Continental breakfast was great; lots of variety and good quality choices and the sitting area was very nice with a variety of seating choices and lots of windows.

The property was dirty, mouldy bathtub and grout, cracked tiles, hair in bathroom, just disgusting. Looks like it hasnt been renovated since the 80s. Peeling paint, stained carpet. Dont know how this was rated so high. It is awful. Much nicer hotels in Fredericton.

I cannot comment on the property as we were informed that the hotel was overbooked and we are now at a Wyndham property in Fredericton. The alternative accommodation is acceptable but not what we reserved. This is not meeting our expectations of either Expedia or Holiday Inn Express.

Stay was great.

Staff at front desk checked us in early. He was awesome. Area in the lobby was perfect for visitirs to come. So clean! Breakfast had lots of options...would 💯 stay here again!

Everything was great!

Check in was slow and we had to return after being served because we could not receive our key, even though a room had been assigned. Once we returned, I had to wait again and start over with the process. Should have online check in and check out as with other hotels I regularly use. Otherwise, the room was clean and very comfortable. The gym was adequate although the heat could not be turned down, amd the breakfast area was very nice with a lot of food options. The beds were great and comfortable as well.

Spent 5 nights. Continental breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly and always asked how our stay was and if our vacation Was good. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Overall, we were very happy with the hotel, the proximity to the university parking, east of check in and check out, if I were to say anything, it would be not the quality of the food. The quality of the food for breakfast was great but the quantity Left a little bit to be desired. There didn’t seem to be enough food out at a time. There was a lineup for omelets for example because they were out and they brought out 10 at a time when you have some people putting two on a plate and they weren’t keeping on top of plates and bowls. Other than that, it was great. The taste of the food seem to be fine, but that would be my only issue was that the quantity of food did not meet the demand.

Nice hotel

This is a nice hotel. The room was clean and the breakfast was substantial. I would stay here again. The only negative I would say is that the carpet in the room looked worn and in need of replacement.

My only complaint was that you could always hear the guests in the room above us. Floors are hardwood and not very soundproof.

Loved the way the room was set up with a door between the main bedroom and the room with the sofabed. It had great options for unpacking luggage so it was more comfortable for staying several nights. Location was 5 min drive from the event venue we were visiting. That was awesome. We communicated that the sink drain in the bathroom was in need of attention and they sent someone to try and fix it. The sofabed was less comfortable than the king bed, so for longer stays, I'd get two rooms in the future if not a couple/family. Overall a great stay, and trip. Worth the value. Next time we will take advantage of the breakfast but I am sure it was wonderful!

We would definitely return there... Staff was great, and the continental breakfast excellent... To us, the only downside was that the carpet in the room was old looking and had some dried stains...However, the room smelled clean...The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows, plus very clean!!! Bathroom was spotless!!!

Really convenient as I was fairly close to the university of New Brunswick where was at an event Close to the major shopping mall and just up the hill from downtown

The hotel was clean and breakfast was good. Our room was very small with not a lot of room to get around the bed. Rooms are dated, the TV was very small. Bed and bedding were comfortable.

Staff was very friendly

Exclude plenty of parking spots, other amenities are old and needs to be renovated. Rooms are relatively small especially for two beds room. Bathroom tissue is out of supply, toilet seat is not slow closed. AC in room is noisy.

It was ok for one night

Property was clean and suitable for our families one night stay. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They do allow pets on your stay but be warned there is a 20$/night fee for up to 3 nights.

Nice quiet hotel with great free-breakfast to start your day. Although the decor was bit dated, this didn't affect our stay. The short drive to downtown Fredericton was convenient.

This was the best hotel that we've ever been to, and it was because of the wonderful people that treated us like royalty. Tony especially was such a doll!!! We also were impressed by Jose as he was so helpful and polite. Our room was really nice and we visit y'all again.

A quiet and convenient hotel for a weekend work trip!

All the staff were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the take out bags were a great touch. Popcorn every evening in the lobby was a very sweet touch. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend.

Really appreciated the kindness and attentiveness of the breakfast room staff, as well as the nicely appointed and very clean room.

The cards were difficult, one worked perfectly every time, one didn’t work at all and when it was replaced, the new card worked intermittently. Even the cleaning staff had difficulty with our room. It was quiet for all but the last night when we could hear a lot of noise from the room above.

Nice clean hotel. Nice hor breakfast. The beds were getting a little sunken where people lay. Probably no one mentions this I would think that a Holiday inn would have better quality toilet paper and "kleenex " Just saying. Otherwise a very nice hotel.

The staff are extremely kind, especially the breakfast staff. The bed were super comfy and breakfast was Delish! The bathrooms could use an update though.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The room was perfect for our needs. Only complaint was the walls in the bathroom needed wiping down. Hopefully it was hair product on the walls. That said we would stay there again.
