Great location

The room was clean and the service was good.

This is a very nice property. We were here for a soccer tournament weekend and the room was excellent. I needed a walk in shower and they kept my reservation. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Linens smelled clean. Overall, 5 stars and highly recommend.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay . The rooms were clean and comfortable .We also enjoyed the breakfast each morning.

Clean, nice hotel - Would return!

Very clean and neat hotel and room. Breakfast was wonderful and the area was kept clean. The pool and hot tubs were also nice and clean. The front desk team is very efficient, but seemed to be a little annoyed at our presence. They did take care of all our needs, though.

2 Bedroom suite strange layout

The room layout of our room was strange. It had two bedrooms and a living room, but the living room was a dark little carve out of the other rooms with no windows. It was not a layout I typically think of with a two bedroom suite, and not a place where you would want to spend much time. A room diagram would have been helpful during booking.

Hotel was immaculately clean and NEW. Beds were super comfortable. They serve hot continental breakfast from 6:30-9:30am. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Was pleasantly surprised how nice it was for a Hilton. Can easily compete with a fancy hotel. Located right off the exit from I-75 too. Would definitely stay here again!

Terrible experience

When I arrived at the hotel, the young man working at the counter said can I have your identification and credit card? I had already paid online so I assume that he wanted my credit card for incidentals. He Ran the full amount plus $50 more than what I paid already. when I told him about it, He said oh no this is the only payment that we have so I had to show him on my banking app that I was charged twice. I called Hotels.com to get a refund for the payment that I already paid them and what happened was they sent over a prepaid payment and he was trying to run the payment plus the incidental fee at once so it kept getting denied. Anyhow, Hotels.com reimburse me for the one night. When I got in the room and turned the light on a cockroach ran across the floor! The hotel was dirty. The water barely came out of the faucet. and the shower The water did not drain. It was a horrible experience. I will never go back to that hotel again.

Everything was great

There were temporary caution lines blocking front parking spaces and the front doors. Had to crawl under the lines to get in or out of hotel. Front desk clerk was nice but so soft spoken it was hard to understand him. He was, though, efficient and covered everything.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was awesome alot to choose from.

Family fun

Great for family. We love the extra space in the suite.

They need to get rid of coffee tables with metal legs or rearrange the rooms so the living area is not near the bathroom. Stub a toe in the dark and you have a broken toe. Coice if soft or firm pillows was nice. The free breakfast was better than just coffee and donuts that others serve.My room was nosiy as it was across from the overheating equipment room where the door was left open all day and night.

Had some issue during check in, but all sort out the next day. Front desk is friendly, allow me to store my luggage for a late day flight.

There was a pond out behind the hotel which was pretty. I enjoyed taking walks around the hotel and seeing all the lizards. The pool/spa was really nice. Breakfast was always really good. It was quite noisy at times (especially at night), the room wasn’t sound proof at all. There were gaps beneath the doors. I would definitely stay there again. Besides it being noisy at times, it was one of the better hotels I’ve stayed at.

Newly renovated. Mattress was very good quality. Breakfast is as usual as other hotels. Staffs were friendly. I wouldn’t mind booking again. Very spacious with sofa bed that I could use for eating and hanging. Two things that we didn’t like was one, the chair for the desk. It was very uncomfortable. Two, air conditioner was right next to the bed and air was blowing right to the face so turned it off or kept it higher temperature to adjust frequency but then it got so humid. Other than these two, everything else was very worth of money.

I like this property and I hope next time find this property to stay.

Disappointing for A HI Express

AC in room was not good. Hallways, especially elevators were hot. water, not so much during the day but only a little better in the morning. bathroom floor was dirty and hair. No ice on 2nd floor.

Thanks to Mariangel, she did an unevaluable gesture with us so we feel comfortable when the elevator stop working. She acted immediately trying to solve the issue ASAP, and she made it!

I am disabled ( wheelchair bound), and ants crawling on me throughout my stay. They over my water bottle and every item I had ond the night table. Even my grandson's lunch box was not speared. Even my toothbrush, etc

This is a very nice hotel. It is either brand new or finishing up with renovation as some work was in progress. Our room was perfect. It was nicely furnished, clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was well-done, offering an array of dietary options suitable for most people. The area was clean and well laid out. I would have given the hotel 5-stars except for the fact that our room was not serviced during our two day stay. We left our room at 8:00am and returned at 5:00pm to find our towels still on the bathroom floor, the beds not made, the trash can full of trash, etc. The front desk clerk said that they were short-staffed and apologized. The clerk gave us towels for the second night, but we were on our own for the remainder of the items. I hope that this was an anomalous occurrence rather than standard practice for a guest staying two nights. Aside from that, you would do well to plan to stay at this hotel when visiting the Bradenton area right on I-75.

