I would never stay at this property again. One of my worst experiences in my life at a hotel.
Very poor customer service at this hotel. Elevator didn't work. Very disappointed staying here, couldn't wait to leave.
The bed was comfortable and the rooms was spotless. We were on the fifth floor, the only elevators in the building were not reading the cards and would not go up the night we arrived. The next morning we were able to use the elevators to go down. However by the time we returned in the afternoon the elevators were still not working, the staff called for someone who would meet us at the elevator with a special key so we could go up and the person never showed up.

Everything was nice and clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the cost of breakfas. Much too high.
The staff was nice, But very disappointed this is a Hilton Hotel. Room wasn’t that clean, plus we were shorted on towels, Kleenex’s, coffee in our room. Was told at check in. We had a continental breakfast. Which they didn’t.
Restaurant on site was very good.
Do think twice before booking
The hotel is a combination of okay and disappointing. The front desk staff are friendly, but not efficient. The housekeeping does not have the rooms very clean, and missing a box of tissues, for example. On the positive, the lady that runs the breakfast room is very friendly and has good food choices. And my last night of 6 here, someone shot a bullet at my car window, and the front desk when I reported it, said there were some robberies the same night. The hotel seriously needs to add a security guard.

The overall stay was good, but once we arrived there was an odor that smelt like feces in our room.

Room was not ready at 3:00 pm check-in time. I turned on the in-room fridge but it didn't get cold after 2 days. I didn't need it for anything urgent and forgot to tell the staff when I checked out so they didn't have a fair chance to remedy the situation.

I booked this room for my daughter and husband and they have two service dogs. The hotels website said that service dogs were free and i actually called the hotel its self to verify it , they verified the same information . My daughter got there late at night and was informed that there is service fees for the animals , they explained that hotels website was wrong and that they go by the their (hotels policy ) , i even tried to call them and explain that i called and talked to someone when i booked it and verified it . The lady worked did try to work with us and she only charged for one dog so we ended up paying for it since it was late . Hotels did refund me back the money as reward cash but it will do. Her car did get broken into along with others on last night and smashed her window, police did say it happens a lot . when conventions were going on.Hotel wasn’t bad just had miscommunication.
Its a hotel to stay at
The service was pretty normal. I feel like the it could have been cleaner but it wasn't nasty by any means. The beds were squeaky and not comfortable though.
Comfortable hotel but be careful where you park
The room was very clean and comfortable. The check in was great. However there was a lot of broken glass in the parking lot. My friend actually slipped on it getting out of the car and cut her hand. The person who checked us in said that it had happened the day before. The glass was still there when we checked out the next day.
Cons: Room had no toilet paper, stains on bed, ant infestation by the bed. Had to change rooms. Pros: Staff was nice. Pool was freshly cleaned.

BEWARE of this property!!! Even though the hotel is very nice and clean and the area is overall good (since the Easton mall is within walking distance) there was 25 car break-ins the Sat night we stayed there with one of them being our truck. Police told us this was the second time within the last 2 weeks this has happened at this Hilton location. Several vehicles were also completely stolen. Supposedly this area is notorious for gangs of thieves doing this to hotel guests with their cars in the parking lot. Some times the thieves will even do the break ins with security guards watching the whole time but aren’t allowed to do anything other than call the police. Likely within 2-3 min 25 cars were broken into. Do your homework, don’t leave valuables (especially guns) in the car, keep it locked and parked near the main entrance of the hotel if possible.
Convenient check-in, clean room, quiet hallways.
Not up to Hilton standards.
Hotel was just okay. I don’t think it lives up to the Hilton name. Hallways were dirty, coffee maker in our room only had one coffee pod. Asked for extra blankets and were told we’d have to come get them. Water pressure in the shower was terrible. Most hotels seems to have a couple of complementary bottles of water in the room. Not this one. Probably wouldn’t stay at this location again.
Asked to service the room the 2nd day. They didn’t. Asked for towels. Waited for 45 minutes and had to go to the front desk to request them again. A new facility but not maintained well. Same debris on the floor on the 3rd day as was on the floor the first day in the halls and elevator.

A very nice, clean place. Everyone was very hospitable. The restaurant had terrible service, but besides that, no complaints. The location was great as well.
The hotek was very close to shopping, however, they need to do better! Dirty floor and toilet. The male checking us in could use a course in hospitality and could have been way more courteous. I will not be booking this hotel again
I didn’t like how my room wasn’t ready when me an my wife which is 3 months pregnant arrived an they couldn’t upgrade us we waited over 3 hours for the room to be ready just unacceptable

The location is close the mall. Lots of local conveniences. It’s clean and the staff is friendly.
The pool was closed for two of our days during our trip at this hotel and the bar was closed the last night. Would like some sort of reimbursement for this inconvenience. Thank you

