Clean and quiet.

Very nice place to stay.

Nice hotel

I took this hotel for the price. They were undergo some roadwork around but as we were high, it didnt bother us. Hotel is Hilton style, comfortable and cosy. Clean, staff speak English. Closevtp Hongxiao Airport and Train. Only thing , a little far from the subway. Still I wont forget about it and maybreturn.

The property staff were very helpful and nice. I had a great stay. Thank you.

Great room and cheap breakfast ; the bathroom can be slippery so be careful ~ bed is comfy and unfortunately I was there during construction works down the river but the noises weren’t that bad. Great staff and everything was so clean.

Foods are good

The staff are very friendly and the breakfast choices are plenty for both Chinese food and western style.

I prepaid for a two night stay for members of my family. I, myself was not traveling. But I learned later that the hotel made them pay again for their stay.

Good experience overall

Front desk Service very good and helpful, but the location not convenient for travelers. Always by taxi go everywhere, because of traffic not convenient, metro railway very far, need 20mins by taxi to go metro railway.

Clean modern hotel. But a bit pricy and very far from Pudong Airport .

The location is good, but the facilities and overall conditions are really disappointing - no iron, fridge not working, poor sound insulation for rooms, hot water is not hot enough......

The room is nice and clean. The breakfast buffet is decent. There are a good number of restaurants next to the hotel. There are 3 areas which I think need improvement. 1. The restaurant staff tend not to check whether the food items like the lettuce, corn, beans, fruit, etc are depleted and need refills. We have had to find a waiter to ask him/her to get more from the kitchen several times during our 6 day stay. 2. They have no concierge, so we have to ask the Reception staff for information. The staff do not appear to be knowledgeable about various things that tourists may ask. They had to look up the info on the internet every time, and often, the info they provided was not really useful. They did not even have a tourist map for us. 3. The room air conditioning is too warm and never went down to the 21C that we wanted it to be.

Too expensive for the standard of the hotel

No brush or toothpaste or any other daily cleaning items provided. Very limited stuff in the room. Nothing to eat or drink other than a water bottle. Very expensive for the standard of the hotel- NOT Recommended.

Location is good as the shopping and food is next door. Only problem is texi can't go to the entrance as it is blocked. Breakfast is ok, facitilies is good.

Great hotel, terrible staff

The hotel was very clean and beautiful. However, they refused to issue a receipt for my stay because I paid online, which I need to be reimbursed by my company for the stay. During this conversation, Helen, the receptionist spoke in Mandarin to the boss and was very rude. She didn’t think I understood Mandarin, but I did, and I was appalled by how she addressed her clients.

My stay was ok, the complaint I have was the staff English was very poor so it was very difficult to communicate.

The AC at this property didn’t really seem to work so it was hot in the lobby and in the rooms. Not terribly uncomfortable but not ideal. Due to the heat the staff left the doors of the lobby & windows of guest room hallways open which let mosquitoes in....which we’re surprisingly bad in Shanghai. Aside from that I’d say everything was satisfactory.

Nice Mid Range Hotel, Not Close to Shanghai Prope

This was my first time in the Shanghai area. Pros were that it was not terribly far from the Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport and Shanghai train station (about 20 minutes east). There are also a nice amount of restaurants and shops in easy walking distance from the hotel. Staff spoke good English and friendly. Cons were that breakfast is not included, there is no currency exchange at hotel counter (had to walk to bank 10 min away), and perhaps the biggest for me was distance to Shanghai proper. A can ride would have taken 35 minutes or so to get to the center of Shanghai nightlife I was hoping to experience, but I didn't have it in me getting there late (my problem, but still). So definitely recommend if you need a hotel in the Hongqiao area, but be prepared for a journey if you want to explore downtown Shanghai.

Overall, a good experience

The room was clean, comfortable, and nice with plenty of seating for hanging out with friends. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were friendly and accommodating. The only complaint I have was that the room was too hot and the AC would not come on to cool the room. Friends and I were meeting and staying there for a fun weekend, and they all had the same problem with their rooms, so my guess is that the AC was not yet turned on in the hotel. Otherwise, my stay was great.

Hilton Garden near the New Hongqiao Expo Center

The hotel was very new and very clean. The dining area was nice and the breakfast offered western and Chinese food. The area is very convenient to the new expo center near the Hongqiao airport. There is brand new shopping plaza next door that has a decent pizza place and a Starbucks. For Americans who are attending a show at the new expo, this hotel is ideal. For Tourist who want to see old Shanghai, it is a little too far out.

Great hotel, but the neighborhood...

The hotel itself is great, new and nice. The area is a bit in the middle of no where, and not really too many nice restaurants, per se, not even any restaurants nearby.

酒店環境不錯，一邊面對馬路，另一邊面對住宅。我選了面對馬路，晚上會聽到對面公園跳大媽舞的音樂，怕吵的話可要求住另一邊的房間。 酒店離地鐵站頗遠，出入要搭計程車。位置比較近虹橋機場。如果是蒲東機場的話，搭地鐵2號線到尾站(會展站)再轉計程車。 附近有食肆，但不會開得太晚，宵夜可叫外賣，有機器人送上房間。

値段が安かったので、逆に少し不安でしたが、全然快適でした。上海でこの金額で快適に泊まれるのは有難い。

난방이 안되서 불편했던 기억

첫날 룸에 히터기능이 안되서 한참을 켜두어도 에어컨이 나왔는지 추웠는데ᆢ밤 프론트에 연락해서 늦게 엔지니어가 와서 고쳐주었는데ᆢ다음날 또 히터가 안 나와서 물어보니 고장난거 같다고 휴대용 히터를 가져다줘서 춥지 않게는 지냈지만, 당연히 되어야 할 난방이 안되서 많이 불편했어요 미리 미리 확인 좀 해야 할거 같아요

這大概是我看過最不希爾頓的希爾頓!! 剛走進lobby的時候，我懷疑我走錯店 進到房間，其實就一般的Hotel的感覺 必須要說，清潔程度是可以接受的，服務人員的態度很棒

上海は中国旅行の初日

中国語が全然出来ないまま最初の宿泊だったので不安もありましたが英語で対応していただけたので安心でした。出かけるさいにも行き先を伝えてタクシーを呼んでくれたので無事に目的地に行けました。ホテル内も清潔で朝食も美味しく良い旅のスタートになりました。

浴室の排水が悪かったです。 2泊しましたご、清掃なかったです。2泊なので清掃はなくても良いが、タオルの替えは置いてて欲しかったです。

歯ブラシか付いてないのが残念

방음이 안되서 쉴수가 없어요

대로변에 방음이 안돼요. 트럭의 엔진소리, 달리는 차들의 소음, 시끄러워서 잠을 잘수가 없어요.

性价比很好的酒店，房间设施齐全和和整洁，早餐也不错。如果有游泳池，咖啡机以及必要的餐具就更好。另外，因为没有机场的穿梭巴士服务，从机场过来比较麻烦。
