The property itself is what can be expected from a 4-star hotel. The staff are definitely outstanding in their support. The area is congested with a very difficult 8-minutes walk to where the restaurants and shopping area is.

The hotel hospitality was the best, so kind and accommodating. The room service was great, hot and very tasty. The location was just right for me on this trip because I was close the the location of the Spartan race.

This place was a 10/10. The hospitality and the rooms was super duper clean, the breakfast selection was a 10/10 and you get different options every morning. They cater to everyone dietary needs, so everyone will get to enjoy and I tried dinner it was yummy! The pool is so cute as well, you will definitely have a comfortable stay here. To start off, I love how nice and clean the property was. The staff was amazing and provided excellent service. The only con was when we asked to be taken to bang Tao beach, we were taken to laguna beach. We spoke to the driver about it and he said it’s walkable from laguna beach. It was a 20minute walk. Other than that, i enjoyed my stay. The hotel room was small, but very lovely. The bathroom was my favorite. The bed was really soft as well as the pillows. I love the pool and happy hour at the pool. Breakfast was really good, a lot of options. I would definitely stay at the Hilton again.

Hotel employees are helpful and responsive. It is not by the beach, about 15 to 20 mins walk. However, the hotel arranges regular shuttle services. Love the swimming pools.

I was pleasantly surprised how good the Hilton Gardens Hotel Bangtao Phuket was. Reception staff superb, efficient and super friendly. Room was excellent and way better than expected. Dining good for dinner and for breakfast. With good quality choices. I was overall very impressed to be honest and can highly recommend the hotel to travellers.

Very clean and minimal hotel located at the Laguna part which is more quiet chill area with constant shuttles going to the beach etc Room was always clean and it was quiet most of the time

The staff was great and ready to make my stay that much better. Even though the hotel provided a shuttle to the beach and into town, both areas were a pleasant 10 to 15 minutes walk away. Just enough to.burn off some of the extra calories from the great breakfast buffet. The shuttle is very useful after dark and a few drinks 😊. Definitely would stay there again on my next trip.

Property is nice, two good sized pools and food was good. Area is really nice and everything is walkable, if you don’t fancy the walk there’s a shuttle service which is really good too. My wife used the spa and although it’s off site they arranged to pick her up and she said she really enjoyed it. Bar staff are very hit and miss though

To start with the front manger Mr D. (Young, sharp, good) and his team are very provisional A as I expect from a Hilton property. Unfortunately- the cleaning staff has taken over the halls. They are visible 8 am to 7 am. This cones with talking laughing bottles clanking. Carts moving. They are friendly but there is an echo in the hall way that venerated the doors. This is a simple fix. Sleep late so possibly I am an isolated case Security there- you don’t see them - but they are there which makes me feel safe. Excellent place for business - planning your vacation a day two. Decent food - 10 pm shut off for good a bit early. 12 better. Not sure the economics of keeping open. Et Finally Great Price. Brad

Hilton Garden Inn Phuket hit it out of the ballpark! They provided excellent check-in and service throughout our stay. The breakfast had a wide variety of tasty options. The local shuttle was handy. They offered umbrellas and beach towels to use. The room service food was slow but good. My only concern was our room had a little mildew smell. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed here for one night and loved it. It was really close to the beach and they had a shuttle to take us down to the beach for free (you could walk there too). They had a nice breakfast in the morning. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool on the roof. The room was nice and clean. The hotel appears pretty new and nothing was run down.

Although room was ‘non-smoking’ it smelled like smoke. They were not very accommodating when I asked for a new room. I had to argue. Also, left expensive electronics I. Room, came back 2 days later and they said cannot find. … right

Great accommodations next to the Laguna beach can walk or use hotel shuttle. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of different meals options. I definitely recommend this place

The front reception staff are really friendly and helpful, especially the female staff on the day I checked in. My apologies that I have forgotten their names. My premium room I was allocated was unfortunately on the lowest floor so I had no views whatsoever. On 2 of the nights, I felt that the air conditioning was turned off for a few hours in the middle of the night before coming back on as I woke up because of the heat. A value for money buffet breakfast is available and a Tuk tuk shuttle to the beach and main shopping area was a nice to have.

I'd have to say, if rated as a resort, this Hilton qualifies as 5 Star. The service was beyond great. The staff was friendly, attentive to needs and requests, and our concierge even checked in with us each day of our stay via WhatsApp--even though it was their day off just to make sure things were going well. When we come back to Phuket, we'll definitely be staying here.

This was a great hotel, staff all amazing, especially Kiki at the front desk and Milan the assistant manager! Breakfast here just wonderful! They also have a free shuttle that will take you to the beach or shopping area and pick you up when you are ready! We really enjoyed our stay here!

Nice hotel management could be little more flexible, beaches are nice patong beach has street food miles of beaches , the Hilton garden has good breakfast, changes daily and free transportation to the beach, friendly staff and helpful, room cleaning was superb,overall experience you’ll have a great time.

Never come to work sick

I was staying in November 2022, at one point half of the hotel staff were coughing and obviously sick, nevertheless everybody kept on coming to job, so at one point half of guests and staff were unwell.

Clean. Efficient. Close to (walking distance) restaurants, cafes, bistros, supermarkets, Laguna Town, Boat Avenue.

Hilton stay

The hotel was clean and the staff was great! The staff was super helpful. However, the downsides: 1. Multiple power outages during the night and the emergency light goes on in the room which prevents us from being able to sleep. 2. No hot water, no warm water, took a cold shower every day during my stay 3. There was hair in my food one day and when I told the staff they just said "okay" and didn't even apologize or provide any compensation

very nice basic hotel , breakfast was great but worst club sandwich and hamburgers, I will not recommend to dine in this place much better options near this hotel, I was assuming they should have a good sandwiches since is American brand chain hotels

Not by the beach, but fab

The hotel is new and extremely well designed on a small plot of land in Laguna. The location is not the best and there is no view of the sea.. you have the hills on one side, and the view of the Laguna development on the other, with its ponds, private houses and retail cluster. It would be best to request a room in the 6th or 7th floor. The location is more than made up for by the fresh, stylish, relaxed interiors (public spaces and rooms), excellent staff and a very well provisioned breakfast. I had lunch and dinner in the restaurant and although the menu is not huge, the food was great. Also the cluster of shops and restaurants just a five minute walk away, provide many local, and foreign dining alternatives, and there are also massage spas, nail bars, hair salons (I managed to get a haircut for 300 baht), pharmacies, and supermarkets. I loved my stay.
