The check in staff was cold and not friendly.

I had such a great time staying at this resort! You get both mountain (Cang Shan) and water view (Er Hai).

This is a nice and big hotel. Staff is friendly. The Chinese restaurant as well as the breakfast buffet is very good. I would consider staying here again.

Disappointing and not worth the price

For the big amount of money we have paid for the stay we are very disappointed. Your hotel is not in good order and no maintenance is done since it was built. The jacuzzi didn’t work, the kids club is dirty and many things are broken. Mini golf not working, air condition in the room not working. No one spoke a word English despite this is supposed to be a 5 star international hotel.

Great experience in beautiful setting.

Beautiful setting overlooking Erhai Lake. Spacious rooms with large balconies. Great gym and indoor pool. The hotel is set on a large campus with a front garden that has space for lounging. The breakfast buffet is extensive with fresh juices, local Chinese specialties and Western items as well. Service is very good as the staff responded quickly to needs.

We booked 5 rooms. The room are nice, staff are helpful and friendly. However, one of our room the tv remote was not working, and there is a day where one of the twin beds not made. One of the room the cleaner did not removed some dirty tissues paper. We need to walk about 10 minutes to find food outside the hotel. However, these are just some minor issues, our overall stay in the hotel is still excellent.

Hotel was beautiful, with amazing views of the town and Erhai Lake. Staff were friendly, very helpful and professional. Room was huge, and the buffet dinner at Spices restaurant was amazing.

The property is in a delightful location, easily accessible from both Dali railway station and airport, very handy for Dali Old Town, and is a joy in itself in terms of guestrooms, restaurants, public areas, and grounds.

Lovely Dali Hotel

We had a fabulous stay at the beautiful Dali Resort and Spa. Service was friendly and extremely helpful throughout. Scott Yu in F&B made our time especially enjoyable. We also had a gorgeous lake view from our room. Overall, extremely satisfied.

A Fine Hotel

All in aĺl, the 2 nigt stay was very enjoyable. The room is quite large and well appointed. The large hotel has a fine vista of the Dali lake from its elevated position. This hotel was a little bit isolated so one was dependant upon the hotel's facilities. They were however quite good so no complaints. Room service is a bit weak on selection but food good. Breakfast is excellent with a wide selection. The hotel picked us up at the railway station effeciently and at a reasonable price. The free shuttle bus to the delightful old town was relaible. The heated swimming pool and gym was clean, tidy and complete. As I said a fine hotel.

Nice resort hotel.

Nice big room. The hotel was opened three years ago so everything was relatively new. Too bad we checked in rather late & had to leave early in the morning & didn’t get to use the hotel facilities

One of the greatest hotel experiences.

One of the greatest hotel experiences. Hilton Dali has great service, beautiful setting, and a fantastic Chinese restaurant. The restaurant was so good that we changed our plans just to eat every meal there. The location is peaceful and quite but is a bit of a drive from the urban center. I don't mind that since the taxi ride is only about $4-5 USD. Both the hotel and the Dali area are highly recommended.

A nice relaxing stay at a quiet resort hotel. Rooms are comfortable and service is good. The breakfast buffet is decent. The restaurants were good although a little expensibe which is to be expected of such restaurant hotels. The main downside is the semi-remote location. It is not convenient to get to shops or restaurants outside the hotel. A shuttle bus is available at regular times to take guests to the ancient tian of Dali and pick them up.

Over and above customer service by staff

Manager and concierge are particularly helpful whenever we contact them for something. Every other staff who works pass us will greet us politely. It really makes us feel welcomed as honoured guests. The hotel has a car service (RMB$30) to head into the city, however, the service is outsourced to individual drivers (with their own car), resulting in drivers being pushy. Our driver wants us to call him directly for pick up from the city and when I refused (and use hotel's hotline to call for pick us instead), it just so happen that the same driver was sent out to us and we received a call from that driver, claiming that his tyres have gone flat and will not come to pick us up. He later organized for another driver to pick us up. Facilities are pretty standard with the pool a bit worn down. The interior of the rooms (twin lake view room) are well polished but the outdoor corridors that lead to our building and rooms are below 5star standard in design, it feels like a cheaper Chinese 5 star version rather than of international standard.

Great hotel with amazing view!

The hotel is absolutely stunning! Great interior, new, overlooking Erhai! Only down point is that you need to take a cab going to places and restaurant, but it’s very affordable.

