Rooms are beautiful. Perfect location to stay if you are going to OLG stage.
The parking rates are ridiculous. There was a dirty toothpick in our room when we checked in. The shower head dripped all the time
Staff was very helpful.
We reserved a room with a "whirlpool bath" well, it was old, paint was peeling off and it was so noisy, we could not use it. Been trying to reach the hotel about this but can't get anyone to speak to about this.
Great property but restaurant fumes from brassa restaurant filled our room
Overall it was good the only complaint I have is the cable tv it always freezes and no access at Netflix poor channel quality but the rest it’s good thx!
Was easy check in and check out sevice. We were able to get into our room early. Will be back
Loved everything except parking was too expensive.
I found it was easy to navigate
Very nice Hotel. Excellent sound and seating in the concert hall. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Excellent view from our spacious room. Not a complaint, but Hotel and rooms could do with some updates and charging ports in hotel rooms would be appreciated. Thank you for a Great stay! Amanda
Everything was great
Pool area is great for children
I felt the parking was way overpriced. we spent one night at the indoor parking and it was $90. Felt this was highly expensive.
Room was ready and clean. Check in was also quick and easy
Beautiful
Very nice hotel
We stayed at a show at the casino. Everything was an attached and we could walk indoors in the cold February weather. Side note. Multi hockey teams were they and the hotel was smart enough to book them all together as to not disrupt other guests.
Towels are very rough. But overall I am satisfied with the room and services.
Got a free room upgrade!!!
Room was nice, but we reserved the jacuzzi suite and the tub was unusable. No way of filling up the tub. Seemed broken. Bathroom itself was dated. Rest of the suite was nice. Hotel itself was very nice. Really liked the convenience of not having to walk outside to get to the OLG and casino! We will definitely come back.
The facility was great. Convenient access to the casino and OLG stage. Sucks to have to pay $50 for parking though.
Good
Out first room was vile smelled like pure cat pee and mold and mildew. The carpet was soaked this is not the first time we have encountered these poor conditions. We wont be returning
Great stay
Stay as always was wonderful. Received instructions to check in online and receive key card but was advised to visit front desk. Did so with no hassle’s .
Did not sleep at all Pillows were all too hard Sheets were noisy and stiff Very unhappy Cannot wait to leave here go home and go back to bed
This is a fabulous property to stay at if you’re attending a concert at OLG Fallsview (especially during the winter!). It was so easy and convenient with access to dining options, cocktails, convenience stores and coffee as well as the concert venue all without stepping outside in the bitter cold. Front desk staff and security staff at the concert were welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Never will stay there again
The chair in are room was very dirty the hallways were noisy and someone was trying to get into are room never stay there again
Good experience
Everything was lovely, but the room was much too hot. Better toilet paper would be appreciated. All the people at the hotel were very kind. Good experience.
Very nice
I recently stayed at the Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel & Suites, and it was an absolutely incredible experience! From the moment I checked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient, making the whole process seamless. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking view of Niagara Falls from my room. Waking up to the sight and sound of the falls was truly magical. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a luxurious whirlpool tub that added to the relaxing experience. The hotel’s location is perfect—just a short walk to major attractions like the Fallsview Casino, Skylon Tower, and the main promenade along the falls. The on-site dining options were excellent, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection of fresh food. The amenities, including the indoor pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and added to the overall comfort of my stay. The only minor drawback was that the elevators could get busy during peak hours, but that’s expected in such a popular hotel. Overall, I highly recommend the Hilton Niagara Falls for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in the heart of Niagara. I will definitely be returning!
Parking is way over priced
Loved the hotel but the $80 parking per night was a little too much. $90.40 with taxes.
Great Hotel & Awesome Stay!
Great!!! Room was beautiful and service was great! Only issue was that parking was far more than what I saw online .. I paid $92 when the website said $35
Can’t say enough good things about this hotel! There are so many things to do without ever stepping outside, which is really nice when you’re in Canada in the winter! Shops, restaurants, live entertainment, and a casino are all right across the enclosed walkway. Beautiful view of the falls and clean and well maintained amenities too. Loved everything about this hotel!
Me and my family loved everything
Clean room and friendly staff
we enjoy the snacks and the drinks.the only issue we have is the elevators they take a very long time
Great place
I stayed at the Hilton Niagara with my family for the weekend. We have thee children 3, 8 and 9. We had a great time, the room was clean, spacious and had a beautiful view of the falls and city. We loved that there were so many restaurants options in the hotel and around as well. The arcade and casino was walking distance and was accessible from within the building, we didn't have to go outside to walk to these places.
