Let down.

I asked for a room closest to elevator as I have some mobility issues. My room was half way down the hall. The carpet was not flat and walker kept getting stuck. A definite tripping hazard. The cable and picture on the television was aweful. Will never stay there again.

The hotel has a smelling odour. Floor is not clean. I booked for 2 days and i had to leave to another hotel after the 1st night.

Il n’avait pas de baignoire dans la salle de bain et la douche était aménager sur le même plancher que le reste de la salle de bain … il y avait de l’eau partout.le plancher n’était bien adapté pour que l’eau retour à la douche… j’ai du tout assécher . Comble de malheur, je ne m’en étais pas aperçu immédiatement et je me suis mis les pieds dedans durant mon pipi de nuit

Great place to stay, good breakfast and coffee always available, many stores within walking distance. Bayshore mall is a short drive away. The only issue I had was with the TV, some days certain channels would work and the next day the same channel would give an error message.

The heater in our room kept us up most of the night. No usb charging ports! Morning breakfast no eggs in warming pan and just a few hash browns. Would not stay there again.

Quick and easy check in. Clean room with comfortable soft beds. Breakfast was great too, with eggs, bacon and pancakes. Toast, bagels and muffins with all the fixings. Milk, hard boiled eggs and yogurt in the fridge with juice and coffee too.

Hotel was great but tv selections very limited and no online options. Would have like to have chance to connect to tv at least but instead spent evening watching on my computer screen.

We lived the room layout! Walk into a little living room, then the little kitchenette hallway area w washroom off of it and then the nedroom area at the back! Perfect for limiting noise from hallway while sleeping!

There is a well equipped gym, and the breakfast options are very good.

The breakfast was great, people (staff) were friendly. The biggest thing for us was that it was quiet.

Some weird things going on ..

It was a good hotel the only thing I would suggest is not to use too much air freshener in the rooms as it was overwhelming of the smell.

The room was great, clean, etc. There was a dog in the dining room one morning at breakfast. The sign at reception indicated that no dogs should be in the dining room. Also, the pool was checked 15 minutes after opening and the chlorine was high - I had already been in the pool for 15 minutes. The pool should be checked before opening.

Staff always helpful and friendly. Pool a little disappointing. No hot tub or change rooms by pool side. The shower pool side was awful & needs to be upgraded. Draft in one corner of the room the pool was in. Very uncomfortable. Breakfast was okay. No bacon. Disappointed. Food served was not hot enough. Used microwave but it’s door stuck. Toasted warms but doesn’t toast???

The rooms were very nice and clean. They did not provide any complimentary water bottles in the room. Apart from that, it was a very nice stay.

Breakfast too crowded with 2 tour groups

we were very tired, liked that it was close to the queensway carleton hospital, quiet, comfortable and had a good needed rest.

Great place to stay with young kids! The pool was nice and warm and shallow. Breakfast was great, lots of options for everyone.

I arrived early and was able to check without any issues. Location is close to Tanger Mall and Canadian Tire Center.

Family get away

They charged extra taxed call municipality tax in addition to HST. Dog was barking almost 6 hours beside our unit even not allowed pat in that floor. Complaint 3 times to the staffs.

I liked the larger sized room and bathroom - also nice comfy bed and bedding!

It was very clean and tranquil. The only 2 things that I found very odd was that we can’t control the AC in the room and there is no bathroom fan.

The stay was good, hallways were a little too busy later in the night for us

What a pleasant team this hotel has. Friendly and kind. The room was excellent. The hallway carpeting and walls need a bit of TLC, but it’s to be expected with such a high volume of clients. The pool area and gym were client and highly equipped for Amy emergency. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Looking forward to going back next time we are in the Ottawa area.

We enjoyed our stay in this Hotel. The front desk Kevin was the only one staff at night. We’re trying to find a restaurant for dinner. He recommended nice ambience and most of all the good quality food at Cryaranos . Very near to the hotel. We’re looking for coins change so that we could use for our laundry. He recommended at Loblaws which just not so far from the hotel. Nice breakfast and many choices.

The only down side was the person checking me in at the front desk said all of about 3 words to me the entire check in.

Good hotel, would return

Easy to find, the hotel was very clean and seemed to be well taken care of. The staff were helpful and the area felt safe. We had other plans for breakfast so didn’t eat at the hotel. I would stay here again if I were back in the same area.

The initial impression was the place had not been kept up. The carpet in the hallway of the 5th floor was stained and tiles in the ceiling had not been replaced after what appeared to be a leak. My room smelled like some type of disinfectant - not a pleasant smell. In general the hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade. I found another hotel not far away for the same price and excellent conditions

Enjoyable stay, very clean property/rooms/hallways, breakfast was your typical 'continental style', (hot food could've been more warmer), could've rotated the meat option to bacon/sausage/ham and possibly cold-cuts. Entire staff were pleasant and friendly. Plenty of self-parking. Great choice of hygiene amenities, Dove products. Hotel on a main road and easily accessible to the highway.

Great hotel, easy access from the highway, minutes to downtown. Plenty food options around includinf a Loblaws right across. The hotel was very clean, comfortable beds. The pool was spacious enough and the perfect temperature, clean and well stocked with fresh towels. Breakfast was included and had plenty of options to leave even the most picky satisfied, if you’re travelling with kids you know. Friendly staff and super clean comfy rooms. The only thing I would have loved to see was a smart tv to access Netflix or other programs, again more kid friendly. This isn’t a complaint, just a suggestion. Great hotel for short or longer stay.

Very clean and quiet

The pool could use more cleaning, always looked very hazy and don't feel there should be outsiders swimming lessons and exercise classes coming into the facility.

It was a good experience to stay and wonderful breakfast spread

Overall the stay was good, however because the room was large and had no central air conditioning (only a window air conditioner) the room was either cold or hot depending on where you were sleeping.