This hotel is under construction. For the amount of money, I spend per night Holiday Inn Express should be ashamed. The only reason I was in Bradenton was to attend my brother's Celebration Of Life. I'm not a spring breaker!! In general, the room was nice but spacious and the front desk clerk was very nice, and apologized for all the materials and dust.

We loved our stay! The breakfast was great and coffee always hot. The only complaint I would have is the pool area. The jacuzzi didn’t work and the pool was dirty with leaves.

Hotel under major construction do not go. Hotels.com won’t refund. Unbelievable. Left as unsafe for my small children, screws all over pool. Cardboard in hallways. Lights not working.

Friendly staff, but the web site should have warned about on going construction. Lobby was under renovation, literally under construction. Breakfast was served, but carpenters and elections working within a few feet. Parking lot full of construction vehicles and storage containers.

This property is a dangerous construction zone. We were not made aware of the condition of the hotel. There are many tripping hazards, construction debris, dust, tools, and noise. We arrived at night and there was NO lighting in the parking lot. We thought it was closed, there was no signage. The pool is closed, the breakfast area was disgusting because the tables were covered with white construction dust. Refund requested.

Under Construction late Aug 2023

The lobby and some floors were under construction. The smells were highly overwhelming. The rooms were fine, breakfast was great, but wouldn't stay here again during construction. It's probably going to be great once it's done. AC was super loud and gave us trouble during sleep.

The property is under total renovation and that was not mentioned at all when I made reservations. That needs to be made clear about this hotel

Stay away from this hotel. It’s under construction and you are not notified when making a reservation. The rooms are old and dirty, noisy air conditioners and there is an ant problem.

Under construction

Stayed 8/5/23-8/6/23. The hotel should disclose when the POOL is CLOSED!! It is August & 100 degrees out. Room was dirty. Floor sticky , wouldn’t walk without shoes. Hotel is under construction so they’re hopefully updating & improving. There is a washer & dryer here (1 of each) Washer takes $2.00 in quarters , dryer free.

I have stayed at this hotel on more than one occasion and I choose it above all because the staff are so helpful, friendly and cooperative, my only complaint is that it gets a lot of sun through the bedrooms windows in the morning, it needs thicker curtains, something else I would like to say is that it is very clean, there are no unpleasant odors, and very safe, I would stay again even if I woke up at 6:30 am due to the sun coming in through the bedroom window

The frint desk people were very friendly and helpful. Particularly, Titiana who got an booking issue fixed immediately. The breakfast could have been better. Avoid the Heinz salsa at all costs!

I didn't like paying $380 a night for a holiday inn. Absolutely absurd.

Not worth the money

I stayed at an Even hotel a few weeks prior for a very similar price and the two hotels don’t compare. Even was better in every way. For example, Even had amenities like different fruity types of free, ice cold water in the lobby. Holiday Inn Express had $2 bottles of water. HIE didn’t have usb ports in the room, which would seem like a normal amenity these days. When we arrived at HIE, the parking lot was completely empty (and it never got busy at all during our stay). We asked for a larger room and the indifferent front desk clerk said there was nothing available. Another front desk clerk spent most of his time in the parking lot on his cell phone. Another seemed to be driving down the road. We saw on two occasions that he’d come flying back up to the hotel in his car when guests were at the front desk and he’d run in to assist. Seemed weird. We were traveling with kids so we stayed here for the free breakfast but it was pretty awful. My son poured an in-date milk into his cereal and it was curdled. Breads and pastries were stale. Eggs were very runny. Also, the pool looked like it had never been cleaned. I had to scoop out all the leaves and trash. When we checked out the clerk seemed miserable and wasn’t pleasant. The only thing that was a positive was the cleaning staff. They did a good job.

the AC do not work

The hotel was clean, staff were nice and getting around the hotel was easy. Breakfast was good. We were visiting family nearby so we didn’t spend that much time at the hotel besides sleeping. Only issue was when we came back to the hotel at night there was always people hanging out in the parking lot that didn’t seem like they were guests. Just made it a bit uncomfortable when arriving back to hotel. No major issue though. Overall it was a good stay.

Quiet, very friendly staff

Overall just disappointing. The woman who checked me in was not very friendly. The worst part was the smell in the room. It smelled like a nursing home. The thermostat didn’t work and the hall way had the heat on. It was 70 degrees outside.

Its a travel hotel dont expect a world changing experience. The staff is friendly but the hotel is worn in.

I received a "disabled person room". Garbage disposal did not work, toilet paper holder was broken and hanging from the wall, and iron did not work. Took iron to front desk, and was told they did not have a spare iron.