Undisclosed parking garage fees!
I was please with room, spacious and lovely view. The line up to check in was very long. Parking is ridiculous and not enough on premise.
Very clean and nice location. A walkway to the Casino and the stores and restaurants is nice. Good food, great servers, very clean all around. As for what we didn't like, and for this we will not return, this is a Hilton Hotel and expensive to stay at, but $80 a night plus tax more to park? That's just wrong period. Also all the carts to take your belongings to and from your room are locked up and you have to pay someone to do it for you. After booking a room for as much as it costs, these things should be included, they are being greedy. I'll spend my $ elsewhere.
Good stay.
Infinity pool used to be kid free zone…too many kids!
We stayed at the hotel this past weekend and were quite disappointed by our room. We could hear a kk of noises from other guests such as plumbing, kids/families running down the hallways early in the mornings and the rooms could use an upgrade.
How fast the cot came to my room
we had a very good stay for the first night. The staff was excellent. The check-in was easy Unfortunately night 2 A group of six people checked in above us and they where extremely rowdy and fighting and throwing each other around the room and making all kinds of noise they brought a speaker n played loud loud music all night and we went down to security, not once not twice but three times too know avail! Luckily, when I went in the morning to complain, the management was extremely sorry for the experience that we had and they offered to credit us $75 for the inconvenience and gave us free breakfast in the room and a late checkout so that’s why I only gave it average but for that incident I would’ve rated the trip as excellent and I definitely would go back there again but would request that they not put somebody that has six people in their group in a two bed unit in the future above us if possible 😉
There was a huge line up at check in. The toilet rim was dirty.
Noisy HVAC system that rattled all night. Wifi was hard to connect to and dropped connection repeatedly.
Staff are very helpful. Everything is walkable from the hotel.Accommodations are very nice clean and very quite at night…
Very clean. Organized. Close to all amenities. Covered walkway to casino. Watermark restaurant top notch views of falls. Excellent food and service
We had a great night and stay
The view, along with the convenience, shopping, cleanliness and safety has us returning to this hotel time and time again.
Excellent experience
Room was dated.. hotel fees were high… bed was comfortable
Hilton is my favorite hotel I always choose it for my birthday. I highly recommend it!
The room we had was a Falls view Suite with the sauna tub and a fireplace. The fireplace wasnt working and the room was very dated and dirty. They also charge a crazy amount for parking over and above the room rate. Wont be rushing back there for sure. Very disappointed.
Friendly staffs, clean rooms.
Great service!
Being Hilton Honors memebers, we routinely love staying at Hiltons around the world but after visiting Niagara Hilton in awhile, not sore we will visit again anytime soon. Our purpose of getting away was to take the kids to the pool and splash area but unfortunately the pool.was freezing as the hotel did not want to heat the pools which forced everyone in the hot tub area. Also we had to book timeslots to use the pools. The restaurant foods were average and the watermark restaurant cocktails were nothing special. Our room was clean however the shower drain was clogged and the bathroom sink was broken. Room service arrived quickly and kids enjoyed the food. Parking is $100 and off-site $50. I think during off season this should be much cheaper. There are numerous options in Niagara where a family can stay but the Hilton Niagara wasn't living up to its price tag.
Had a great time
Very excited property, so close to a lot of the attractions
great rooms overlooking the falls. very clean and upgraded hotel. thanks for a nice stay
This is my third time visiting the Hilton Falls view. I absolutely love this hotel and the staff. The cleanliness is beyond compare and the convenience to dinning and gaming is excellent. The best part is the view of both falls, breath taking. I told all my friends of this hotel and they assured me they would come for a stay.
Location is in the heart of Niagra and very clean hotel
The propert was very clean, quiet and accessible to many on site & off site locations and amenities!
The The property overall was great, lobby was clean service was fast, really great view for our room, only downfall our room ceiling kept dropping paint, and over the jacuzzi tub had a hole in the ceiling But for the price, we’d stay again.
