Amazing except the kitchen smell

Pluses: 1. The best thing about this hotel is the dinner buffet, included in the price. It was exceptional. There was a large variety of meat, seafood, vegetables, starches, and desserts. The grilled beef was fantastic. It was butter soft, and almost melted in your mouth. 2..The rooms are clean and spacious and have an understated elegant classic feeling typical of Japanese esthetics. Minuses: 1. Service here is mediocre. The staff seems like they’re just going through the motions, without a true spirit of omotenashi. 2. The bathroom felt very old (not classic), maybe dating to the 1980s. Turning one of the knobs in the bathroom sink provided no water at all — how can the maids not notice this and report it? Do they not clean the sink? 3. The room: desperately need blackout curtains, especially since the sun rises at 345am! It was so bright we could not sleep. Just awful. 4. We found a dirty pair of reading glasses someone had left behind on the nightstand. How can housekeeping miss this? Overall: This was probably once a phenomenal resort. It could be again, with some updating, better maintenance and better service. But in its current state, it’s mediocre and overpriced. Come for the dinner, not the room.

Staff are very nice and friendly

Wonderful hotel with everything you need. you need a car to get into Abashiri but the hotel is really high quality. The real log fire in the lounge in the evening is perfect.

People are super kind, nice facilities and room is super fancy with a reasonable price! I will definitely visit this hotel again someday! Thank you! You are the best hotel in Hokkaido ;) Ahreum

Beautiful Onsen Retreat

Amazing property in a small town, which was made even more spectacular in winter. The property offers a courtesy shuttle to pick you up from Abashiri station, as it is a ways away from any station. Only word of caution is to check the shuttle schedule on the website as the station is extremely small, which not much near by. The property itself has a beautiful onsen, divided by gender, with an indoor and outdoor bath. There is also a hot stone room, and a sauna. The dinner was wonderful and they provided options for vegetarians, if necessary. There is also a juice and tea area, and you can roast marshmallows by the fire inside. There is also a foot bath located outside, which is very enjoyable, however the walk can require a bit of courage during the winter nights ;)

A very nice resort hotel. Hot spring. Sauna and everything for you to enjoy your relaxed vacation. The food is also very nice!

Worth to Stay

It was received warm welcome from front office staff. It less variety of dinner buffet whereas good in breakfast buffet. The onsen facilities are good in terms of spacious and sufficient shower as well as hv sauna.

Luxurious resort but bathroom needs sprucing up

Having stayed with the Tsuruga group of resorts before, I had high expectations of this resort. We stayed there for 3 nights and had the suite with private hot springs on the first night - it was as expected, a fantastic experience. We took 2 deluxe rooms for the second and third night and we were disappointed with the extremely small bathroom/toilet. The deluxe rooms themselves were bigger than the average room so no issue with that - it's just the bathroom/toilet. I never expected something like this so it was a bugbear for us. It was a tight squeeze for one person in the bathroom and thank goodness we visited the onsen nightly and we actually had our bath there instead. I will not give up on the Tsuruga resorts - they are known for their service, hospitality and luxury. They just need to do something about the bathroom/toilet. Other than that, it was a good stay with good food. There's even a self-service laundry that one can use for free (just need to purchase detergent). Location is quiet but I wished it did overlook Lake Abashiri but the greenery was good too.

Great hotel

Awesome place. I spent three nights here. You can enjoy hot spring with great scenery in your room. Also, the hotel offers free breakfast/dinner/ramen/bar coupon if you stay 2nd floor (the floor for inside hot spring rooms) Overall nice hotel with appropriate price range. Staffs are not overly kind and it was good enough. Lounge/library/bar/music room are very cozy!

Quiet location. Unique amenities in the hotel. There is one thing I don’t like is they charge onsen tax (¥150/pax) on check-out, whether u use it or not and this onsen charge was not informed when u check in.

Nice Hotel, But Where Is the Lake?

Nice generally, food was very good for our half board stay. Despite leaving usual requests like non smoking room high floor with lake/sea views, this family of four was given a smoking room, partially deordourized, on the third floor with hardly any view of the lake, as I recalled the booking was on one with lake view. The room was also right in front of the lift lobby. This was the most expensive room that I booked for or Hokkaido trip, and one reward night was used to cover in part the hotel charge. It was kind of disappointmentfor the room, but we liked the hotel very much, the hot bath, live music play over dinner, entertainmentareas, free coffee corner, and many more to commend (except.the room that we were given)

Happy stay

We stayed at a room with private onsen on 2/F. The room was beautiful. The staff who took care of us was friendlay. Buffet dinner and breakfast were both excellent. Really enjoyed our stay.

