Good hotel. Location is not central but few minutes walk to many dining choices. Only issue i had with the room is that AC's temperature cannot be lowered than 20C

I believe this hotel has a lot to offer and could be a great choice for your stay. It's well-maintained and provides a pleasant atmosphere.

No shuttle for the airport

We book this hotel for a short stay between tow flights because it was supposed to have a shuttle to the airport, and we end up to pay 80$ in taxi... When we arrived at the airport we call the hotel and they inform us that the shuttle is not available so we had to pay for a taxi. Next morning we get inform the shuttle for the airport is not available again. So we have to pay for taxi again.

With the hotel having 'Airport' in the name, I had assumed that the airport would have been a.) closer to the airport or b.) easily accessible from the airport; this hotel was neither. Additionally the hotel shuttle that is offered is not continuous, rather, it is once an hour from either point. That being said the staff were incredibly kind, and understanding to different scenarios and the 24 hour check in was very convenient for me, who was checking in after a concert!

Basic and clean accommodation. Bed was really comfortable.

Cleanliness & Friendly staff

Checking in was fast and the staff who assisted us was very friendly.

The hotel was clean and quiet with plenty of dining options within walking distance. Be aware there are two hotels with almost the exact same name, one is super close to the airport and this one is about a 10-minute drive from the airport.

Booked as a park and stay then was told could not leave my vehicle here for the week. Had to make last minute parking arrangements near the airport. Livid after a 5 hour drive to get here and hours before leaving on a weeks vacation

Staff is good. Blanket/quilt is not good quality . Many hotels have down quilt And no water bottle in the room

The room and staff was very nice but I did have a hard time keeping the room warm , as well as the black out blinds not closing and sleeping with the streetlights all night was uncomfortable .

Hotel was great but…

Our room was amazing! Unfortunately breakfast was a rea disappointment! We have eaten there many times in the past few years and the food was always great but this time it was awful. The toast was cold and not buttered! The bacon was very overdone and dried out and the coffee was cold!!!!

This property was clean. However the shuttle service was very poor. We were offered a ride then 30 min before the time they informed us there was no driver. A taxi service was offered however we were to wait 3-4 hrs for pickup.. when we asked if they would compensate us for a uber the process was so complex we ended us paying for it on our own.i think this is poor service.

Shuttle ended earlier than advertised and only offered at infrequent times (1hr pick ups). Staff were rude at the front desk and gave variable times for pick up. Hotel is a far distance from airport and we had to take cabs because of their poor shuttle service. Do not recommend!

The tub seems slippery and deep on the inside and higher than I anticipated when coming out of the tub.

Very accommodating. Locating property was unexpectedly hard. For some reason Mississauga has 3 Hilton garden inns. Cab driver took us to the wrong one because of this.

Hi there...I wanted to let you know that the stay was great! The night/early morning of January 4/5 there was yelling and screaming coming from 'somewhere' but not close to our room. I am thinking it was a domestic incident. A woman was in great distress...that's all I know. We were in room 403...not sure if it was above or below. Thanks

Clean, spacious, easy parking, central

Overall it was a nice experience, but the breakfast was confusing because the front desk staff and the sign both said that the breakfast was open until 11am, but it was closed by 10am

I stayed for 5 nights there. I booked my room with additional breakfast. First thing, the breakfast was below average and it was menu and you can choose one thing. 2nd, mattresses and pillows are overused and it should be in the garbage. It's difficult to distinguish the pillow from pillows sheet. Coffee machine was not working. Last 3 nights, we had a very noisy neighbours. Their kids were playing in the corridor and they were playing football inside their rooms. We need to call every night to stop them

We were only able to enjoy it for one night as it was an overnight stay but the amenities look great. We hope to come back and check the rest out.

Last minute stay when we missed a connecting flight. Everything was fine, did not have time to have breakfast or use the pool, in-room bathroom was very dated. Front desk service was very good.

I wanted a bed near Toronto after driving family into western Ontario Pool/Hot Tub closed a little early in my opinion

There was hair all over our bedding once we pulled the cover to get ready for bed. I called for extra sheets to replace all the bedding.

