Just what we need.

Too much wind noose inside the room all night

New grand baby visit in Austin

This hotel was nice, quiet, and clean. We felt safe and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Only one problem. We were there three days and two of those days our key card quit working. Hopefully someone with maintenance changed the batteries or changed out the key card door opener

It was a great stay. Great service and clean facility. Would definitely stay here again.

Extremely clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast! Very good water pressure in the shower (super clean bathrooms) and nice Dove soap that didn’t dry out my skin. Very refreshing.

This is my go to hotel anytime I go to the North Austin area. There are several restaurants adjacent to the property within easy walking distance. There is a gas station directly across the street in the Lakeline mall on the other side of the freeway. The facility is well equipped very clean and will staff. I recommend this hotel to anyone going to the North Austin area.

Front desk staff Auvia was very professional and polite. A missing link in today’s hospitality arena.

Check in was very easy. We arrived 15 minutes early and lady in the front desk very professional and welcoming, she did let us check in 15 minutes early. Room was clean. Except elevator has some wired smell. Staff was very nice. Parking is available. Will recommend..

Check in was exceptional. Allison was great, very informative & nice. She was so nice that we booked another night. The beds were so comfortable & the room was clean. Pool area was clean & the hot tub felt good. Breakfast was hot & good. Eggs, bacon (yes I said bacon😁) biscuits & gravy, tater tots, muffins, yogurt & bagels. Coffee was good.

We stayed at this Holiday Inn Express twice this year. Both times we were checked in by a very friendly front desk person who also engaged us in conversation later during the day to make sure everything was going well. Our room at this Holiday Inn was very spacious and clean. I’m sort of a snob about sheets and they use excellent soft linens at this property Granted, this is a Holiday Inn and not a luxury brand. But for the price you can’t beat it. The stay includes afternoon, wine, and snacks during the week and a good hot breakfast. We will definitely definitely stay here when we come up to Cedar Park for a visit in the future.

Great staff, strange issue with Expedia booking, reserving the wrong dates, even though confirmation email was correct, Expedia refunded, Staff booked me a room on the spot, it was very large, comfortable and a very enjoyable stay, breakfast was good. Can't fault the Hotel service, recommended stay.

Disappointing

Im still waiting to be refunded money they charged me “on accident”. A car was broken into right before we entered. The sheets were dirty on arrival, when asked for clean ones they made us go downstairs and get them. The ac randomly turned off by itself the first night while we slept. The door handle was loose and made it difficult for us to open. It was just a uncomfortable stay overall.

Worth the money

The stay is great at the price of $121 per night. For the money it's definitely worth it because the price includes breakfast and I loved the happy hour nights from 6 pm to 9 pm, great idea guys!

1June2024 I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The gentleman that was working on this day in the afternoon was spectacular and genuinely welcoming. He checked me in early and gave me a choice of which floor I wanted to be on. Gave me information pertaining to the property and when breakfast would be and where it would be held. The room is spacious and clean. Mini fridge is a decent size. There are two(2) peep holes 🕳on the hotel room door, one for the adult and one for the little ones. So stinkin’ caute. And in the best spot, right under the counter by the coffee center and microwave. Modern desk and office chair as well a ample seating all over the room. A roller cube seat that is tucked away neatly. Ample closet space with iron and ironing board. The hair dryer is on corner shelf in the entry of the hotel room. The shower has Dove products that smell amazing. So many spots to sleep on..fold out sofa and King size bed. Fitness center that is open 24/7, nice size hot tub, and an outdoor pool that is 6ft deep. This Holiday Inn Express and Suites Austin NW is not far from restaurants, movie theater, Lakeline Mall, carwash, H.E.B plus! I’m excited that the property will be getting a landscaping makeover. Rocks and cactuses 🌵 around the property, parking lot redone(repaved and fresh paint), native plants in the planters at the entry of the building, the pool area where the chairs are redone, and the land behind or beside the pool area will be more appealing.

We were greeted with a smile @ check in. The room was really nice & clean. Bed sheets clean & white! The bed is really firm & neither of us slept good. If the bed was more comfortable we would have given 5 stars. We will stay again because everything else was great. The pool was nice & clean. Plenty of seating & if you’re a smoker you can smoke outside. The breakfast was good, fresh, & hot. Seating area for breakfast was clean! We really enjoyed our overnight stay in Austin.

Staff nice, but there was mold and rust stains in shower, also was not wiped down, dirty. Coffee maker did not work, door kept getting stuck.

The room was fine but it needs some repair work, bathroom shower the ceiling was repaired it i no it well. The AC while it kept the room cool just fine it did not remove the humidity at all, and the last night our refrigerator started having problems and to make sure our food didn’t go bad we had to fill our cooler with ice and empty the refrigerator.

Unexpected

I never write reviews but I felt I should for this hotel. I was in town for a wedding and I booked this hotel last minute. I wasn’t expecting much for a Holiday Inn but I was absolutely surprised at how great the hotel was. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff is polite and accommodating. The pool area is older but once they update that I think this is bar far the best Holiday inn that I have stayed at in any city.