Nice onsen

Geeat service and atmosphere , location a bit far from Abashiri attractions, if on foot. You need need car transport if you stay in winter. Onsen was pleasant , mild water rather than sulpher intense.

Amazingly friendly staff, very helpful and we were surprised by the availability of a cake to celebrate birthday of one of our family members by the restaurant staff.

The staff were really nice and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The lobby, lounge, and dining area were also nicely decorated.

サロマ湖100k出場で連泊しました。スタッフの方々の対応は気持ちよかったです。夜中2時の出発に合わせて弁当も手配していただけました。部屋は改装されてますが設備はやや古く、ユニットのバス洗面所はリゾートホテルというには狭い。バイキングはそれなりに豊富ですが、海鮮類はオホーツクということで期待していたほどには美味とは思えませんでした。

独特の雰囲気だが良質なホテル

鶴雅リゾートの1つ、あばしり湖のホテルに滞在しました。施設自体もリフォームをして綺麗に保たれており、デザインと雰囲気は独特の色がありますが、総じて楽しむことができました。駐車場も広く無料、食事付きのプランにしましたがビュッフェスタイルでまずまずの満足度でした。お部屋も綺麗で大浴場も満足。 一点だけ、隣室との壁が薄いせいか、夜中の2時ごろまで夜の営みの声が丸聞こえで、パートナーが寝れないと相談してきました。 良いホテルだっただけに、この体験で全てとは言いませんが台無しでした。

可以放鬆身心但又不會悶的溫泉旅館

我訂的是包晚餐和早餐，酒店還送了兩份宵夜（拉麵）和兩杯酒精飲品，可以於晚餐後使用！除了浴場酒店還有一個露天位置可以浸腳，以溫泉旅館來說不怕晚餐後沒有活動！酒店員工懂英文溝通而且都是親切有禮

だいぶ早くホテルに着いた。チェックイン前なので、ラウンジで待たせて頂いた。フリードリンクがあったり、部屋に大きな暖炉があって落ち着いた。 宿泊の部屋は広く眺望も良く満足だが、上階に子供がいたのかバタバタと走り回る音が気になった。 夕食、朝食共に種類が豊富なビュッフェで食べきれない位でとても満足だった。指定される席までスタッフが案内するが、食事の案内も有る。ただ、朝は私の担当は何も無く不親切だった。 夜何度か停電が有った。何の説明や詫びも無く不信感だけが残った。 朝の出発時間が早く7時の朝食が始まる時間に待っていたが、7時を少し過ぎてから開いた。 何組か並んでいた。そういう事も加味して少し早めに開ける心遣いが欲しかった。 朝一番のチェックアウトで、フロントも慣れていないスタッフだった様で作業が遅くもう少し早くならないかと感じた。こういう場所はゆとりが無いとダメなのかもしれないが。 今回は休みを利用し少し贅沢な宿泊を取ったが、全般的にはやや不満が残ってしまった。

部屋に通じる廊下に 清掃スタッフの方が11人ほど マスクをつけて 談笑 恐怖を感じる。 同日、同地域内 公魚スタッフがコロナ感染 で 釣り場閉鎖しています。

ホテル内でゆっくり過ごす

他の鶴雅と同様にラウンジ、ギャラリーが広くて音楽でも聴きながらゆっくり利用したい。

こちらの施設に入った時から翌日出ていくまで、何もかもが素敵でした。たった半日だけの滞在がが非常にもったいないほど。 スタッフの方々・夕食・朝食・お風呂とも大変満足の内容でした。また、網走に遊びに行くときは必ずこちらを利用したいと思います。

ペットも快適に過ごせました。

ペット同伴の部屋に滞在しましたが、とても衛生的で快適でした。ゲージ、シーツ、専用ゴミ箱なども用意されており配慮が行き届いている感じでした。

全体的にすべて良かったです。もっと早く着けば良かった。岩盤浴があったのがさらにいい。

숙소는 청결하고 조용합니다. 스탭모두 친절해서 숙박기간 내내 좋았습니다. 다만 식사가 2박 내내 부페인것이 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

施設の雰囲気やサービスはとても良かったです。以下の2点が残念だったので評価を-1してます。 1.バイキングでは仕方のない事ですが、食事時間の混み具合が読めないので、案内された時間でも混んでいた事。 2.お部屋のトイレがユニットバスで狭かった事。 満足度は高かったのでまた行きたいです。

