Great stay with 2 young kids! And a very late check in

We liked everything. Good breakfast, close to everything.? food ,shopping and entertaient The staff were very nice. The room was clean. Well worth the money.

Booked a room for my elderly father at Christmas. Unfortunately the day he was to travel, he got COVID and was hospitalized. Requested refund through the correct means, and the hotel decided to decline. I understand policy, however, this is the first hotel to be this strict and it was Christmas. Customer service is probably my biggest factor in booking. Sticking with Hilton.

Great staff , awesome shower only thing I had an issue with is housekeeping coming in the room before checkout while I was in the shower and my kids didn’t answer the door because they didn’t know who it was . Totally not cool . Other than that great hotel

Pet friendly is ok. we were on 2nd floor and room across from us had an aggressive German Sheppard. 3 separate times we were either coming or going at the same time. German Sheppard was barking and lunging at us each time. Took everything owner had to pool dog back into room so we could get into ours.

Excellent stay!!!

I came to North Bay for business. The hotel was amazing!! There were bus loads of kids for a volleyball tournament so it was terribly noisy in the halls but that was no fault of the hotel. Only issue I’d say I have is no hairdryer in the washroom anymore?? I didn’t pack mine as there’s always one there.

I have stayed in this hotel a few times over the years during business trips. It's been a few years since I was there, but the renovations are awesome and the place looks fantastic. This is the hotel to stay in if you're in North Bay! Rooms are great and comfortable, staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great for getting on and off the hwy! I highly recommend.

Simple hotel with free breakfast and paid EV charging. Unfortunately not many food options around if you don't want strip mall pizza or chicken wings.

Polite staff

The check-in process was not easy and extremely confusing.

It was close to the highway, staff were professional and polite, other than a large stain on the carpet in our room, everything was very good

Room stunk upon arrival but the lady at front desk and cleaning lady were so nice and fixed the issue right away. Bed sucked as it made so much noise whenever I moved, so woke up throughout the night.

There’s nothing in the fridge, not even water. The breakfast was not good at all. Otherwise the room was good.

Clean, quiet (even with two large groups), comfy beds and a good breakfast. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for three nights with our four young kids (3-10) and we all loved it. Everything was very clean, fresh & friendly. The pool was a favourite for the kids, and everyone enjoyed the breakfast buffet. We would definitely stay here again, and will recommend it to any friends & family traveling to North Bay.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. There was a handwritten note on our desk wishing us a nice stay. Breakfast is unbelievable and was so great having a good cup of Canadian coffee after coming home from UK where they don’t do it very well. Great stay.

The room was spacious enough for the four of us. The kids liked the pool and I liked the gym.

Great breakfast, the staff work hard to keep up with the busy morning rush great breakfast options, rooms are clean and nice size, pillow options were a nice touch, we'll stay here again next time we're in north bay. The only complaint we had was the customers with the pick-up trucks trying to park in spots meant for cars, maybe some signs to have these larger vehicles park in the single spots along the perimeter would help

We were just stopping overnight, but I booked this hotel specifically. It’s always clean and the staff are always very friendly. And I love the robot!!

This hotel is conveniently located just off Highway 11, so we stayed two nights. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, with wonderful blackout curtains and efficient A/C. The swimming pool holds only 10 people at a time and was closed for maintenance on Monday morning, but the water temperature and quality was perfect. Breakfast (eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, cereal, muffins, fruit) was excellent. We would be happy to come back in the future.

Shower curtain was stinky and i cleaned the bathroom floors.. my rag was black! Hair everywhere in the shower, sink and floor.. dirty toilet.. pee drops on floor

Breakfast is very good

Loved staying here. It's super close to the highway so it's really convenient and everything in town is just a short drive. The one thing i will say is that while booking with Expedia was easy, i wish i'd known booking through the hotel direct was cheaper and gave you points that gets you rewards.

We were booked on the 1st floor, and lesrned thst seemore is not programmed to function on the first floor; i was discouraged and sad. Other than that, it was a fair stay no complaints, met some good folks...in the pool. Hi Allie and Coleen
