Great Stay!

Room while a bit small was very functional and clean. Hot tub only holds three people but was warm and relaxing. Breakfast was excellent. Excellent transportation to the airport even at 3:40 AM. Will stay here again!

Nice comfy room close to everything.

Good hotel just not with a baby.

Travelling with a baby staying one night before flying internationally and were told a crib was first come first served. We did get a crib but it was so big you could barely fit it in the room. It looks like a hospital crib and our baby kept getting her foot stuck between the rails. The hotel is fine but not exactly baby friendly.

Quick check in

Quiet for sleeping. Comfortable beds. Dirty facecloth left from previous guest. Small room for 2 people. Facecloths were yellowish color.

The only thing that I didn’t like was no restaurant close by. The complementary breakfast was excellent.

We checked in at 2:00am so didn’t see much! Shuttle service was great!

2 night stay in a snowstorm

The holiday Inn was a very wecoming hotel.Everyone was friendly the room was comfortable. They had a pool and exercise room. The breakfast was excellent eggs bacon a full breakfast.I would stay there again

Super noce hotel...

The hotel is clean and very quiet. Wonderful experience with Ruja who was the front desk officer. Her professionalism and kind disposition, made my check in exceptional.

The staff was excellent and rooms were clean and well appointed with refrigerator microwave and coffeemaker and is a very good place to stay

Not great service

Not a great experience, called the hotel months in advance to arrange for long term parking - we arrive after midnight after a 6 hr drive to be told they have no more parking for us. Not a great start to vacation.

One of the best sleeps I’ve had in a long time. Late check in went smoothly after a friendly shuttle from the airport. Morning breakfast was fantastic, clean and kept fresh by the attentive staff. Definitely stay here again

Shuttle service and close to airport

Very friendly staff. Breakfast has a good selection, price is good, shuttle service is good. The only thing that was just ok was the pool area.The Pool is cold.could use some heat for the winter month and the hottub is a nice addition but was pretty dirty.

Worst service ever and the most disgusting hotel i ever stayed in, so many to tell, however I have no time to waste on such low quality hotel, never again

They were understaffed, however the employees that were there, were fantastic

Hotel was great but the gentleman that was our shuttle driver needs to work on his communication. He talks like I go to the airport all the time and know my way around but I was in the wrong spot and waited 45 minutes and then called again to find out I was in the wrong spot.

Worse hotel I've been to!

I've stayed at many girls in my lifetime, including the Holiday Inn. But this, by far, has been the worse. First, we arrived at the hotel, and they had not plowed the parking lot or even the entrance from a storm that occurred 2 days prior. We couldn't even find a place to park because the snow was too high. The disabled parking spots were also inaccessible! My friend fell in the parking lot due to the amount of snow. The hotel smelled awful. We heard house keeping outside in the morning (who started super early and we're obnoxiosly loud) so i opened the door and told the lady we didn't want the room cleaned, we just wanted 3 towels. We requested towels 3 times, never got them. Will definitely not be staying there again. The owners of this hotel are clearly cheap and do the bare minimum to keep this place going.

Amazing experience

We stayed at this property so we could park our vehicle for an extended period while away on vacation. Our time away got extended due to weather in Toronto and when we called the hotel to let them know we would not be picking up our vehicle on the expected day, they had no problem with that and there was no charge. Staff is friendly and breakfast is absolutely fine (no one will go hungry) with lots of seating area.

The staff was very accomodating and the breakfast was great.

The rooms were surprisingly modern and nice. We did the King suite and it was great for our family.

Only 1 shuttle running every 25 minutes and I wasn’t dressed for -5c.

Decent location, close to International Centre and airport. Sofa bed was ripped and broken, needs to be replaced. Clean enough for age of hotel. They’re trying, but $$ needs to be spent on furniture upgrades. Had to ask for towels twice, asked for pillows for pull out and never received them.

The property was fine, however Expedia didn’t disclose that parking is an additional cost at the hotel. Getting an additional fee for parking at check in was not how I wanted to start my vacation.