露天風呂つきのお部屋に宿泊しましたが、かなり快適に過ごすことができました。スタッフの対応も教育が行き届いており素晴らしかったです。

房間頗舊，床鋪不是太舒適，被安排跟旅行團入住同一樓層非常嘈吵！日藉員工都不太友善，但台灣及中國員工都十分友善！ 永遠都不會再入住次酒店！！

被安排跟旅行團入住同一樓層十分嘈吵！餐廳日籍廚師很沒禮貌但中國及台灣的員工非常有禮。房間大但感覺殘舊陰森。一直都很喜歡這品牌的酒店，但奈何對今次這間非常失望。

スタッフの対応もとても良く、食事もとても美味しかったです。夕食時の自分でカスタムできるピザコーナーや1人鍋など、メニューも工夫がされており、楽しめました(o^^o) 何と言っても、素晴らしかったのは、ラウンジです… ゆったりとした作りと穏やかで寛げる空間でした。 今回、足湯を利用しませんでしたが、次回は利用してみたいと思いました。

北天の丘網走湖鶴雅リゾート

食事が美味しかったです。お風呂にヘアゴムがおいてあったり、岩盤浴があったり、無料のドリンクがあったりと細かい気づかいが嬉しかったです。

スタッフの皆様はとても質が良く ホスピタリティあふれる施設でした。 リノベ施設なので、水回りが古く、個室の洗面やバスタブがチープで残念。 価格は二食付きで妥当と思います。 最近の風潮ですと、チェックアウト10時はいささか早く思います。

部屋は清潔、スタッフは驚くほど丁寧な対応でした。 また、エントランス近くにある暖炉があるエリアはなかなか快適。 ただ食事とお風呂はイマイチ。。。

お部屋は眺望がよく、広くて綺麗です ただ、トイレの扉が邪魔してスリッパが履きづらい。

第一次住，服務員英語極佳一定能溝通，食物豐富什麼都有，我嘅推介刺身，雪糕，自選 Pizza，最特別之處，在於休息大堂有燒棉花糖，如果冬天時到訪氣氛一流！ ！

総合的には大変満足させて頂きましたが、露天風呂が小さいのが残念でした。

預約了15:15道之驛 網走流冰船aurora號發車的接駁巴士服務，未料14點流冰船返程誤點約15分鐘。急忙於第一時間下船，已未見該飯店的接駁巴士。但現場有較優質飯店的接駁巴士司機仍然在現場等候客戶。致電飯店電話詢問，接電話人員無法使用英文或中文或轉接相關人員交談。所以給了惡劣的評分。

食事は文句なし

部屋は広かったですが，オートロックではなく少し古い感じがしました。食事（バイキング）はすばらしく，何を食べても凄く美味しかったです。風呂はシャワー圧が強いこと，ふろ上がり後の休憩所が快適でした。

岩盤浴が良かった 食事は鶴雅ブランドで期待したせいか普通のバイキングで特色が無かった。焼きマシュマロやラウンジのドリンクサービスは良かった。

冬も快適に過ごせるホテル

快適に滞在できた。スタッフが皆さんとても親切で感じがよい。施設は立派で隅々まで清潔に保たれている。夕食、朝食、いずれもビュッフェでしたが、質、量ともに十分だった。お客さんが多かったためかスタッフが大忙しで、朝食時はパンの補充が追いついていなかった。といっても5分後には補充されました。 日本人は関係ないでしょうがレジがAlipay対応なのはさすがだと思った。

SHUTTLE BUS在網走或呼人接送，而在呼人站是一輛小汽車，很安全方便。

酒店內商店貨品很齊，日果威士忌款色也很多，可以在此入貨。店員及服務員很有禮貌，但由於用中文講解的旅客很多，所以我們也接受日語作介紹，店員很貼心和有禮貌。 酒店的設施很多很新，很照顧顧客的需要，感受很好的招待。

また来たいです。 温泉、ご飯ともに良かったです。 温泉は露天の方が熱いのですが外気の寒さを感じてのにゅうよくになるので熱さがかなり良かったです、 食事の鍋も美味しく良かったです。

設施很好，而且員工親切，整體讓人覺得很想再訪。

非常優異的一家飯店，員工的英語流暢，設施完善，而且許多服務都讓旅客覺得很舒暢。泡湯的溫泉很好，清晨附近散步會覺得很舒暢。

餐廳餐點還不錯，床很舒服，但浴室很小，樓下大眾湯池也很不錯，櫃台人員英文OK。