Nice hotel, customer service staff not so nice
The room was good, however the guest services staff were too stiff not pleasant. You know when they are rude but smiling. Even the phone call I had before I arrived the lady was quite rude. Probably not going to stay there again. Also if you don’t valet you have to drop your car off somewhere and shuttle back to the hotel?!? No thanks. I’ll pay $100. I guess
I like everything
Hilton review
Room was a good size. It was a little out dated. Furnace broke and room was freezing. Maintenance did come and ended up fixing it. Still a pain though!!!
Heater fan was way too loud every time it would turn on. Swimming pool water was way too cold. Room was nice and clean. Fallsview was amazing. Shower soaps were really good.
Fun weekend. Great staff. Very convenient. Quick access to casino, shops & restaurants. Falls less than 10 min walk. I will be back.
Our room was spacious and it had great views of the falls! The only downfall is that there was a funny smell by the window-almost like spoiled milk in the carpet. The tub was huge and clean and I got to watch the fireworks display from my bath which was amazing! Would definitely stay again!
Have visited this hotel many times. It’s always a positive experience!
Excellent stay! Very central to Casino and amenities!
The Hilton was amazing!!! From the staff to the cleanliness of the rooms.
Wonderful time. Very clean and beautiful view of the falls!
greatlocation
Everything perfect
Hotel was absolutely great, right in the center of everything, clean and the staff were friendly. My only downfall about my stay was the hidden fees and the parking. The parking they advertise isnt a Friday-Sunday or Monday-Thursday rate, its daily. Spent $100 for offsite parking that was about 1.5 miles away. There are $13 worth of additional fees as well per day, for what? I have no idea. $13 isnt alot but when you're visiting for a trip and are already spending alot on food in Canada/ this touristy area, those unexpected fees frustrate you. Overall the hotel was great, I just wasn't a fan on the extra $126 I was charged for 2 day parking and hidden fees.
Clean friendly
I mostly like the cleanliness inside the room. I dont like the usage of elevator.
We were really disappointed with the fact that we had to wait in a 45 minute line up to check in. This after having to walk in a snow storm from your offsite parking site, because we didn’t want to stand in it waiting for a shuttle that was taking forever to drive a block. One reason I booked with you is because there was supposed to be onsite parking. To add insult to injury, we were greeted with water in our room that was $5 for us because we weren’t in any of your special membership clubs. After spending that much on a room, that was just gross. It should be complimentary to all guests considering the price of a room. The only thing this place has going for it is not having to go outside to get to the theatre and casino. Very disappointing experience. We won’t be back.
Great
Comfortable.
So glad we book agead weather was terrible outdide.o felt safe.
Its a nice property if you going in winter. Most of the things are connected
Enjoyed our stay! Will stay again
Beautiful room. Nice hotel
Perfect location
didn’t get the best view but it was good. they must get latest technology TV’s eg. netflix and prime should work on them. Room was clean enough.
Walking distance to the falls
👍
The hotel was absolutely beautiful and accommodating
Great stay. Some room for improvement.
The renovations to the hotel are lovely although the lobby bar is still under construction. Looking forward to it being completed. The infinity pool is amazing. Would love to see an upgrade of the in room coffee to Nespresso. Cheaper and basic hotels have them, it's time!
Not enough parking
The property was in a convenient location for what we were doing in the area. It was very clean as well. What we didn't like: - there was extensive noise from the room/area above (banging on the floor, drilling, door continually shutting, bouncing of material on the floor) There were obviously renovations going on in the room above; -the price for parking was outrageous. On a weekend, it was $80 per day for indoor parking, $50 for outdoor. There were several neighbourhood parking lots charging $10, $15, $20 per night. - the cost for eating in the hotel is double, if not triple, than very close eating establishments; and - the noise in the halls echoed throughout thr floor. Doors started banging at 6am, and could clearly be heard. The cost to stay at the hotel.(per night) was resonable. However, with the above issues, we will never return. Stay clear!!!
the views alone are worth the stay , perfect place for the area
Nice and clean. Love that it’s connected to everything by the walkway.
My stay was great! Bed and sheets were comfortable and clean and the view of both the Canadian and USA falls were superb. Parking was full on-site so they directed us to off-site parking which was okay because they had a shuttle to bring guests to and from the hotel and parking site. The walls are thin and I could hear the people in the room next to me, and the elevators can take some time. Other than that, the convenience of this hotel is fantastic!
Upon check in they did not have my reservation on file which they should have because with previous stays at different hotels this hasn’t happened before. I believe it should be a lot faster when you rebook. Ended up waiting 20 minutes to check in very inconvenient , noisey fan in all night.
