed our stay !

Hreakfast is fresh and hot.

The location of the hotel is excellent for business trips. Should soon think about changing the bed, the mattres (matraqtze/yogi) hung to on one side.

Very clean and updated. Decent breakfast. Metro stop about 15 minute walk but level. Not many dining options in immediate area but felt safe walking to and from metro. Room is small but adequate.

Taxi service was very slow and the airport is far away also there is no easy transportation to and ftom the hotel

Das Hotel an sich ist gar nicht so schlecht. Frühstück bisschen mager, aber es geht. Aperol Spritz aus der Hotelbar hat mir gar nicht geschmeckt. Und noch was: ich hatte gestern 23.09. Geburtstag und habe nicht mal „alles gute zum Geburtstag“ gehört. Sehr schlechte Management. Sonst habe immer eine Grußkarte vom Hotel im Zimmer und sonst noch was. Hier GAR NICHTS. Vielen Dank dafür.

Nice quiet place, decent breakfast of pancakes, eggs and pastry.

The staff was very friendly and a short walk to Olympic Park. The park was very peaceful and we loved the soccer matches that could be seen there.

The staff were amazing and professional. The parking outdoors leaves much to be desired.

Super amazing

We had check in and we had stay for only 3 days visiting from the us and I really have to admit that the young gentleman name Tim was super amazing attentive he had welcomed us and took care of us by giving us directions & explanations about the city like where to go and what to see and he even spoke to us perfectly English everything was great only two things I didn’t like was the space in the room and the lacked water pressure of the shower but the rest was perfectly great. So I definitely recommend this Hôtel location if you want to see the old city or the attractions only minutes away -Olimpia mall bmw & Bayern arena - again thank you Tim’

New hotel close to Olympia Mall and walkable distance from subway which runs every 10 minutes. Clean, friendly staff and free breakfast. Would stay there again if I wouldn’t mind staying outside city centre.

Front desk staff went out of their way to give us the best possible service.

We liked our stay, but when we talked to the front desk about bugs in our room they were no help. They told us the close our window, which we never had open once. I wish they would have been more understanding and helpful

This hotel was very cute and did not cost a lot of money. The room was clean and modern, and the staff was nice too. There were two main problems - one is that I had a car and had to use their parking. When I asked the staff at the reception if it was free or not, I was told yes, which was surprising since their website said otherwise. I was charged 45 euros (for 3 days we stayed there) at the end which was kind of unexpected. The other problem was that I could not pay for the stay with three different cards - two American and one German card. It just did not go through their terminal, and I was blamed for this problem. At the end I had to find an ATM and pay in cash (these cards worked all the time right after I left the hotel, so I am pretty sure the problem was not on my end). Other than these two issues, we loved the hotel!

Stay at Munich

Very poor room service. We left our room for 3 days and no one came in once to clean the room. When we came back they said you never asked for room service. The air condition would not turn on. Constant heat on. Very, very small, tight rooms. We charged for parking for entire week, even though we parked there only 4 days. When wanted to check out after 4 days, they said penalty for checking out early (instead of 6 days) was $800. Would not adjust it. It was cheaper to stay in. Not flexible. There were Other issues as well.

I came just for 3 days and my stay was in holiday inn express munich. I traveled lot off but this hotel staff was very cooperative and nice.Specially Mr Hussaini is very gold team member of holiday inn. After 3 day stayed i decide when ever i will be here ,I will stay in same hotel. thanks for giving best experience in short time. Ahmad

Good hotel

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. Lots of power outlets in the room was great. A tiny minus for not having bacon at breakfast. Would stay again.

Wir fanden die Einrichtung sehr neu und modern. Es ist praktisch gelegen, um z.B. ein Konzert in der Olympiahalle zu besuchen, da es in ca. 30 Minuten Spaziergang durch den Olympiapark zu erreichen ist. Das einzige, was wir als nicht optimal empfanden, war dass die Parkplätze vor der Tür keine Markierungen hatten, so dass viel Platz verschwendet wurde und man dadurch die teurere Tiefgarage nutzen musste.

Für einen kurzen Städtetripp hatten wir alles was wir wollten. Es ist ein sehr angenehmes Hotel und sehr zu empfehlen. Wir würden es wider buchen

Good for one night only

Staff were friendly and nice, but the walls were too thin and I could hear both sides of the room. If you are a light sleeper, you may need earplugs. Breakfast was poor. In particular, the only vegetables available were cucumbers and tomatoes.

Trotz kleinerer Probleme war der Empfang sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Obwohl wir nur einen kurzen Moment warten mussten, ist uns sogar ein Getränk angeboten worden. Vielen Dank für diesen sensiblen Umgang.

Alles was man braucht

Super Zimmer uns Frühstück. Alles was das Herz begehrt für einen vernünftigen Preis. Schade, dass nicht für länger Platz für mich war.

Alles perfekt. Nur Parkplätze sind Mangelware. Ansonsten wirklich top für wenig Geld.

Far from inner city

Took very long time to check in although we were the only guests. Room ok. Breakfast missing essentials like juice and eggs and thus really boring. Location was ok for the Autobahn but really far from the city.

Alles in allem war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Im ersten Zimmer gab es zwar eine kleine technische Störung mit der Klimaanlage, aber das Personal hat sich sofort darum gekümmert und sich vergewissert, dass im zweiten Zimmer alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Service und werde das Hotel beim nächsten Mal gerne wieder buchen.

Die Unterkunft war besser als erwartet. Sehr gut ausgestattete Zimmer, die groß sind. Trotz Blick auf die Hauptstraße war es sehr ruhig im Zimmer. Das Frühstücksangebot war auch gut.

Alles in allem gute Erfahrung. Lage etwas abgelegen aber das weiß man ja.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Sehr nettes Personal. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, kommen gern wieder.

Der Zimmer Service kam in den 4 Tagen nur einmal vorbei. Das wird wohl dem allgemeinen Mangel an Arbeitskräften geschuldet sein.

Sehr sauber und freundlich

Sauberes Hotel, macht von innen sllerdings einen besseren Eindruck als auf drn ersten Blick von außen, ausreichendes Frühstück, sauberes Zimmer, waren völlig zufrieden für eine Übernachtung. Umgebung eher weniger attraktiv da es etwas abgelegener liegt.
