We had a great stay! Our one room suite was a great size for 6 people and it was very clean. The pool and fitness area is where we spent the most time! Clean, well maintained, and we had the pool, hot tub, and sauna pretty much to ourselves! The only downside was the mattress of the pull out couch. It looked quite worn out and was uncomfortable. I know that these aren't used all the time, but it would be nice to have a better mattress when it is offered as a bed in the suites. We would definitely stay here aain.

Very nice property and spacious rooms for my children to play in.

The place was very clean, had everything you could want in the hotel, loved the snack bar and breakfast, the complimentary drinks were awesome. Super friendly staff!

Weekend getaway

We’re into Winnipeg for some events at the CLC. Hotel checkin was smooth. Elevators were slow all weekend due to one being out of service. Carpet and furniture is nearing end of life cycle, so we look forward to seeing some renovations in the coming months.

Wonderful stay! All is well with this hotel and the room!

Staff member at check in was not friendly and was curt with answering questions. Patrons dont want to be made to feel . Maybe a smile, willingness and patience for questions and concerns. like they are an inconveniences

The room is quiet, the bed and pillow were very comfortable. My flight was delayed and I knew I would be in late and on an empty stomach however I looked at the hotel webpage and it said room service was ‘all night’ availability. I took that as 24/7 as is with most larger high end hotels. I just wanted to get to my hotel and so bypasses some opportunities to stop for food. At midnight I called room service. No answer. I called the front desk and asked if room service was still available. I was simply told ‘no’ with no other option suggested. I had to go to bed after a 20 hour travel day and an empty stomach. Not the service I would expect from Hilton and at the very least, update the information on the web page for the hotel so that people can plan ahead.

Our stay was amazing! The hotel is quiet and the rooms are big and comfy. The breakfast was delicious and happy hour is convenient. Being pet friendly is a major plus

I HAVE STAYED IN A LOT OF HOTELS AT THE AIPRORT, AND THEY ARE USUALLY "FINE". THIS ONE, AND I AM NOT SURE WHY, WAS EXCELLENT. I THNK IT MAY HAVE JUST BEEN HOW MUCH STAFF CARED TO MAKE YOUR EXPERIENCE AS GOOD AS POSSIBLE. ALL THE FACILITIES WERE VERY CLEAN AND YOU FELT CARED FOR, WHICH IS NOT COMMMON AT AIRPORT HOTELS.

The hotel itself was nice and a good location for the airport. The type of people hanging around the hotel were not so nice. Lots of drunk/high Indigenous folk hanging around the parking lot and inside the lobby at all hours of the day. When we got back from supper at 8pm, there was a drunk guy with no shirt on and face tattoos making a scene in the lobby and eventually went into parking lot. When I asked the hotel worker if he was going to do anything to get him out of the area, he just mentioned that once he’s in the parking lot he isn’t going to notify the police…. Went out an hour later to see if vehicle was alright and he was walking around the parking lot looking inside vehicle windows. Must be an incredibly normal occurrence and I would not park my vehicle anywhere near this hotel or stay on the bottom floor where these people have access to.

Very convenient when you're there to use the airport.

Place was very dirty and I did not feel very safe.

The reason for my low rating, is that the hotel was very dirty, did not feel safe with some of the guests staying there. I did not get the room I had reserved and was downgraded to another room. On a positive note, management did take the time to listen and take care of my concerns.

It was Ok, but they need to work on their Front desk service. They're letting the customer wait. But everything is ok, but not what I expected.

The parking was terrible. The hotel smelled really bad is very out dated. I had booked a poolside room and only to find out at checking I was informed that they changed my room and when I asked why they said we updated you to a suite. I was not impressed with this at all.

Close to the airport and was clean, quiet and spacious. Recommend!

The pool was very dirty…a pad was in the water then put onto the side of pool and stayed there all day….sauna was broken….pool full of screaming kids ….elevators dirty, hotel full to capacity and noisy, would not recommend if you want a quiet place or a hotel with a nice pool area.

It was a great stay. Loved it. And it was my first time staying there as well.

Hotel was good but not as in prior years. Little concerned when security is constantly wandering floors and property outside. If I had not stayed here prior, I would have had a very bad first impression on guest safety. Whirlpool was down with no advance warning.

Furniture in room with suite needs updating. It’s old.

The staff were very nice and friendly. We got a suite which gave us access to the executive lounge and breakfast there as well. It was clean and spacious. Well worth the extra money we paid for a suite. I would definitely stay there again. There were some people hanging around outside but that is not the hotels fault. I did mention it to the front desk and no longer saw them outside.

What makes this hotel great is the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful from the front desk, to the breakfast service, shuttle, and bar staff.Kudos to the customer service team.

I had called the hotel directly a week before our stay after reading some less than glowing reviews due to displaced people staying there. They were reassuring, and our stay was lovely. Our rooms were clean and spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful. We're Hilton members and enjoyed the sixth-floor lounge

Short business stay

The size of suite is good. Very outdated. The only thing updated a bit is the bed, mattress, pillows and comforter. Had good sleep. I feel it should be more of $175 per night. The restaurant, however, serves excellent foods, a bit upscale and a bit on the expensive side. I felt $12 for desserts (limited selections) is a bit much. It seems the restaurant and the hotel do not match in standards.

Friendliness

Positives: The hotel was clean with many amenities on site and wonderful staff who were quick to address and resolve any issues. Quick access to the airport and close to Polo Park and other shopping. Negatives: while clean, the pool is small and great if the hotel is quiet- if the hotel is busy the small area echos with screams from kids and seems to lack capacity for more than 10 or so kids to comfortably play and for an upscale seemingly modern hotel the elevators felt from another era they were incredibly slow and delayed.
