On my arrival I was told my room was not available, even though I produced a copy of my Expedia booking confirmation, the young lady who was not polite informed me that there was no room available and she would send an email to Expedia to refund the charges back to me. First time I have experienced this with an Expedia booking and it was not very nice and very inconvenient.
AVOID THIS PLACE!
I had a horrible experience there. When I arrived, I was told that the room I booked was broken and that they would upgrade me to the VIP room... BUT I HAD TO PAY FOR IT. No matter how much I tried to explain that their broken room was not my responsibility and I shouldn't pay, they wouldn't budge. Eventually I got to my room. There was no desk (which I needed for work) as it was listed in the room description. I mentioned it and they just told me I could book elsewhere if I want. And to make things even better, the lock of my room's door stopped working and I was locked out of my room for almost a whole day. They finally managed to open it, but requested that I leave my door unlocked when I head out until the end of my stay to avoid this to happen again. Feel very safe, right? I'm not blaming the staff here (they tried to help), but the very poor management. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN.
Get what you pay for!
Clean and small rooms. Great location. If you expect luxury don’t stay here.
Not good
Was not what I booked Area was bad
We like furniture that look new. This is good for low budget .
Ok hotel
The hotel is basic, but it’s cheap,so i’m not complaining.rhe staff were nice,it is very central,it does need some attention, but for the price,it’s not bad.the room was small, the bed was fine, the decor needs upgrading, breakfast was ok,so depending on what you want,it was adequate for us.

Friendly reception even I have checked in late around 1:00 in the early morning.
Room was clean but we had no window. The wall was thin and when it was rainy or windy we heard everything inside. A room with window would have cost us more so we stayed in this room. A pity was that it was nowhere mentioned that the room has no window. Overall it was Okey as we went to HCM for sightseeing and just wanted a cheap place to sleep. For that it was good as everything was very clean, staff friendly and also the location was very good!
Superb location
This little charming hotel is located right at the heart of the famous shopping street of the city. Surrounded by boutique clothes shops at very reasonable pricing, your bank account is safe to let your wife/girlfriend roaming around this area. Only 5km from the airport and 5 minutes to Ben Thanh market. I must say staying in this hotel is a real bargain for the rate I am paying.
Good location, but bathroom with no privacy
The bathroom had no privacy.
Close to restaurants and walk to saigon market
No free 2 waters bottles room very small no room for luggages no chairs to sit.
Mr
It's ok
Not bad at all
Other than a mix up about having to change rooms everything was great. To make up for the room change accident they up graded us to the nicer room for the same price. The beds are very comfy and the showers strong. Everything is very clean and well looked after. I am used to staying in filthy dorms and rat bag hotels so this was like winning the lottery to me.
Nice stay
Location is very good, front desk is super nice willing to help us in many ways. Very recommend this place for you if you want to stay in HCMC

When we first got there the room they gave us is what it looked like from the picture And what I had booked. The next day they were taking us to another room, which is supposedly the room that we had booked is what the staff had said, because they had said that they were overbooked and that is why the room that we had the first night was a different one. which was not the room that we had booked and then we had no choice but to pay them extra money for the room that we had wanted, the hotel wouldn’t refund me my money so we had no choice but to stay there since there was nothing that Expedia could do for us. There were about 10 options on the menu for breakfast but they only had 2 egg options and 1 instant noodle soup.
