Most of the stay was great. The restaurant was excellent until Sunday when they switched staff. But the buzzkill was the $30 parking fee and the added $8 daily for TBID at checkout. The parking fee was not announced and I have never had a hotel charge a TBID outside the daily charge as an unannounced fee. I asked to speak with manager and never got a call back. Beware.

Excellent spot for our family and dog. Walking distance from downtown yet off the main road.

Typical Hilton - nice sized rooms comfortable bed etc. Nicely appointed. Front desk was incredibly helpful.

Central Palm Springs Hilton

Convieniently located to downtown Palm Springs. Standard Hilton Hotel. Beaufitul pool and hot tub area - although there was some remodeling of those facilities when we were there.

Nice location and overall stay.

Stayed a couple of nights with my best friend to attend a festival. The property itself was nice but the rooms felt dated. They were large and comfortable but typical of a 90's/00's Hilton; we had a balcony, but it was off of the parking lot, which was not.. comfortable. We had a couple of issues with our in-room safe, but front dest and the maintenance technicians were OUTSTANDING. It was really cool to be able to text the front desk, which was a nice surprise. They were all very friendly and attentive. The location was GREAT! Very walkable but not loud. We were not there to enjoy the amenities, but look forward to them if we choose to stay here again.

Excellent customer service from the FD agents and breakfast staff (Frank is very courteous and professional! We appreciate his work so much). Unfortunately, there was an incident when I woke up to a strong marijuana smell coming through the AC ventilation, which I reported to the front desk. I know it is not the hotel's fault, and the front desk offered some solutions that I appreciated.

Bathroom door didn't latch properly. Shower was not working well. Didn't expect this from a 4 start hotel like Hilton Palm Springs.

A bit overpriced, air conditioner didn’t work so the room was hot and the front desk staff not helpful at all.

I loved the location everything was walkable. The rooms were very spacious and well kept. My only complaint was the drain in my shower did not drain properly. But otherwise everything was great. Guest service at the front desk were excellent.

The property is located within walking distance to down town PS and the museums.

This property was clean and with easy access. Just be aware of their parking lot charge per night fee. It will set you back approximately $35 USD per nights stay! Or, you have the option to park in the street for free!

The first room we got on the first floor had a terrible smell, the whole area around the room smelled terrible. Then we were changed to another room which was ok not more than that. Beds and pillows are not so comfortable. Would notice it a 4 star

Great pool area that was nicely maintained even in late Fall. Clean, friendly staff, easy free parking.

Liked the pool area and our room was big.

Staff was wonderful but there was no water, in the desert, only vending machines. And take-away coffee was $5. I just stayed at the Hampton Inn in Chapel Hill, NC. They had bottled water at check-in, and coffee available at no cost.

Even after setting the AC to 76 it stayed freezing in the room all night. The power outlets by the bed didn’t work. Overall a very old hotel that is not maintained at all.

Nice pool lots of sun and shade great landscaping palm trees well appointed the rooms are large with balconies the AC is quiet the beds comfy the sitting area for make up very useful a must the free shuttle to airport and car rental amazing a very short drive and voila your re there the negatives when you go to pool they have a staff member get you a towel and serve you water and ice my issue with this it’s too much too pushy I felt like I was being disturbed The staff was very nice though the ice water seemed dirty and cheap plastic jugs and ice buckets baking in the sun not ideal or healthy just not inviting or tempting 2 or 3 water dispensers made of glass on site with lemon and cucumber water would be ideal compliment wry water in room is a must in the desert I also needed a micro but it was $15 a day

As soon as we opened the door to our room, a smell of urine and mildew hit us. Room was old needs an update. AC wouldn’t crank any higher. For the price paid, definitely wasn’t worth it.

I would not stay here again because of the $33 Self parking charge. They had plenty of parking that use to be free now they charge like it's New York City.

Construction going on the 2nd floor. All the hallway carpet was pulled up. We went to the spa for massages. The air conditioning was not working and it was 115 outside. So the experience was not great. Spa was small and no amenities.

Location to downtown Palm Springs was great, walking distance. Breakfast was good and staff was kind, supportive/responsive. Catching the hotel mid-renovation mid-summer created less than pleasant accommodations in the desert. However, staff was understanding. Pool was nice. They way staff handled concerns would easily lead me to staying here again.

Good breakfast options, but we met friends on off site property for breakfast.

We visit here every summer and always look forward to our visit. The location is close by to shopping and restaurants, especially Sherman's Deli across the street. We enjoy the pool attendants Bill and Hattie because they are nice and friendly and take great care of us and the pool area. It's employees like this that keep us coming back year after year!

Hotel seems to be undergoing some renovation. Cleanliness of the room requires improvements. Every day there was so much dust on the nightstands and furniture.

Horrible Stay

I would like a refund first of all hotels offered free parking. They charge me $30 for parking plus an additional $5.86. They could not advise me what that was for. Upon arrival. The room had a horrible stench of mildew. It was dusty. It was the ceilings and walls need cleaned the shower smell like rotten eggs it was horrible. I would not recommend this to people, especially of the Hilton chain!

Pool was great, kept clean with plenty of towels. However getting service while at the pool was very slow. The floor we were on they were doing new carpet so the hallway had terrible smell of glue, and I almost stepped in it due to lack of signage. Free shuttle was great, and check in was easy.
