Everything excellent about property.

Second time staying at this property. It was comfortable and clean. Staff was very nice. I like that they have a restaurant and bar in the lobby. Makes things easy when you don’t want to drive anywhere. The Dolphin Mall is right across the street which is great for convenience.

I did not like how you pay 140.00 dollars for one night and they couldn't give you a breakfast in the morning. Just wow!

Close to Dolphin mall

I enjoyed that the hotel was so close to the shopping areas. The facility was clean and neat.

Average Hotel, Clean Room

Room was clean and spacious, but there were no extra blankets or pillows in the room. Food in restaurant was okay, but could use improvement and there were no condiments on the tables.

We had an extra day in Miami due to a flight delay, and choose to go to Dolphin Mall. Since we were staying overnight this time, we chose to stay in HGI to be able to walk to the mall and back with our 2 year old toddler. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They held our luggage while our room was being prepared to be able to go to the mall, and our room was available early as well. Perfect location 5 minute walk from entrance 5 of Dolphin Mall. Dining options available. Rooms are nice, clean, and spacious, beds are comfortable. We will stay again for future cruises.

I found a long hair in my bed near the pillow and there was no shampoo in the shower. Only conditioner. I paid for two nights but walked out after one. Would rather lose the money than spend another night.

Place is OK to stay a couple of days. Right across the Dolphin Mall. Staff is not bad just not like very friendly. Im not expecting them to be friendly but at least treat customer with a little more like happiness. Not a bad hotel.

The property is very well located. It is walking distance to Dolphin Mall.

I did not like that I was told there was free breakfast. And then I checked in and the receptionist told me it was not free breakfast it was 20$ a head. Which made me very upset. Because I booked this reservation and spoke to a woman over the phone saying there is free breakfast throughout my stay. So I’m upset about that

Stayed here before. 15 minutes from rental lot at MIA. Free parking. Reasonable price. Comfortable stay. I would stay again.

This property is clean new and was convenient to my business appointment the next morning.

Lovely front desk. lots of amenities...very clean.. pool was a bonus.. great for shopping at Dolphin mall.. litrally across the road.. only issue is we had flies coming up through the shower plug hole.. but the staff dealt with it really quickly...

Stayed here the night before a cruise. The Lyft driver left a bag at the curb when loading the car. They made no attempt to call the number on the bag. We had no idea that the bag did not make it on the ship until we left.

This hotel was a very good stay, the staff were very nice. The room was clean and well kept. It was right across from a mall for awesome shopping experience. I did not get an opportunity to try the food. I would recommend this hotel for sure.

Stay was good. Friendly staff. Location pretty convenient. Shower temp was a little cool. Pool closes at 8 pm nightly. It would be nice if stayed open until at least 10 pm. No free breakfast on the Hilton side.

Modern service bar. But the issue was “pay at property” but charged my card $50 deposit and the card on Expedia isn’t current. So reservation cancelled and no rooms when I arrived! Pay at property….not true!

Very nice hotel! Modern with spacious rooms. The beds are very comfortable. Friendly staff. Many construction projects around that maybe interfere with the view. Dolphin Mall in the corner. Good for family travel

The water in the shower was not hot it had to be set in full hot and ended up warm for most of the shower.

I always choose to stay with you. The male reception staff is very friendly, but I don't know what happens with the adult female reception staff who are always unfriendly.

Friendly staff and clean rooms

The only issue we had is there was no hot water in shower. Maintenance had to come up and we had to run sink and shower to get hot water.

Excellent!!! Clean, renovated, great amenities, walkable to mall, IKEA, and many places. Gym, pool area and lobby are beautiful. Will stay again when cruising.

L'hotel è bello e molto molto pulito, il personale è cortese ed efficiente. L'unica pecca, a mio modesto avviso (ma magari è così ovunque) è il wifi gratuito solo nella hall.

The hotel is very central

The property is in a good location. You can walk to two malls from the hotel. Dolphin mall and Miami Mall, Best Buy is also in walking distance. This was my 3rd time staying at the property, the room cleaning needs improvement. You can tell the difference in the maids that clean. Most of the staff are very polite and mannerly.

Es un hotel que me gusta mucho, es nuevo, tiene todas las comodidades al frente del Dolphin mall. Siempre que tengo que alojarme en Doral lo hago en este o en Homewoods que están lado a lado. Me gusta la limpieza, uno tiene todo lo que necesita. La atención de Jason en front desk muy atento y servicial y otro joven que siempre atienden muy bien. Me gusta que tenga de Shop para comprar algunos bocadillos y refrescos. La atención en front desk es buena y su cercanía al mall. Me siento cómoda y segura en ese hotel.

A/C room control by the hotel. I couldn’t sleep lowest 68 then would go up to 76. The hot water has to run for 10 min to get hot

Squeaky bed

Please replace that bed in that room. It is so squeaky. You can't even move without it. Touch it with one finger.

It was nice.

Staff were respectful and readily available to solve any issues. Although we had paid for our room prior to arrival we were assigned a different room. The night manager got it sorted. Breakfast was good.

Just Love it .The price is very good. Its very close to the dolphin mall,just need to cross the street. And very close to other malls and shopping centers.

Housekeeping was excellent however the front desk staff did not have good customer service and was not clear. I would not be going back to this hotel. The rooms have a lot of wear and tear it needs an upgrade. The carpets were smelly.
