Hotel is centrally located， very convenient for locating shops and restaurants.

From the front desk help to the maid staff and breakfast help Everyone and I mean everyone was great. Very nice and friendly and a big plus for being helpful in everything. We plan to stay here again. The staff made the stay great

Hotel is Great, new and spacious. It is a 10 min walk to Tengfu Square with lots of shops and restaurant opportunities. It is located on a busy Main Street but street noise is acceptable. Breakfast was good and and tastet fresh and crispy

Panda Experience

I got a room upgrade and it was a pleasant surprise after a tiring journey from another city in China. The staff gave me lots of assistance with all my queries and helped me with all my local travel questions. I had a blast in Chengdu.

Hotel name says 宽窄巷子店，but it’s far away from 宽窄巷子。It’s more than 10 minutes walk away from subway as well.

Hotel service is good , only this is that the sound proofing is not so good

Excellent hotel, very well located. room was as described and breakfast is amazing. Staff are very helpful and smiling all the time. A lot of restaurants and fruit stores nearby.

Excellent customer service, walking distance to tianfu square

Staff are friendly and daily breakfast is pretty good. Room is spacious and clean. I really like reception area has refreshments daily and 4 conplimentary water bottles. Location is good. A short walk to MRT/ train station and there are buses nearby that goes to attractions. If i ever visit chengdu again, i would stay here again.

One serious wrong thing. Information in web mention 20 minutes to airport. But it was about 70 minutes that made me late arrival!!

Great staff make up for the lacking rooms

Firstly the hotel is not in the location shown on the map, and in a country that does not like Google Maps, it created a pretty big problem, because no one knew where it was. We ended up walking around in 30 degree heat, with 20kg rucksacks to a different hotel that was in the location on the map, where we were able to work out where to go in broken English. Not a great start. When we eventually made it to the hotel Susan was wonderful and gave us a 5* check in experience. She is a real credit to the brand and will be working in a 5* hotel soon, I’m certain! The check in was great, with an IHG welcome! She helped us to book a taxi for a trip we had the following day and couldn’t have done more for us. The room itself is old, tired and in need of spending to bring it up to standard again. The bed was huge and very comfortable; but the room whilst being big, had no wardrobe, just a hanging rail- I get to save costs in construction, but it made no sense and is just cheap. The shower silicon is mouldy, the shower mat is mouldy, the bathroom sink was scratched, just not up to standard. I get that it’s cheap and cheerful, but the only thing cheerful about this hotel is the exceptional staff and customer service received throughout!
