Very friendly staff that evening

During checkout staff was excellent regading bad creamer in the hotel room The buffet and fiod ordered was great.

We picked this hotel due to the closeness of the airport. Friendly staff, easy parking. We didnt take our dogs but those of you traveling with them, they had some great things. Had a bowl of treats, and a list of emergency services and things a person might find helpful. Had a drink at the bar and got recommendations on where to eat dinner. Clean room and will stay there again if flying out of the Gulfport airport.

A little noisy

Staff was super friendly. Night staff was a bit loud; I could hear them from my room which was first in hallway around corner. It just echoes through hotel. Hot tub jets did not work ; had to go to front desk and get maintenance to turn them on; he didn’t really fix it ; just made it work for the time being. Key card didn’t work twice; front desk had to reset. Minor issues; all were resolved quickly

We happened to be in Gulfport when the blizzard of 2025 hit the area. We were stranded for three days. Although the hotel had difficulty getting staff into work, the staff that did get to work went out of their way to accommodate a bunch of stranded travelers. We will always remember the skeleton crew that made the most of a challenging situation.

Great room!

It was a very good and clean hotel. The only down side was the pillows, they were flat. That than that the desk clerk was friendly and fast. Room was clean and smelled amazing.

Front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The bartender could not have been more pleasant.

When walk in the building it just smells clean and when you get to the room it smells clean also their shuttle bus will take you any where with in 5 miles and to island view casino the only thing the soap despenser was out but they had bar soap so everything was okay

My stay was good. Until my neighbors was running up & down the hall way & yelling.

The breakfast is not complementary

Staff was very friendly. Had an issue with a sheet but the staff fixed it promptly and offered to comp breakfast for the inconvenience. We refused to accept the breakfast as my wife and I both work customer service and understand thst not everything can be controlled. Fixing the issue was enough, no need for extras. 😉

Convenient location for a early morning trip. Shuttle was prompt, polite and helpful loading bags. The experience was 5 stars and we found nothing out of place clean and comfortable. Front desk acknowledged you each time you passed and asked if they could do anything to help your stay.

Very convenient! No parking fees and a very friendly staff. Loved the hot breakfast too! We added it on during our booking for only 10.00. Great value!!

This property is more business travel. There is no continental breakfast no meals are included. Also not much for leisure like watching tv.

Not empty

When I got my key fob when I checked in I ended up walking into someone sleeping in the bed. They had computer issues and thought the room was empty. Very embarrassing and dangerous for me.

My family and I had a wonderful stay and are looking forward to staying hear again.

Enjoyed stay, room had doggy smell, but it was ok. Outdoor hot tub was hot, but jets and motor did not work. Breakfast was delicious. Camille was wonderful on check-in.

Staff was courteous and professional. Property was clean. Room was in need of some QC, as there were some parts that looked to be unclean. Staff worked quickly and without any fuss to resolve said issue. I enjoyed my stay. Will reccomend.

The key cards on the doors didn’t work properly was our main thing and the elevators were very loud and noisy sounded like they were going to fall

Standard accomodations and stay.

Our stay at the Hilton-Gulfport went well. There were standard accommodations and the hotel was kept clean. If you arrive after 8pm parking can be an issue as the lot is shared with another hotel. I did like that it was located near shopping and resturants in which we could navigate the area easily.

No wall outlets. Only on lamps on night stand. I understand they do rooms every other day. If you come on one day you accumulate trash and use towels. You gotta find a big trash can and ask for towels.

The only down fall was the housekeeper didn’t replace our towels we had to go down for some and they didn’t pickup the dirty ones.

Easy check-in and the staff was nice!

Everything was great no problem except I thought it said breakfast included and they charge $15 and something per person and there wasn’t much to it so we didn’t get it

Very nice stay

The hotel and its staff were very nice. The room was comfortable and clean as was the bed.

The atmosphere was very nice. Rooms were very clean and quiet hallways

The king size bed was lacking in size. I would hate to see what a queen or full looked like. My towels and bedding (sheets) had blood stains on them. The hot tub railing to go into it was loose and swinging from side to side and the stairs leading into it were not marked well. The only nice thing was that the pillows were soft and plush.