Noisy

There was one problem. A very nice staff member suggested I sit with my computer and ongoing Zoom call in the raised dining table area. The chair of the table had wooden spikes sticking out which punctured my hand, wounding it somewhat!!

Staff was very accommodating and the shuttle from and to the airport was great. Transport for international flights seemed a little early, but it was better than being late! Breakfast bag to go on the transport was a nice addition.

not the best, but not the worst

Checkin was a little frustrating. We had 2 rooms booked and checked in at 3pm. Our rooms were not ready. Said it would likely be an hour before we’d get our room. I asked to move our room from main floor to elsewhere then as I wasn’t intimate waiting an hour! So she moved one room. And not the other said I’d have to wait. I’m not sure why she thought I was ok with that. No, please move both. It ended up working out. But just took 15ish mins to get keys. The bed was comfy in the king suite, and the pillows were like clouds! So comfy I like the shower. Limited counter space in the bathroom.

Vehicle got stolen in the parking

We stayed for one night. We got in pretty late, we asked if there was anywhere on the property or nearby that was open we got “I don’t know” I’m sure it wasn’t intended that way but it came off pretty rude. Otherwise, the beds were really comfy- even if the room was red hot!

Decent hotel for a few hours night stay before a flight.

Small hotel room near airport. Shuttle pick up and drop off at airport on request. Breakfast included. They were very good about a late check out.

Really great property for a one night stay. The room was decent! There carpet wasn’t super clean but nothing horrible! Tons of outlets which is amazing! Hot tub was wonderful! Pool was a tad cold but refreshing! Breakfast was awesome as well amazing selection and tons of seating! Would definitely return. The shuttle is a bit unclear but just call the property and wait about 25 minutes.

The rooms are small and basic. Cracks in ceiling. Front desk WILL call you if you're not out by 11am. Pool door Outdated and hard to utilize. Breakfast was dry. Destiny was absolutely lovely and helpful. If not for destiny I would rate this hotel 2/5.

Clean & looks like newly renovated rooms. Close to the airports & malls. This location also offer complimentary hot breakfast. I will consider this hotel again on our next trip.

Excellent choice for a sleepover prior to an early flight. Friendly driver made sure we got to the right spot in plenty of time. Parking was very convenient and affordable for our week vacation.

The room was good. Bed was very comfortable. It was unfortunate that each unit door slams shut! It sounded like someone was continually moving furniture. But in reality, the doors are self closing and the noise was unbearable, I was up all night!!!!!

The air conditioner was always noisy at night I don’t know why

Enjoyed our stay

Wow we had a great time. My 95 year old great aunt flew in from NYC and unfortunately she couldn't stay at our house because of the stairs. The hotel was a reasonably priced option complete with gym and pool. We rented a suite and my 10 year old son and i were able to bunk with her with enough space for us. Ruja at the front desk was so kind and welcoming she made our stay special.

Didn’t have a tv remote had to call for one twice.. breakfast had no coffee, juice or bacon but the girl working wiped the tables the whole time instead..

Beautiful new and clean facilities.

Time for renovations and updates. The painting in the room was sloppy , the flooring is filthy and lifting, the smell on the second floor screams update needed, the tubs are small , metal and scratched, the minor repairs are sloppy and not done processionally. I front desk staff told me the call was open till 9, paid a cab 40$ return for a mall that actually closed at 7 .. 30 minutes after I arrived. The power outlet beside the bed only works when the power or light is on. I woke up to a dead cell phone . No prices visually available for the consumer on the vending machine or canteen items. The chairs in the main lobby have large stains, are worn out. The shuttle driver was distracted/using his cell phone while driving. … the bed was clean and no bugs so 2 stars.

The hotel is close to airport, very good dining options close by. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Our room was on the smaller side but neat and with amenities like microwave , fridge etc. the hotel facilities includes good parking, indoor pool, free breakfast, gym. Apt for business travellers.

Good friendly staff, quick and efficient, pretty decent breakfast, overall a good quick stay

Great experience always! My partner and I love it here. Check in is always a breeze and the suites are awesome!
