Would stay again!
The hotel reception staff were very friendly & helpful. Parking is paid for at the beginning of your stay so don’t forget to register your vehicle! Our room was a twin with single beds, the room could do with a freshen up as marks on the wall and the carpet look ‘tired’ We had no luggage rack in our room so I enquired and apparently they don’t offer them. So I had to use the ironing board. Breakfast very nice and lots on offer. Great hotel for getting to the O2 and also into London via tube, bus, and cable cars.
Had a lovely Great stay, downside was the parking was very expensive,
Booked for Pitbull concert at O2. Ideal for everything in the area.
Overnight stay as we went to a concert at 02 arena , room was clean , and smart. However a bad night sleep as the matress is awful , very hard and wasnt atall comfortable the sofabed aswell was awful as you could feel the springs on your back . The deuvet itself was thin and not much comfort all round. The breakfast was nice , a good range of food for the morning so it made up for a bad night sleep . However location wise for 02 arena perfect ,i would return just based on that fact. But please maybe think about changing your matresses , its rock hard
Great Hotel, Location.
my wife and I stayed there due to its closeness to the 02. It was very easy to book and on arrival the booking in was quick and simple by polite and professional staff. The room/shower was clean and tidy with tea nd coffee making facilities. Breakfast was included which was very good. There on site parking and you register the parking at the hotel reception via an app. £25 for 24hrs. I recommend this hotel and will be returning later this years.
Convenience for o2
Hotel is surprisingly dated. Set your expectation right.
Good
Everything was good but the A/C made bit of noise
i would rather prefer if housekeeping/staff did not come into the room during my stay as a solo traveler. if i need anything like towels or the bin emptied i will ask at reception.
Staff good, But not good enough,i NEVER review
DISCAIMER, I'm not a Karen but..... The Staff were good however we got back to our room fairly late and it was FGREEZING (i'm good with the cold too) i switched on the A/C heating controls and it switched itself off so went to reception and was told all the ac/heating has been switched off. I weas told we should have a plug in heater in the room, went to the room and had no heater so had to call and get one sent up. not the end of the world but we have 2 young kids in the room and it obviously takes time for the heater to fill the room with warmth, if we'd known id have left/turned it on before we left. in hindsight we should've been told about the heating situation at check in. Not the best from IHG if i'm honest.
lovely stay would recommend
the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay
Costly Trash
Poor standrd hotel, Absolute trash for London especially charging almost £200/night. Never ever using a Holiday Inn
Great but family room bed is uncomfortable
Everything was perfect except that the sofabed in the family room is really uncomfortable, you can feel the ridge where the fold to store it away is and the duvet for it was very thin and not very wide. The double bed was perfect. Breakfast was great.
Friendly and helpful staff. Easy walk to the O2 arena and surrounding area is safe to walk at night.
The room was very cold, very noisy and we didn’t get a good nights sleep. The window didn’t block traffic noise. The door to the room didn’t block noise from other people using the hotel. The room wasn’t big enough for a family room. It felt very small and the sofa bed was far too small for my 10 and 7 year olds to share. We asked for a sheet and duvet so that we could make up a separate bed on the floor for my 7 year old but the staff never brought it to the room. So my children didn’t sleep. Awful service especially as it was so that my children could get to sleep. Breakfast was average but they had run out of muffins and croissants. The juices tasted watered down and weird. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It needs to make changes and improvements.
O2 Trip
Good easy stay for London O2
Good stay
We had a good stay in the Greenwich area. Breakfast was good and a few buses walking distance. Beds were comfortable and shower was clean. No complaints.
Excellent stay for O2 event
Friendly and attentive staff. Hotel and room were very clean. Good breakfast. Good overall atmosphere at the hotel with other guests and excellent location for the O2. Only slight issue was the air con was noisy at times.
Stayed for a night and was comfortable, O2 Arena is very close
Convenient for the O2
Quick check in. Clean room. Good English breakfast.
Reception was not patient to listen to my concerns but leave and walked off to another guess in the other desk. Being the first time here did not show the direction to the lift or how to get to my room. No information about breakfast times.
Room not the biggest for the price but clean and tidy. Only one lift was working during our stay which was inconvenient for us with a buggy and two children as well as other less mobile guests. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very varied, well stocked and of a excellent quality. Not much in surrounding area but close to bus stops and not too far from train/tube links.
Perfect for O2
Perfectly placed for 02. Clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast adequate.
Lovely hotel, bedroom, staff…. But no heating in bedroom and was not informed on registration. There was a stand-alone heater in the bedroom which did not work, nor the socket next to it. Rang reception and they bought up 2 more radiators, one of these was faulty(!) and then gave us another. Was concerned about fire with these… and one of them stopped during the night !!!! Such a shame.
Very good
Wish the car park was owned by the hotel and not publicly owned. Unfortunately turned up to find out that we’d have to pay £25 per night to park which on top of the room price adds up. Not that great of a stay, only positive is the breakfast was nice and orderly.
Decent room £75 for the night not bad value for money
Air con kept making noise even when off all night, Check in was shocking stood waiting for 20 minutes Queued for 15 mins for breakfast and then was rushed to finish
Great stay, but appalling coffee!
