Staff did not inform us that meal inclusive deal only applied to the buffet meal. We had a nasty surprise on checking out with a bill for our a la carte meal. This is poor.

The property was clean inside but the staff at front desk were not very kind. There was no place for drivers to sleep or rest. And as most people who are in Jaipur are tourist there should be a spot for the driver to rest (even a place to park the car). Also there should be a note when booking with the hotel that passport or valid form of ID (Indian ID) is needed. As drivers license was not enough; neither was a e-visa.. We also had sheets that were not clean when arrived. There was a clear makeup stain on the sheets.

The hotel was excellent. The room was good with comfortable bedding. The room service was incredibly friendly with excellent meals on offer. I tried all sorts of dishes and found no fault with any food. It was amazing, especially the pizza surprised me.

Booked room online for two night stay and it was very comfortable stay . Reception staff was very help full and coperative. Request for early check in & interconnected room due to traveling with family, which was given to us, also request for baby milk so restaurent staff provide complementary so thanks to them. Hotel had nice swimming pool along with very good food in the restaurent. They offer by one get one free on drinks. I love to stay again and again in this property.

Very Good experience in this hotel. It was please pleasure spending time because entire hotel was well clean and in very good conditions. They have nice & Cozy room loaded with every amenities. I meet Shaifali and reet at check in they were very helpfull and courteous Next day morning breakfast was superb and healthy. I will definitely come back to this hotel whenever will come to jaipur.

Holiday inn Express hotel had great location and surrounding atmosphere was great. Very easy to travel in metro to reach old jaipur city. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. it was clean, stylish. Food was good and great value for money. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Rahul at restaurant and Param at reception was very helpfull.

This is a modern hotel located on the Jaipur near Old City. It's very clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. My room had all the amenities you would expect, a dedicated USB phone charger socket. Food was excellent and there was a good variety of multicuisine dishes, The curries were excellent as were the various tasty puddings. There was also a limited number of Western dishes and Chinese too, but I stuck mostly to the Indian food. The hotel pool is lovely, and I tried to use it every day of my stay. However, the staff is well mannered, courteous and professionally very competent. I would specifically like to name Ashwin, Rahul & Gaurav. the services you get is genuinely outstanding that meets your expectation. I must say whoever visit this place would really love visiting again and again. I regularly visit this Hotel and find everything up to its mark.

It was good experience room were clean and we enjoyed swimming poll as well. Swimming pool well equipped with all necessary requirements. Sometime i feel it's like my second home. Gives me exceptional amaging and homely feeling as well. During my stay every things went well which made my stay more comfortable. Morning breakfast was very good and healthy. I've been visiting and staying at Holiday inn Express and suite since one year and hopefully and surely my love for Holiday inn Express jaipur will continue forever. Would be visiting soon probably withy family next month.

Amazing Stay !!! Best Hotel in budget. Awesome options for food. 3 restaurants in the hotel. Gym with a view. Good swimming pool. Very good beds. Quality of everything is appreciable. 24 hrs room service was the cherry on the top. Laundromat facility was unique. Smart TV, Charging dock etc everything in the room was advanced tech. Overall complete value for money and probably better than others where the spend is higher. Keep it up !!!

Holiday inn express and suites jaipur was totally a 5* experience. This hotel is in the centre of city with metro station a walkable distance (you can reach hawa mahal , city Palace and other monuments within 15 mins using metro) . They got excellent 24*7 restaurant, city's Heighest sky bar and infinity swimming pool. Cleanliness was top notch , property and linen was new. Breakfast was more than satisfactory. We can easily say that its India's best budget hotel.

It was an amazing stay, the food was delicious and reasonably priced, the hygiene and cleanliness was unparalleled. They have plenty of games e.g. chess, ludo, blocks, and pool table, their roof top restaurant and pool is oasis in the dessert. One thing which is very interesting and unique is their on-site self service laundry facility which I believe no other hotel provides. Lastly the staff who were on their toes to fulfil any of our request and were extremely polite and supportive. A highly recommended place and must to try if in Jaipur.

Good if you are Indian

Good choice for Indians but is not up to par for americans. Hotels in India cater for Indians only and not for the little tourism they receive. Not good experience. Dinner included was so spicy that we were not able to eat it. No one acts by a system or organized. Too many staff for only 2 people dining at 7:30 pm. They are always confused and tardy on their actions. Brutality is common in their actions. India deserves a dirt shuffle because everything is filthy and stinks. They are not prepared for real tourism. The caste system throws everything over board. India is overrated and stinks like sewer everywhere. Never back again! Debut and farewell!
