The whole hotel was clean, friendly service, very comfortable beds and quick customer service when needed.

Place was pretty average. Bed sheets and pillow cases smelled like someone’s hot breath so I doubt they changed them. Plus they had fingerprints as if someone ate chips and grabbed the blanket. Luckily we had our own cases and comforters. Shower didn’t really have good pressure. Could use some updating.

Nice and clean property. Welcoming staff, offered us a goodie bag at check-in. Free breakfast in the morning, better quality compared to other hotels. They had several options like warm cinnamon rolls, biscuits with gravy, sausage and oatmeal. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Overall great experience, will return

We had issues with check-in. Trying to charge us for parking. Beware. We chose this hotel through this website that said free, self parking, or we could’ve chosen something closer to our event.The room was clean, although there were three of us. There was only two sets of towels. We had to go down and get it because the phone in the room was broken. The light at the entry to the room was broken, breakfast didn’t have enough cereal but many options but one of the customers came and took everything, and the worker did not replace anything. I let him know items needed to be replaced but we could tell he was bothered by us even though it was only 9am, it closed at 10a.

Lady at the front desk was awesome, she went out of her way so I had the right info.

Stayed one night for a volleyball tournament with tx legends, & the stay was nice. Lots of food options around the hotel.

This property is one of Mr favorite stays in San Antonio, Texas. The location was great and very quiet. Staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Clean room, very spacious, friendly front desk.

Our second night there our vehicle was vandalized and items where stolen from the vehicle. When I say vandalized they broke the rear passenger window. That same night 8 other vehicle where vandalized and items stolen. In the area there where other motels with the same issue’s. The replacement glass company had 17 vehicle in that day with broken glass from vandals. Moral of the story is don’t visit San Antonio until they get a handle on the gangs operating in the area.

Handy little hotel right off freeway and near airport that is a good value for the price. Good for families or folks in transit and on a budget. Many good and reasonably priced dining options nearby: Whataburger, Chipotle, In & Out Burgers, Red Lobster and a taco stand within walking distance. Rooms come with mini refrigerator and microwave so you can warm up leftovers. Great hot breakfast comes with hotel rooms with plenty choices for kids or adults. Remodeling so floors have work in progress. I grew fond of the buttermilk biscuits and sausage gravy. Items to buy at front desk if you feel like a quick meal in your room. Free internet with reasonable speed.

Not as good as it seemed

Upon arrival room looked fairly clean and comfortable. Within a few minutes we realized that not only did the fridge not work but it had mold in it. The door also didn’t lock, the shower curtain was hanging on by only 3 hooks, the safe didn’t open and the shower didn’t drain well. As it was thanksgiving weekend we were told that there were no other rooms to move us to. Maintenance apparently “took care” of all the issues the next morning. Unfortunately the only things taken care of were the door lock-sort of-and the fridge. Won’t stay at a holiday inn again. It was rated a 9.2 on Hotels.com but would say it was closer to a 6

I was impressed by the full bottles of products in the bathroom. The room was clean, ac worked great. Easy check in. Breakfast had many options. The bed was comfortable, i didn't even know i fell asleep. Overall it was a great choice to stay

The hotel did not assist in anyway with the smell of marijuana and noise.

Typical HIE. But wasn't flagged on hotels.com that undergoing some remodeling. Suppose that's why rate was a little better than normal. Regular breakfast items but not cooked very well.

Overall, we had a good stay. The WiFi was spotty throughout the stay.

Our room was not clean. One of the first things we noticed was that the trash can was full of trash. I was going to let it go because I thought they probably just forgot to take the trash out. But then I saw that the shower curtains had stains (brownish and black stains) it just looked dirty. I always check the beds anywhere I stay. So when I checked my bed, I saw that the blanket and pillowcase also had stains, it looked like coffee stains or some kind of drink stain…I’m assuming. The lady at the front desk was very nice. I told her about our room, and she apologized (even though it wasn’t her fault) and offered us a different room. The other room was a whole lot better and cleaner.

Great friendly staff, very clean comfortable bed, plus was very pleasant temperature. Very roomy. I'm light sleeper, the only problem I had was my room was across Home Depot . So I could hear the noise of the business.

Breakfast was good except there was no orange juice.

The hotel overall wasn’t horrible, but the maintenance of the hotel is lacking. The chairs in the dining area are peeling/cracked and pieces of the fake leather stick to you. The remote for the tv didn’t work. We called the front desk for help and couldn’t get anyone to answer. The shower curtain in our room was ripped and we couldn’t keep the water inside the shower. Good points… the breakfast was good and the omelets were really yummy. The bed was comfortable and the room was cold. There’s a lot of dining options within walking distance from the hotel and the hotel pool was great and clean. The front desk staff were friendly when we checked in and out. Overall, we just felt like the hotel wasn’t kept up to traditional Holiday Inn Express standards.

Signs about locking doors made us nervous. Broken glass in parking lot from a window. We had no problems though. Breakfast was slim picking.

I liked how clean it was

Employees were nice and helpful . But woke up to my truck being broke into . Actually 4 other cars. Which I know it’s not hotels fault but maybe they can provide security at night especially if this always happens. Employees didn’t looked suprised that it happened.
