Convenient location though its very difficult to find with all of the road construction. Rude night staff. Comfortable clean rooms with an excellent breakfast. Great value and location for travelers on I95. Need some hospitality training for front desk staff that's all.

One night stay and satisfied!

Overnight stay while driving north on 95. My husband and I and four of our kids stayed in a double bed room with pullout sofa bed. Hotel was clean and comfortable, couldn’t ask for more! Oh and we love the dove bathroom products they provide! Would stay here again.

We 4 people staying and only 2 bath towel provided. When called the desk, they asked to come down and take the towels. My son went down to front desk and came back, I found they gave him face wash towels seriously !!! When I called back again, the lady said they don't have bath towels. I explained her again that we are 4 people and how does she expect me to use 2 towels between 4? she said we don't have it. This was a terrific moment for me to hear from big brand like Holliday Inn that they seriously don't have bath towels ? I seriously got upset and asked them what kind of Hotel is this who don't have enough towels for customers. She then said, I will get it from different room, can you come down and take it. This pissed me off... I told, how many times do you want customer to come down to pick up the towels, can't you send somebody to the room. She said we don't have anyone to bring it to your room. So pathetic customer service by this Holiday Inn staff. I was really upset and hung up the phone. After like 5-8min some cleaning staff knocked the door and gave 4 bath towels. Finally !! Breakfast was another disaster, they had cereals but no milk, only one set of salt & pepper sprinkler, grab&go bags missing and pancake machine ran out of pancake mix. By the time the cook replaced pancake mix bag into the machine, we were done with our breakfast and almost walked out of that area. This Holiday Inn hotel seriously needs to focus on its hospitality and customer service.

My room was so comfortable and clean! AC worked great! The bed and pillows were so easy to fall asleep on. The hotel was quiet. Location was right beside movie cineplex and other restaurants with outlet shops a stone's throw away. Interstate a mile or so away as well. I didn't want to leave my room here. Would definitely stay here again.

The sheets and comforter had stains in multiple spots. The hallway and stairwell smelled like someone smoking weed.

Extremely comfortable room and efficient check in.

The only one thing made us uncomfortable was that next room guests made a loud noise. Because no sound proof, We heard all of voices through the wall. It was very annoying and we couldn't sleep well.

Worst reception ever!

Worst check in ever! Front desk woman was so rude! They had canceled the reservation and there were no rooms for the night! I had to drive 2 hours back home and get up super early to drive 2 hours back to the area the next morning! I have NEVER had this issue in my life!

They were very welcoming

Strange noise in room 202 couldn’t figure out what was causing it - sounded like wires in the wall knocking. Also could hear footsteps from room overhead. Floor sound barrier non-existent.

They need new vending machines and an ice machine on each floor, the need to have an extra blanket in the room for the sofa bed. Breakfast was good I always stay at Holiday Inn express but this one just needs a renovations

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and the hotel were clean, and the big king sized bed was quite comfy 😌!! Would 10/10 stay here again.

Well when we arrived there was no electricity due to an accident with a nearby outage, but the issue was resolved by the time the family returned from diner aside from that everything was great!

Very nice hotel with comfortable beds, microwave and small fridge in room. Bathroom was stocked with dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soap. Nice clean pool and small workout room. Cinema is across the street.

I reserved this hotel, since there was a GYM there, but as it turned out, the air conditioner did not work there, it was 82 degrees in there, we asked the staff at the reception to help us fix the situation, to which they said they did not know how to fix it. as a result, we were very disappointed with this, since the GYM is one of their important advantages, which is why we chose this hotel to stay on the freeway and stretch a little.

This property was very clean, and the rooms were nicely updated and very clean as well! The staff were friendly and the pool area was well-kept and clean. I do wish the indoor pool was heated, the water was cold. There is one ice machine on the main floor, it would have been nice to have one on each floor to make it more easily accessible. The breakfast was okay.

Loves the location but didn't like customer service and breakfast server was rude. Check in employee was not very friendly and not helpful.I was so dissatisfied that I canceled my trip a day early.

Great property with a convenient location right off of 95! Staff was nice and welcoming! Stayed here with a family of 5 and we were comfortable.

Every time it seems I get a bathroom sink that the stopper doesn't work.

Way to Florida

My dad and stopped here on our way back to Florida from Pa. This will be on my list when i do these trips. Friendly, clean.

It was very clean and neat. The desk clearly was awesome and very excited to have us there. Me and my husband slept well, we enjoyed our time together there.

When we first checked in the receptionist gave us a handicapped room then we told her and she accommodated with another room. I must say the continental breakfast is average

Our stay went great. Had no issues. Staff was friendly and courteous.

My stay was good. It was just the service. When i got there they said my reservation was canceled. Because they ran my card before i got there and it was declined. But when i got there they ran it again and it went through. I had to wait until they found me another room

Poor Customer Service

I had two rooms they were both really nice! My issue was the tv in one room didn’t work. It looked as if someone snatched the cord out the back and we couldn’t watch it. The receptionist was no help and very nonchalant about the whole ordeal. She said she would send someone up, they never came. When asked about it she stated everyone left for the night. So no tv the entire stay in that room. The second room had no tv guide. I have kids under the age of five so with an outdated remote I tried my best to find cartoons. This made our stay a little difficult.

This is a very nice clean place to stay

This place was dirty. Brown stains on mattress. Dirty sheets. Dirty toilet. We left right after checking in and they refused to refund our money. Talk about highway robbery!