We stayed Christmas Eve to Boxing Day, then taxied to our daughters each day from the hotel. Good size room, busy check in and very busy breakfast dining room but the staff did all join in clearing tables, re- plenishing hot food items etc. BUT nothing can excuse the appalling coffee coming out of both machines at breakfast!!!!!!!
Ideally located for the 02 Arena and North Greenwich tube stations.
Great stay
The hotel is within easy walking distance of the O2 arena. It is exceptionally well priced for the area. The breakfast provided was ideal with a good variety of hot and cold foods.
The toilet shower floor was dirty. The room heater was not working. It was very cold room. It was a very poor overall. never again staying in holiday in.
Great location for the O2
Easy to get to the 02 Bus outside or taxi for £10 or a 15 minute walk
Ideal for a short stay
The hotel was ideal for a stay after a show at the O2, we would stay again. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The sofa bed was not particularly comfortable but ok for a night, the main bed was fine. My main complaint was I was cold despite running the heating in the room. Duvets were good so cosy when asleep! The corridors were not heated. Usually too hot in hotel rooms.
We had a family room for 4, the pull out bed had a tiny duvet and my children were freezing. We asked for additional covers and a duvet but the hotel didn’t have any/couldnt access them, so my children had to sleep with bath towels over them to keep warm. We had 2 different rooms, we had to move from the 1st one on night 1 because the bed wasn’t made up and nobody could bed sheets! Need more linen/duvet which should be a minimum for a hotel.
Great location for O2. Breakfast fairly poor. Was overcharged £25 from price quoted which Reception could not explain so said they would re-imburse but to date I still have not received the refund!
Reception staff handled situation extremely well , my partner was so disappointed by the repulsive smell , but the young lady on reception put a smile on her face
Really comfy bed!
Good sized room, really comfortable bed and pillows. A big thank you to Victoria from housekeeping, when we went to our room the sofa bed had been made up but we didn't need it, Victoria kindly removed all the bedding and folded it away for us when she was meant to be going home!
The Lift was difficult using the room card
Clean, well decorated and the staff were lovely, only issue we had is that the room got way too warm and even with the air con on 17°c it was still blasting out warm air. I do also think upgrading the keys would be good, having the tap ones rather than having to insert them. The contactless ones seem to work a bit more consistently and they’re more accessible to those with mobility issues.
Great location. Breakfast is delicious and lits of varieties. Excellent staff.
The property was within walking distance to The 02 -which we were visiting. The staff were very courteous and professional. The breakfast was quite disappointing. Anemic hash browns, greasy bacon and over cooked sausage. Not at all apetizing! A shame I had to go and purchase something outside the hotel.
Great location for O2 visits
2nd time staying here. Lovely comfortable hotel nice and clean, with breakfast included, convenient location for tube and O2. Lots of choice at breakfast on first visit and all hot! My only complaint second visit, breakfast not as well stocked and food not as hot but was ok. I would use again though staff are very nice.
Good location and ok price and breakfast. Unfortunately for the three nights we stayed we had a cold running shower despite reporting this twice at reception.
A very good basic hotel with exactly what you need in it. I wish the restaurant had had more options because there wasn't anything for my autistic son to eat. Free breakfast was reasonable but the coffee was hideous.
Over all a very nice hotel. With easy access to the O2. Lovely for a stay over night rather than the crush of public transport after a gig at the O2. And a great breakfast too.
Great for me O2
So close to the O2 Arena for the concert. Lovely room
Close to the O2
I've stayed at this hotel many times before. I love the closeness to the O2 and the ease of hopping in the train into London. Also that there is parking. Its not cheap but at least there isnt the headache of trying to find somewhere.
Was pretty good except our room clearly had some sort of work being done as there was paint chippings and dust everywhere. Everything else was good, staff were helpful and kind and the location was great.
Quality hotel
Great location, staff very friendly and helpful. Property a bit dated and tired. Rooms very basic.
Noisy with people walking down the corridors. Also ran out of plates at breakfast time and the staff were slow to top up the hot food!!
Room on noisy road side of,stains on carpet and furnishings in room.Limited breakfast buffet(no fried or poached eggs or black pudding or mushrooms)Car park expensive.Good points are parking is easy very handy for 02 and easy to find.It does the job as basic if slightly grubby room for the night.Staff pleasant and friendly.
Easy for the O2 , a little bit tired in rooms.
We had a great stay, breakfast was good and a good gluten free section
Excellent location for the O2 arena. 10 mins walk. Easy to park at the hotel but expensive as it’s London. Very friendly staff. Very comfortable beds and room. Great breakfast. Would stay again.
Thought the Staff all had great attitude. Very attentive and nothing seemed too much trouble.
A Good Trip
We stayed here as close to the O2 Arena as we didn't want the hassel of public transport late at night with thousands of other people. It was the best choice we could have made as it was only about a twenty minute walk. We were welcomed professionally and given an electric key. Access to the room was easy, and the room very comfortable with a king size bed, shower in the ensuite. Breakfast was a good choice of hot and cold food. It was a little above our normal budget, but convenience and being able to spend the preceding day in London made it worrh it. We will stay here again when going to the O2 and recommend.