Very comfortable beds, which is hard to find at any hotel. The Only downside was the pancake machine was broken

It was very bad experience, the room was smells so bad, and when we woke up in the morning, we went down around 8:30 am, there was no breakfast left. When I talked to the manager she sqid its a busy day. An acceptable reason.

We arrived relatively late at night but the staff who took care of our check in was so kind, pleasant and efficient. The property is nicely renovated and clean.

Booked the wrong date on the app and hotel.com customer service stated “we are unable to help you. Contact the hotel directly.” Contacted hotel and they refused to help since it was third party so they refused to help me instead of doing the right thing and helping me fix the check in date. Great for the price

The staff was wonderful, knowledgeable, and kind. The hotel is in a great location, and in a decent part of the city. The breakfast was tasty, but limited after 8 AM due to short staffing for cooks, so definitely go early if you want all thats offered for breakfast. I got my security deposit back 5 days after we left for future reference, which I believe it says 3-5 days so that's okay. Overall I'm glad I stayed here.

Great hotel!

Brennen was very nice. I was traveling with my bike and he was kind enough to let us check in early since there was a room available so I had a place to store my bike safely. The staff there very nice all around and the room was well decorated and very clean and lots of space Definitely will stay there again!

I didn’t care for the random folk sitting on the bench outside hotel. They looked shady. Other than that nice people working there. Oh and the breakfast should be extended by 30 minutes. Seemed like the person handling that area was trying to cut out early.

Good employee. Friendly. AC was cooling good but made noise like an industrial machine. Could not sleep all night. Needs immediate attention.

Little things

Quiet location, easy check in, seemed clean and well kept. Small issues included ice machine on 2nd floor removed, hot tub dirty and not working, and a/c was not working in lobby area. Our room itself was good other than pillows seemed less comfortable than previous stays at IHG properties. Overall a pretty good value on a place that offered what we needed.

Friendly people that work there. The spa was nasty and there was dirty and wet towels left around the pool area. You walked in the front desk at felt like the ac was not working. I felt sorry for the people that work in the front because all they had was a fan to keep them cool.

When we first walked into our room, a roach ran across the floor. We found a dead one inside of the refrigerator. My children were nervous the rest of the trip.

Our check-in was very easy and the gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating when we asked to be able to switch rooms to the upper floor. The hotel staff we encountered during our brief stay we’re all very friendly and efficient.

The hot tub was really relaxing!

I reserved a queen suite with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa bed, the mattress on the sofa bed was absolutely disgusting!! I pulled out and when I saw the thin mattress there were brown stains where you laid your head, coffee machine in room didn't work, room only had 2 full size towels and when I reserved I advised 4 people would be staying, I asked for extra towels and was told there wasn't any and the worst part was reserving another night and was going to use another parties credit card but for some reason not knowing what the hell they were doing they charged my credit card an additional $177 and I sure wasn't expecting that!! Then the last night I stayed people in the room above me were stomping on the floor until really late in the evening. After my trip I guarantee I will not be back at this location!! After complaining I was even told the manager would call me but surprise I never received any call or accomadation for any kind of inconvenience!! Very disappointed ☹️😞☹️

Worst hotel stay ever. Whole family stayed up all night due to poor mattresses. I told the property manager for a refund but they did not listen and did not consider it a problem. I would not recommend this place

Bathroom in poor condition (Bathtub floor all scratched and rough; shower curtain had molds). Poor cleaning of bathroom.

Ac unit had a clicking noise when it would kick on. Room was by the exit door which we could hear open through out the night, early morning. Restroom sink had a slow drain. Swimming pool water looked dirty.

Nice place to stay

The place was nice. The room was spacious. We enjoyed our stay. Everything worked and we had no issues.

The staff was very nice, Brennan and Trey. Very helpful. Room was nice and clean. Just a few cosmetic needs.

we had some trouble finding a solution to assist my disabled husband. we asked for a tub mat, which after quite a bit of time, found out they did not have. one associate offered us a crib mattress to use in the shower. the towel rack in the bathroom was coming out of the wall. there was a bottlecap on the floor in our room, and another one in the hallway. the one in the hallway was there for then entire 5 days we were there.

Rooms were huge and very clean. Employee at front desk was extremely kind and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was hot and good :)

Our stay was great, the suite was a good size, the hotel was clean, perfect location for our trip, the breakfast was good, and all the staff was nice. My only complaint was we had to ask for housekeeping twice. The first time nobody came and the second day they finally did towards the end of the day. But besides that it was a great stay.

Great staff, our room was very spacious and very clean. The only downsides were that our TV did not work, and there was a slight wet carpet smell in our room. Otherwise, we got this room for a great rate, and it was very comfortable and clean.

Overnight stay

Not the hotels fault but people running up and down the hall, slamming doors and just making tons of noise until 11pm when we finally went to front desk and got a room change. Second room we got smelled A little like big spray but did t care by that point. Had the usual toiletries but also had shampoo/conditioner/body soap in larger bottles on wall of shower.

I really liked everything, the staff were very nice, the front desk lady was really nice and ready to help in any kind of way. The rooms were cleaned and big. And i really liked was the breakfast, it had scramble eggs, biscuits, cereals, oatmeal, pancakes, muffins and cinnamon rolls. Me and my family liked it.