The size of the rooms were extremely large and accessible. The hot tub was very nice to have. Having two TVs was also nice. I had it all around good experience and I will use this hotel for my future. Stay thank you

A nice stay in this motel near the airport and interstate. Easy access to food establishments.

The lobby was clean is the only good thing I can say. The room was clean, but had spiders in the bathtub and the bed was so uncomfortable we didn't get any sleep. The sheets were itchy and it felt as if something was biting us. We called the front desk twice and no one answered. Breakfast was advertised on the website as free, but there is actually a $15 charge.

Love it

The property was landscaped in very good shape the staff is very knowledgeable and polite. We came for a basketball tournament and had all the amenities I needed for my family. I will be staying at the Hilton hotels now, I used to be with Wyndham but had a bad experience.

We stayed here last year for Winterguard competition and booked again for same reason this year. Very clean, comfortable, and close to everything. The only complaint is the pillows are not comfortable!!!

We were in room 116, cannot close blinds or drapes, visible parking lit with 24 hour lights.

When I first made it front staff which was 2 older ladies wasn’t polite or greeted us at all. I stayed on the fourth floor and heard loud footsteps above my head all night long. Definitely wouldn’t stay again.

Overall recommended

I will not use the communal soap, lotion and so on. We asked for and received new bar soap which was fine. The communally used things like that are not safe to use in my opinion.

Breakfast was poor and the price was outlandish. Not even a comp bottle of H2O.

The staff was fantastic. The facility is in dire need of updating and a deep clean. The room felt bare.

Not what you would expect from a Hilton!

Checking is was very odd. I prepaid online with Hotels.com and was told that it wasn't paid and asked for full payment. Had to show that it was paid by logging into my bank account online and also showing my paid receipt. The staff person asked for a tip. In the room the refrigerator was open and not running properly. My wife ended up defrosting the fridge and then it ran properly. Shampoo and conditioner dispensers were completely empty. The coffee maker didn't work properly as coffee grounds floated on top of the coffee. Hallway on the second floor didn't look like it was vacuumed in days. Breakfast was overpriced ($16 per person) and was equal to what you would get free with most other brand hotels. The reason we chose this hotel was it's proximity to the airport and it's 24 hour shuttle service. The shuttle service was very good and the driver was very courteous.

Hard beds

Housekeeping didn’t come clean our room one day—the beds were so hard. Like a park campground mattress.

I checked in to a nice lobby and was told the breakfast the next morning would be complementary. I got to my room after waiting 10min for the elevator to get down. The other elevator was broken, and no directions or labels for stairs were apparent. The king size bed was lumpy, and had mismatched sheets that didn't even fit the bed. I got thru the night and was greeted with a 40 dollar bill for the "complementary" breakfast that consisted of the same buffet style breakfast that IS free at any other hotel I've stayed in. Will not book again.

Over all good hotel , pool and hot was super nice , rooms were clean . Staff was very friendly , only downfall beds were hard and uncomfortable for my taste , and they only had one elevator the other one was broken so it too a little while waiting for elevator .

Outside and lobby looks really good. Beds and flooring good. The bathroom not good. Need to be replaced. Tiles and grout dark and filty. The stud hand stained. Tiles behid the toiled looks it it brooe already and just glued back. Close to gagging. Was to tired from a long drive to compain and checked out early in the morning. Our next stop was also a Hilton. Huge difference. Atlanta is way cheaper and way better.

Parker's Stay!!

Great Stay!! Room was never cleaned while there. Trash or Towels wasn't picked up. We had to call for clean towels daily. Other than that it was great!!

Waited 30 minutes for the shuttle from the airport. Ended up paying for an Uber. Then the door key wouldn’t work, so had to go back to front desk to get another. Was ready to crawl In bed, but when I turned down the cover, it looked like the bed had been slept in and not changed. Personnel were friendly. Still, I was disappointed overall with this stay.
