Most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Property is well maintained. Nanca in the cafe always had a smile and a warm welcome every morning! Only complaint was the very Loud music at the entrance where the bellman stand was and the lack of greeting by the bellmen.

We love staying here! It’s connected to the outlets and close to everything. Suites are so spacious!

Start with the bad: this property was listed as having electric vehicle charging, it does not. This is a great place to chill out for your stay in Orlando. It is close enough to the theme parks that they are easy to get to, and far enough away that you’re not overrun with kids. There are multiple pools and dining options available, activities daily and the property is gorgeous. The rooms are large and comfortable, with close parking to your room. The beds are awesome and you cannot hear your neighbours through the walls. Our room has a fridge and microwave, which was perfect because there is a Target nearby and many restaurants, so great for storing leftovers. The casting to the tvs was not yet set up, so if you plan to hang out in the room and watch movies, bring a hdmi cable and your laptop so you can stream from your own devices. Very much a great place to stay in Orlando, no matter if you’re a couple, family or large group.

Roomy and nice, but NO HOT WATER!

The property was very nice, clean and roomy; however, we could not get any hot water in either shower,which was awful!

This was a great place to stay and a lot to do. The only issue I had was no one answered the phone when I called before my arrival.

very disappointed, it used to be my favorite hotel but this one I had a very bad experience, we waited an extra hour for the room to be ready when we arrived to the dirty room with dangerously insoluble and disgusting towels, the room smelled like mold, the bathroom was clogged, the trash from the people who were before me was still there, a complete mess, it is not fair to pay $400 a check for such low treatment as mine was, Tuscany never again.

There were little bugs all around our room. By the pool I got bitten by fire ants they had a few nest that were by the pool.

The grounds were well maintained and so were the buildings. The floors in the room needed to be wet mopped they were clearly only vacuumed. It was hard to communicate with most of the staff. In all, nice but unlikely I would stay there again.

The room was outstanding. As was the location. However the staff weren’t amazing. We’ve a lot better service elsewhere. Overall it was excellent, just not outstanding.

Disney Trip

The room was clean. There was a trash bin on each floor, which we appreciated. Bathroom was large and well-lit. Even though we didn't use the pool or hot tubs, we saw other guests enjoying themselves. We ordered pizza from the grill and it was very good. The property is next door to the Outlet Mall, and a Publix store.

I love that everything including the Outlet Shops and Publix was in walking distance. The property itself is beautiful and the river thats runs through is so relaxing. The jacuzzi in my room was definitely needed after a long day of shopping.

Nice resort!

Stayed at this resort for four nights recently after our cruise. Wonderful facilities - enjoyed our stay very much Check in was slow and somewhat cold but apart from that our stay was excellent.

The Room Size and amenities were Amazing!! But they Kick You Out at 10AM!! Not a CHANCE for a late check out!! But amazing facility and “Free” parking….

Great place

Not what I expected from a Hilton vacation.

The good: nice outdoor areas and pool. The deli and bar were nice and offered a variety of options. The bad: the rooms are dated, and not the cleanest, specially the carpet in the bedroom, you can tell it’s old and has many marks. Even the door stopped functioning one evening and we had to get the keys reprogrammed. The worst part was that our room was adjacent to the playground area, and we could hear all the children screaming, not very relaxing. The insulation is bad. If that wasn’t enough there was a very bright light (to iluminate the playground area) that was right next to our bedroom window and illuminated the room at night making it hard to sleep. When we told the front desk they said there is nothing they could do about the light and sent two guys to just put black plastic bags taped to the window. Needless to say, not what I expected from Hilton. They never offered to change the room or check up if the repair worked, complete lack of follow up or care.

Enjoyed everything, beautiful views, attentive staff, great services, awesome amenities,very respectful re noise and guests.

Property gone a bit tired looking..

This is our 5th time staying in this property, we upgraded to a suite this time. Ground floor not ideal as we witnessed quite a few baby snakes!! Smart TVs also required and the kitchens need updating.. Great location for Vineland Outlets but the access gate was chained.