I would like to see more focus on fixtures, like stoppers in the sinks don't hold water. Microwave that doesn't work or keep time.

The Movie Theatre was right across from the Hotel I love that a & So many other things the breakfast was the bomb we loved it too.

This was a great place to stay, the now small issue is we were in an overbooked room and ended up with a pull out with a single bed. Besides that I would recommend that your stay here, this place was clean, safe and fun for our family

Well kept

Very very clean, renovated rooms, big rooms with new lights and furniture. Comfortable bed. Coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. Thin walls though I could hear the people in the room next to us. Breakfast was impeccable, very well put together food variety. Very clean and sanitary. They even had their breads saran wrapped so everyone is not touching all the bread sitting out and no bugs are flying on it.

Its good for what it is

There is nothing particularly wrong with this hotel but just a heads up its under renovations so the property is a little dated and a little under construction I guess. But for the purpose it serves it does well. Rooms are comfortable, reasonably clean and there's a few restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was included, and food was good as well. And it's well placed about halfway between Florida and the Northeast so if looking for a rest stop I would recommend staying here.

Stay was good. They're renovating, it is going to be great when finished. Breakfast was good, attendant did an amazing job. Dee (front desk) was the highlight of the stay, very nice and welcoming.

The breakfast didn't start until 7. As a traveler we like to be back on the road by 7. The coffee was ready but no lights on to see it. Also boxes everywhere unable to use ice machine on our floor because boxes were blocking it. Receptionist was great, efficient and friendly.

The shower was hot and refreshing but the body wash ran out when I took a shower I. The morning. The bed and pillows were comfy. The toilet moved because it was uneven and the remote had something stuck to it that was sticky. The coffee and bacon was good but the Danish and gravy biscuit wasn't very good

Nasty Attitudes

I was in town for some business and usually stay at a Holiday Inn because I typically receive consistent service from this brand. However, I knew this stay would be different as soon as I checked in. My business associates and I were checked in by the front desk clerk named Jessica, who had a very nasty attitude. She was rude and condescending, but I overlooked it because I thought she was maybe having a bad day or ready for her shift to end. The elevators may need to be serviced soon because they were making weird noises and running slowly our whole stay. Once we got to our room, we noticed it was a bit dirty, which isn't too much of an issue, since I ALWAYS travel with cleaning products. The bed had hair on it and some unrecognizable black powder substance. The telephone was also sticky. The breakfast was typical, which was the best part of our stay. The only other thing is that we learned a day before we were supposed to check out that we had to leave early for an emergency meeting at 4:30 a.m. I went to the front desk to ask about a Grab & Go breakfast and low and behold Jessica was there. She, unfortunately, still had a funky attitude. She asked me why I was asking her when she didn't know what I wanted her to do and that I should just ask the kitchen staff instead. Well, I did ask the kitchen staff and they told me she was the one I was supposed to ask. I was upset about getting the run-around but later that day I talked to Elisha and she was nice and fixed it for us.

Great Holiday Inn

Stayed one night. Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was hot and had a great variety of foods. This hotel also has an indoor pool.

Over night surprise

Just an overnight stop on the way to the beach. Room was quiet clean and comfortable! Breakfast was to my taste very good. Gravy biscuits superseding was good for caned gravy😂

Beds were super comfy!! Staff was nice , when I asked for nearby recommendations she said to use Google lol ! Not in a mean way but I thought that was funny! Toilet water pressure was super low. Gym has 3 machines and some weights. Easy parking , slow elevators, and I could hear the person/kid upstairs walking/running back & forth as if I was in an apartment building. I’d stay again.

Super Accommodating!

We had a long trip towing our boat which many hotels couldn’t accommodate with safe parking. Thanks to Alicia at the front desk, we were able to get our first sound sleep knowing our ‘rig’ was safe. Can’t thank you enough Alicia. Room and breakfast were outstanding too! We’ll definitely make this our go to hotel when on I95!!

Room was clean and everyone friendly. Free hot breakfast in the morning is key when traveling with kiddos! We will stay here again.

Staff is very friendly

Easy access to I-95. Lots of shopping and moderately priced restaurants in the area. I customarily stay at another all suite hotel brand that is priced higher. The quality is comparable and the value is good. I would recommend the this as a nice alternative.

Hotel was clean and a decent breakfast for the price but check in was a little slow think it was someone new and didn't know how to check in with hotel.com app

Beds were comfortable. Even though the lot was full so it appeared that the hotel was busy, we did not hear noise from other rooms. We did have to turn off the AC unit because it was so noisy that we couldn't go to sleep. I did report that at checkout. The toilet paper roll placement under the counter in the bathroom was ridiculous. 3 of the 4 adults could not stretch far enough to reach it when it was needed from the seated on the toilet position." A free-standing toilet paper roll holder would be more appropriate! I did make a comment about that at checkout.

Outside was very good. Rooms had outdated furniture. Beds were hard. Pillows were worn.

I slept like a baby. My room and bed were so comfortable. It was very quiet and peaceful. A great stay.

This was a nice property with clean rooms. The staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was surprisingly good. Good selection!

Clean, convenient hotel off the highway

We were just in for a quick overnight as we traveled from FL to VA. We found the hotel and room to be clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. It's conveniently just off of 95 and has several restaurant options very close by, even walking distance, so you don't have to do more driving. We would definitely stay here again when traveling 95.
