Generally clean. Breakfast options were so so. Room was okay, could have used some modernization. Staff was super nice although we had kids playing soccer in the hallway outside our first floor room right near the front desk. Youd think staff would have asked them to stop but then again bad parenting is bad parenting

Slept like a baby

While it took quite a long time to get checked in because no one was at the front desk for 25min, the comfort of the room was amazing. Those pillows gave me the bes sleep ever. I also appreciate that check out wasnt until 12, that extra rest was needed.

The property had plumbing issues and I was not notified prior to arrival that I was not receiving the rooms that I requested. Being a holiday weekend there were no other rooms available at other hotels. The receptionist told me different days the manager was going to be available but the manager never came on site. In addition there were little bugs in our room and housekeeping was subpar.

All the staff I interacted with was very helpful and responsive to my needs. The room itself was not quite up to the normal Holiday Inn standards. There was water damage in the bathroom and little black bugs on the countertop in the bathroom. The exterior landscape could also use some mulch. The parking area felt secure but I wasn't told about the $10 per night fee until I arrived to check in.

Good hotel. I will stay again.

The facility is in a good area, it is close to a freeway for easy travel. Few minutes from shopping and dining. It is a fine accommodation with friendly staffs. If you are planning to use the pool, think twice. It is located in a weird area of the property. We enjoyed our stay here, anyway we are only there during the night to sleep and het ready to go out in the day. There are few minor things we didn’t like but nothing serious really. Overall this os a good place to stay.

Overall nice property

Room was clean. Water pressure was excellent. Amenities were great; they provide nice brand name toilettries to use during stay and upon request, they will provide toiletries you may have forgotten such as toothbrush, tooth paste, shaving cream, or comb at no extra charge. The pool was family friendly, not too deep. Breakfast was descent for the price. I am very pleased with the price, the hotels surrounding the area do not even compete with the value. There is also a starbucks and jersey mikes right across the parking lot. I would definitly stay again!!!

This hotel is great! It has a nice breakfast area! The room was clean, updated, and nice. The staff is so friendly, every one of them! One of my kids left their suitcase behind and we got that important call from the very sweet woman (I wish i could remember her name) at the front desk and it saved us. We were an hour away and set to fly out and thankfully they had cleaned our room shortly after we left and discovered and she called until she got ahold of me to let us know about our suitcase. We were able to turn around and grab it. SO GRATEFUL!!!!! THANK YOU AGAIN!!! Wonderful hotel, even better staff!

Booked this hotel for our family trip to go legoland and seaworld for its convenient location. Overall hotel was great. The Hotel was in the middle of renovations. Our room was not vacuumed and dirty and the lady checking us out (older Asian lady) was extremely rude to my wife checking out. Overall it was a good experience besides the two issues. Kids loved the pool and breakfast was good.

It's new, clean and easy to park. The hotel is safe. It's close enough to local attractions but far enough not to have noise and traffic. I highly recommend for anyone.

Super clean and super easy stay for the weekend - beds were really comfortable, the room was really clean, it was great! Only thing I will say is that the doors are very thin and you can hear everything outside so bring ear plugs! Our first night there was a group of guys that went in and out of their room every 5-10 minutes around 12-2am for no reason and the door slamming shut (it’s normal operation is extremely loud) kept waking us up. We put in ear plugs and then everything was fine. This was probably an exception but I thought to mention that earplugs are worth getting for sure just in case! Other than that we had a lovely stay!

Excellent experience checking in. Not much in the area food wise but things are within 15 minutes. Starbucks in the parking lot for the wife is a plus

Hotel is being renovated and so we entered through the area with the dumpsters. The person checking us in made a comment that they would put us on the 2nd floor so nobody would be underneath us so our kid could run around and not disturb other guests...okay. We were not given the same courtesy. Our kid sleeps until 830, the tiny elephant above us was up everyday at 5am running back and forth for hours. Also, many business persons are up early and in and out of the rooms from 6am. You can hear everyone's door open and shut loudly from your room. As far as the room goes, the beds were fairly comfortable. The shower was clean and nice. Breakfast was good for the kids.