The check in staff was nice, even though their system was down during our check in. We booked the hotel because the website claimed free breakfast, but when we went down to breakfast we were told it was a-la-cart, which was not included in our price. That was not stated when we booked and considering we were in the city for a tournament, we were depending on this breakfast. They wouldn't provide any voucher, it was very disappointing.

Stay somewhere else

Hotel needs a renovation.

My westjet flight to Toronto was delayed so we could not stay at the Hotel even though we were charged for it. We are requesting a transfer to November 16. We would like the amount transferred to November 16 and we will pay the difference.

Jaycee at checkin was very friendly and hospitable. She provided an excellent restaurant recommendation of the Royale Jasmine.

Lovely hotel close to the airport with super friendly staff. Only thing that would make this hotel perfect is a complementary breakfast.

Reception team was amazing and kind! The lady working at the restaurant serving breakfast, was amazing too!

Smells very bad

The washroom had a bad odour. I had to call maintenance to fix my heater because the room was so cold on my first night. There is no value for money.

Hotel was fine. Unfortunately the check in staff - well let’s just say they aren’t exactly great at their jobs. Arrive exhausted at 9:30 Sunday night. Enquire about the airport shuttle, which we are told runs from 6am to 10am every morning. We chat amongst ourselves and aim for a 6am wake up and leave at 6:15-6:30 and thank the pair of ladies at the desk. Well you can guess what happened when we showed up the next morning. We asked if we were to call for the shuttle or if it came periodically. And are told - it doesn’t run on demand - it picks up at 6,7,8,9 and 10 at the top of the hour. So that’s different than ‘it runs continuously from 6 until 10 every morning’. The staff clearly knew we aimed for 6:15 and made no effort to clear this confusion the night before. So a $30 U we ride later we were at the airport on time. Note to management - when the staff you have are not the swiftest bunch you say to them: when someone asks about the shuttle tell them it runs 5 times every morning, from 6-10, on the hour. That’s it. So we won’t be back here. Too many other hotels to be picking this one again.

I had asked a quiet room. The next night there was kids playing ball hockey in the hall, all evening. This should not have been allowed

Air Conditioning barely worked the room was disgustingly hot, kids were screaming and running around until midnight unsupervised and banging on my door, took 45 minutes to get my room ready, restaurant was dirty tables next to us were not cleaned during our entire meal, juat an overall terrible experience i will never come back nor will i ever use Hilton again.

Clean room and good customer service

Waited hours at the airport on arrival. Rang the hotel and no one answered. Had t spend extra for taxi to the hotel. Receptionists were not even apologetic

Easy access

Good property, free parking is a plus. Good amenities. The staff at checkin were quite rude. But otherwise it was a good stay.

The staff were nice, the location was good. The room needed to be cleaned properly.

Pool & hot tub were clean & a nice way to unwind .. room was super clean .. bedding was fresh & white! Highly recommend.. and shuttle to the airport was also great!

For the first time in many years, the hotel was not clean especially the corridor of the 6th floor where I was staying

Everything is good

There was nothing broken in the room and everything was clean. The tile grid and caulking in the bathroom was very clean and white, this is something I usually pay attention to. Towels were soft. It was quiet. Pool area was clean. Remote control was clean even between the buttons. I picked this hotel because it was close to the airport. If you walk to the back of the hotel and across the parking lot by I think it is a post office, there is a plaza with bunch of restaurants and a breakfast place. The staff was nice and when asked for extra towels or what not, they provided it right away.

check-in took an hour riddled with issues including double their usual security deposit charged to their restaurant which was severely weird. early check in, digital key requested, prepared, confirmed, and verified several times and days before were all waste of time. my arrival first in line lost to people behind me. wifi took active 4hrs of work on my part of calls & research to initiate which was puzzling! necessitated call to tech services. not Hilton tech!-(who were surly until they realized I'm not an idiot) to have my device manually entered at the provider end. never had this happen in many years of hotel and Hilton stays. initial response by staff "it's only you". but staff is for the most part kind and responsive . room was clean quiet and spacious .