Comfort of rooms and proximity of outlet stores will make us come back over and over!

Inconsistent room cleaning, needs refresh and some rooms noisy due to air con vents outside. Staff not realky interested in sorting issues.

The room was lovely, with a fridge, microwave and 2 of each cutlery and crockery item. Laudrey facilities were on a seperate floor. We had a screened balcony overlooking the lakes and 1 of the pools. There are plenty of pool choices, an outside bar, sunlounges and outdoor spas. It was an extremely quiet room. Several eating options, 2 grocery stores and a large outlet store, all within 200m walking distance. Public transport to theme parks are not a viable option, and the hotel doesn't offer a shuttle service. Ubers cost approx. $30ea way to both Universal and slightly less to Disney. Approx. $40 to the airport. This was a lovely room and resort. We would definitely stay here again.

We got to the property after 3. We booked 3 rooms yet only one was ready. It took an hour for the second room and two for the third. The toilet in the third room was broken and it took an hour and a half for someone to come fix it. The door on the first room kept getting stuck open. The elevator this morning opened up on our floor and as soon as a toddler stepped out, the elevator started moving upward while the rest of his family was still in it, and they were going down! When we told the staff they just apologized and didnt do or say anything else. We are less than impressed with this hotel and definitely will stay somewhere else in the future.

Perfect Getaway

Very surprised by how much we liked this last minute overnight couple getaway. Spacious rooms, great kitchen, clean bathroom.

The room has plenty of space for a family of 4. The pool area is nice with a bar next to it. Plenty of chairs at the pool. Staff is friendly.

I loved the two pools options (one was more of an adult pool) and the other was more lively. The staff throughout was amazing and accomdating.

Great hospitality

Parking situation much improved from our last visit when parking was horrible. This year issue seemed much better managed, even with ongoing construction. Access to the outlet mall through the gates should be controlled by room key across. Added phone contact delays access to/from the mall by guests.

We couldn’t find parking at the outlet, so we just parked at our room and walked across the street. It was a privacy gate that we used our card to get in and it of, so convenient and so close. It’s near restaurants, stores and literally nothing was more than 20 minutes away

We really enjoyed our stay - the grounds were beautiful and the water in the pool was the perfect temperature. Big thanks to Aly and her manager Amaya at the front desk who made our stay extra special. The Hilton is lucky to have staff like them who go above and beyond to make their guests feel special!

I’ve stayed here twice already just for overnight stays, and the place is great. Super clean property and rooms. Friendly staff. Check in is quick and easy. Rooms might be a tad bit tad but it’s not a big deal. The place is perfect for families too. Would recommend without hesitation.

Fabulous place for shopping at the outlet and what a beautiful pool area. Pool bar closes at 9 and food only served as take out.. although you could eat it at the bar or pool area.. That was a little disappointing. (Always eating and drinking from paper or elastic). Everything else was great. Spacious apartment. Quiet, and welcoming. Easy parking. We were there during the hurricane so we didn’t get to enjoy some of the facilities. Sad time for a lot of Floridians . . But staff still did everything they could to reassure us and keep things going.

Cant rest with such thin walls. Every day was a different neighbor with different drama going on, one was even wrestling! For such a nice property, its a shame rooms don’t have noice control rated walls. I wont come back, wont recommend.

Everything was amazing! Definitely would come here again, the pool, the amazing staff, and the little activities they had was definitely amazing. Only problem I had was with the tv it would glitch out sometimes and wouldn’t be able to watch anything until a couple minutes passed by. Other than that room was nice came with a balcony too!

Great Property . NO ISSUES.. EXCEPT the Tvs/Cable didn’t work. I bring my Apple TV and it was difficult to turn to the HDMI channel. Would’ve gave 5 stars but the Tv was a disappointment.

Overall of the staying was excellent! But need to improve the wifi connectivity and tv connection options. The place is beautiful and excellent place to stay. It's a quiet place to be relaxing! The staff are kindly and attended to our necessity. Excellent choice for a pleasant vacations