Hotel is clean, but service is terrible.
Our stay was mostly ok. I’m not one to typically complain, but, this will be an exception. With hotels, the minimum service I expect is that the room is clean, safe, and we have the number of towels appropriate for the number of people in the room. If there aren’t, I expect the front to provide the additional towels needed. We had 3 people and 2 towels. My wife went to the front desk and requested one additional towel. She was told by the woman that eventually came to the desk (no one was there and she had to wait…it was after 8am), that there were no additional towels in the building to give her. That was it. She didn’t try looking for one. She didn’t even offer a pool towel. Tough luck for us. (The person that checked us in the evening before said if we needed extra towels, that they’d be happy to provide one. Too bad they didn’t deliver the next morning.) UNacceptable. ESPECIALLY for a HILTON. Motel 6 had treated me better. Absolutely no effort to address a very basic, reasonable need. We don’t ask for much…pretty low maintenance. Everything else was fine, but service was terrible.
This is an awful place to stay!! The limited staff do not know what they’re doing- it was ridiculous! No water or soda in the hotel- half of the bulbs burnt out in the guest room- no soap in the bathroom- too much to list! Avoid at all costs!
I was traveling for work with my youngest son . Very easy check in , great location , friendly staff , clean rooms . Great stay . Will be back !
We only had one small trash can in the bathroom. We had 2 pillows for a king bed. Trash was overflowing everywhere. I had to ook in drawers for creamer and the coffee was completely out. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was lackluster. Not everyone likes runny eggs. There were kids from a soccer tournament running up and down the halls being loud and unsupervised. The doors are hard to open and slam shut so it wakes you up any time aomeone goes in and out of the room. We were on the 6th floor and heard all of the outside noise. Its totally not sound proof.

We almost stayed somewhere else… but I forgot to check their reviews. Last minute I did and saw awful things. So I switched to Hilton Garden Inn. SOOOOO happy we did. Hotel was top notch. Clean, beautiful and great service… for the same price. Reviews make a huge difference! Thank you to those who leave them!

The hotel is old and out dated. Room smells like an ashtray. No nearby anything, other than the highway and industrial area.
Bad experience
The hotel wasnt bad , however it took us over an hkur to check in ( no excuse for that) . I have never seen a long line of people waiting to be checked in and o have been to many conferences with tons of people ( hundreds) . This made us miss 2 hours of our concert ( morgan wallen/hardy) that we paid over 800 for ( 2 people) . Our room wasnt ready no sheets foe the bed or pillows . We rushed changed and got stuck in traffic on our wway to the concert. Moreover we got back around midnight and the sheets were still missing. We had to go down to the lobby and grab our own. Totally unacceptable from the Hilton management.
When we got to our room to go to a concert that evening there was no hand soap no shower gel in the bath room and only 1 towel and 1 wash cloth for 3 of us. Couldn’t get ahold of the front desk so I had to walk down. They told us they would send it right up they sent the towels no hand soap and no shower gel to shower with so we just ended up using shampoo. My wife had to clean the bath tub because there was still stuff in it from the previous people who stayed. The room was very nice and the beds were very comfortable but was just really disappointed about the little things that you shouldn’t have to worry about when you pay to stay at a Hilton.
The room smelled like smoke. Restaurant was terrible. Room service was non existent. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and my truck was broken into.
I came for my annual family reunion. Once we gotten our room the beds looked like it was slept in . We had urine drops on the toilet seat. The employees didn’t really want to help. We ran out of towels. Wait time for towels were 45 mins to an hour . Family went to have drinks to talk and fellowship. The waiter did not want take order she made us leave the booth where we were sitting to come up and take our order she wasn’t polite at all. I thought order can be taken while seated. No a lot of staff in the building. Just overall was upset with my stay.
Love the decor, very modern colors. No hand soap in the room and one bed with no sheet???
The room was not cleaned - there were used dirty washcloths in the shower, dirty fingerprints on the door, litter on the floor, no toiletries. We stayed for 2 nights and both nights there was someone yelling in the hallway, running and screaming. Staff at the front desk was never available - had to wait 10 min for anyone to show up at check in, then every time we would go downstairs there was no one there. Don't recommend and won't stay again

The carpet in the room was not vacuum. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom There was hair in the shower and a hair tie on the air conditioner Told the people at the front desk no concern. Hotel nice room wasn't clean

Outside property was nice. The cleanness of the room was fair to poor. Things in refrigerator from other guest. No creamer for coffee. Lastly used qtip on floor
Overall nice hotel convenient to things. The guy that checked me in was a not nice barely spoke or looked at me other then to say your on third floor, I thought we were one room but it were another cause his writing wasn’t clear. Didn’t know you had to scan your card in elevator to go to room. Didn’t know restaurant was closed that evening didn’t know anything again cause check in guy was ignorant.
The stay was nice but there was only one towel in the bathroom and the reservation stated two adults. Also, there was only decaf coffee and a tea in the room, no regular coffee. The front desk staff was pleasant enough but I had to come down to the desk to get what I needed as they had no one to bring it to the room

Property was nice, my only problem was the bathroom wasn’t clean, it still had hair in the sink, in the shower and on the floor in the bathroom! Housekeepers aren’t doing a good job, it makes me question what else aren’t they keeping clean!
On the first day: Shower had hair stuck to the wall, shower gel and shampoo were empty when i used it the first time. I planned on a 3 night stay, and when i came back after my first day of work, housekeeping moved all my belongings to the front desk (they had me in the system as checked out). And then ended up giving up my room to another guest. I’m not coming back here again.