Bamboozled

The hotel should notify hotels.com or other entities about repairs. This hotel was being redone andbit was horrible. Had to walk in a side door by some dumpsters, of the door happen to shut you were locked out till someone came. The floor was all messed up/taken apart. The place smelt like paint, it was like i was bamboozled! If they let us know that it was gonna be like this we could have stayed next door for the same amount and had a great experience. Playing for what I experienced was not good. I think they should let people know when things like this happen. Just dont let your guest be surprised when they walk in, specially when there are other hotels upu can stay at in the same parking lot...

The king size bed was not aligned ( or even slightly aligned ) to the TV. When watching TV, you have to be lying close to the edge of the bed, on your one side. Otherwise, we like the newness of the room. Thank you!

Good location

It would have been nice to have been aware that the entrance to the hotel was being remodeled prior to booking this hotel. The entrance was through a side door passing dumpsters. ! The pool was closed due to the construction. There was Luke warm water while showering in the morning as I can only surmise too many guests waking up at the same time.! There is no check out option on the tv in the room that I could find.

I had a great experience. The room was very comfortable and very clean! I love that they had “Dove” shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash in bigger bottles unlike other hotels where the portions are smaller where it’s not enough. Customer service was great, breakfast was good as well.

When we checked in, the bed had food on it. Fortunately, the front desk staff gave us a different room. The rooms are pretty spacious, and the breakfast options were nice. I wish I'd known about the $10 parking charge and the $100 hold on a credit card for incidentals; but at least the stay was quiet and the location was perfect.

Last minute trip. Clean,comfy,spacious! Would stay again! Front desk guy was really nice! Breakfast was good scrambled eggs sausage, oatmeal, fruit, cereal.

Only stayed a night and it was absolutely chillin for that purpose... Just needed to be in that region for a night before relocating to another part of San Diego. It was an easy and quick check-in, clean room, nice bathroom, good beds, plenty of parking. Currently they are redoing the breakfast area, so they are serving in a meeting room. Breakfast goes until 930. Went down just before 9. Yikes. Place was packed and they had almost run out of food. Poor worker was getting run out of the room by cranky families pouring in. With no place to sit, I grabbed a bowl of Cheerios and bounced. My wife hung around a bit and said it got worse. I doubt they'll have any problems once they get the renovations done, but for now it was somewhat humorous to see the reactions. Stay was good though. If I had reason to be in the area, I'd stay again.

The breakfast room was under renovation so we had the breakfast in the meeting room it was really small and very difficult to walk around lots of things was missing in the buffet no boiled eggs one type of jam if you ask for different flavors they go to get it from another room

Nice, quiet, well maintained and comfortable room

I just stayed there one night. Checked in easily and quickly, probably the fastest ever. The room was comfortable, big, clean, and I have no complaints. One thing that was particularly nice was that I had left my iPad in the room and the staff called me on the phone to come and pick it up at the front desk. I was still in town so I did. Most other hotels would wait for you to call them and take no initiative but they did.

Bring your own TV..lol

Room was comfy and spacious (we had a suite). Fairly recently renovated as well. However, the TV wouldnt support any streaming services, and offered only the plain vanilla cable with just basic channels. The screen-mirroring doesnt work and you cant connect your phone or use an app to stream your own shows/,movies. The staff mentioned they've locked it down to prevent folks manhandling the TV. Never heard that before !

The hotel is in the middle of renovation No pool. No restaurant. Dirty Environment

I stayed here for business for 2 days and it was great. It is right across the street from a Starbucks, Sandwich Place, and Liquor Store. The location was great for where I needed to go (The meeting was down the street about 4 minutes away) . It is about 30 minutes away from Downtown which isn't too bad. Staff was helpful and friendly. I would stay here again for business.