15 minutes walk from O2, clean room very comfortable, very reasonable, polite staff , lovely breakfast.
The only problem I experienced and others was the key card for the lift many guests used to use the stairs if they were able
Nice location for O2
Needs a renovation.
Due to being in and out stay with sightseeing experiences booked was unable to advise and provide photos of issues until sunday which was noted on the account with images by hotel staff. Leaking water tap which had to keep cleaning around sink left a small towel there. Extreme dust on side tables and phone. Dirty veil behind curtains which were marked. Dirty shower tray.
Booked for one night for show at the O2, so convenient, could see the O2 from the window. Walkable if no mobility issues, about 15 minutes. But there is a bus across the other side of the roundabout that goes to the O2. The hotel was clean, quiet, very friendly staff, breakfast was delicious, could not fault.
Close to O2 with affordable parking
Convenient and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Ample parking which is a real plus
This hotel is in a walkable location to the public transportation station.
Fantastic and helpful reception staff. Lovely clean and spacious room. Good selection at breakfast.
Very comfortable
Parking
The breakfast was good.
The staff always have a smile on their face and ready to help. Breakfast was lovely and the rooms were so much better than we had expected for such a great price. Greenwich was wonderful! We will be back 😊
We only spent 1 night, we do think that check out should be 12pm, also if the room is booked for a certain amount of people there should be enough towels for each person.
I would have given a perfect 5 but the room, although sufficient enough size wise, it is lacking in desk space. There’s hardly anything to put stuff on. Not even a place to write on.
Convenient for the O2
Comfortable stay, close to the centre
Stay was very good overall, room was clean and comfortable, plenty of staff available when needed. Breakfast quality was good, food hot and good quality. Will definitely look to stay again in the future if in the area.
Close to good restaurant
The facilities in the rooms were down, there was no heating all blown. Rooms were freezing cold. The shower facilities were poor the walk in shower floors were flat and had water still for me to push it through the waste pipe and also build a wall with towels so the water didnt flow out the shower into the room. I did say all this to the hotel but for £135 per night was definitely not worth on what was provided.
I was not able to join this tour due to health reason. So, I have No Comment!!!
The room and linen were clean and comfortable. Location was great for 02 arena and bus/train stations. Evening menu is very limited with the same soup served four nights in a row. Unfortunately when a mess in an elevator was reported it wasnt cleaned up, but just covered with paper towel and the lift remained in operation. This was disgusting.
Stayed at this Hotel for work - expensive overnight parking and room was very noisy - air conditioning when turned on would rattle very loudly........
Convenient location for O2, easy 20 mins walk or 5 mins drive. The hash browns at breakfast are pretty bad though, like rubber! Other than that, all good.
Moderate breakfast options. Upon our arrival (7ish)They offered a limited menu in the bar.
Close to ikea and o2
room was very hot with no a/c. provided a small fan, Uncomfortable.
Probably the nicest staff at any hotel we have stayed at! Top marks all round.
Nice place to stay
Grear at reception, really polite and friendly. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Easy walk to O2.
For the price this place is amazing. We went to a concert at the 02 and it was about a 18 min walk, about the same to the nearest tube station. Lovely staff and v attentive. Decent beds, clean rooms and breakfast included. It's so worth it!
Room was a bit dated. Good position for an easy walk to O2 arena
Great stop for o2 concerts
Great attentive staff despite being full. Everyone we spoke to was lovely. Complementary drinks on arrival was a nice touch
Great location and hotel
Great location for the O2 and North Greenwich Station both a 15 minute walk. Just a few minutes walk in the other direction are 3 food places with sit in or take awy and an Odeon cinema. Was quiet at night too. Good size bathroom and roomy shower cubicle. Staff were very friendly and chatty. Check in and out very smooth. Room was a good size aswell and clean and tidy.
The view of the O2 is amazing
Tried to checkin early 2pm and left bags as room not ready. Emailed hotel layer in evening with our ETA. Arrived 23.00 to check in and advised that Air-con might not be working. It was barely and very noisy. Room was not set up for our family booking - had to call reception for them to make up the sofa bed. This also meant we did not have enough towels to shower the family n the morning. Breakfast was a fiasco - no plates, staff kep closing off the breakfast area to re-stock : which just created queues. Other quests had altered the toaster setiings causing the (limited) bread to burn. Last resort .. won't choose again
Fantastic service. Nothing was too much for the staff to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
It's ok not bad.
The staff were friendly, but the room was incredibly dirty. There was chewing gum on the TOP of the bedside table - that's right! Which was totally gross. And there was random sweetcorn all over the carpet (which was not at all clean anyway). The bathroom was cleaner but needed a really good scrub because it was covered in thick grime under the sink and all over the floor. Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the hotel and the fact I paid for such a terrible room.
Absolutely amazing! Cannot fault the staff or facilities at all
Although the dining options are limited, the restaurants' cuisine within walkable distance around the property are tasty and hot

Great customer service
Each member of staff we spoke with was incredibly friendly and approachable. Really fantastic customer service skills.