Hotel was beautiful. Only issue was with checkin. I had indicated I wanted a non smoking room but they had assigned me smoking rooms. Took a lot longer to change the room configuration for me. Executive lounge was worth the view at breakfast

Excellent hotel and food very good. Communication could be difficult at times

5 star hotel trying for 6 stars!

Very.very nice hotel with outstanding staff that couldn't do enough to help make your stay pleasant. the hotel is new so everything is as you would expect in a Hilton property. The only reason I didn't give them full marks in every category is that there seemed to be no control over temperature and the room was a constant 24-25c even when set at 18-20c. I feel a little unfair not giving full marks as we did not complain to the front desk as I was ill the last 2 days and didn't feel like dealing with the effort to resolve. My overall impression is that if had brought it to their attention they would have relocated us or fixed the issue.

It's Hilton after all.

A nice hotel in terms of customer service. Hilton trained its staff well considering customer service is not highly valued in general in China. Food at restaurant was expensive. The breakfast buffet was not so good. But their Chines restaurant on the second floor was quite good.

Beautiful place

Great place to stay in Dali. Not in the old city area, but up in the hills. Beautiful view, quiet and very nice.

Modern hotel near a tourist spot

Excellent modern hotel with few guests. extremely quiet and fresh decoration with nice staffs. Close to Zhang's Garden and Gantong cable car to Mt. Cang Shan

View from room was great. Room’s quality is amazing. You’ll get what you expect in Hilton. “BUT” Just two things, it’s hard to communicate in English even checking in. Checking trouble hold us like an hour, and no explanation given. (I had to make an hour international call to Expedia to know there was no issue.)

The location and facility are good. BUT front desk staff Lucky LI (Xiaoting Li)’s service was terrible, I was shocked and I never met such a case. My train departs at 4pm so I requested 2 pm check out which was approved after I talked with room service line, my 4 years daughter stayed with me and my 70 aged parents stayed in another room, we all booked executive sea view rooms for better service. BUT when we come back a little bit after 12 pm we can not open the doors for both rooms so I had to walk to front desk to validate the key, unfortunately after I tried again after validation, the door still couldn’t be opened. We were too tired so we requested to send a staff to help to open, but nothing happened after we waited for a while, then I had to call again to ask the front desk to open for us, due to we tried 3 times already, finally after half an hour waiting outside, we were able to enter into two executive rooms we booked. In addition, before 2pm we received a call front front desk to push us to check out quickly. I can not bear it due to the I am traveling with my 4 years daughter and aged parents, it disturbed all my day. I wish the hotel could understand how bad I feel after I met such a service, especially with my daughter and aged parents waited long time for opening the door.

如果您有自己的交通工具，那麼這家飯店好極了，您可以來住。但如果您自己沒有交通工具，那麼恭喜您，這家飯店方圓數里之內沒有賣任何東西的任何店面，完全是荒山野嶺圍繞著一批剛蓋好還大部分空置的別墅。飯店的接駁車下午5:20 從古城回飯店，但一般來說您不會那麽早就回飯店，所以一定還得自己叫車，那麼叫到的車都不願意照錶計價，要另外加錢，原因就是他送你上去自己一定是空車下山，總而言之交通非常不方便。

位置非常偏僻，遠離市中心，建議酒店提供適合及具頻繁的交通予住客來往市中心以及機場。 自助早餐選擇不多。另外面包類素質令人失望，很乾和硬。

设施不错，周边环境待改善。

酒店整体设施不错，但是，位置有点偏僻了，前往的道路让人感觉还没修整好，而且旁边有工地。

位置在半山腰 出行稍微有点不方便

整趟旅程最满意的酒店

酒店很美很大，开车在路上就能看到。大堂正对洱海，风景很赏心悦目。服务人员全都非常友好热情，行李小哥超积极，餐厅的服务员在我们就餐倒很晚的时候也没有丝毫不耐烦。酒店内部也很有趣，有很大的鸟笼和漂亮的休息区，适合拍照。房间里的装饰品很有心。酒店位置对于开车的人很友好，是去古镇的必经之路，往上开就是苍山。但是不开车就难免不便了。所以住这里的话建议租车。总之非常推荐这家度假酒店。

房間景觀很好。地點不錯，交通方便。不過，房間的浴盆的水龍頭漏水，浴室玻璃門不是太乾淨。早餐很豐富，餐廳環境很不錯。

酒店入住指引不清晰不明确-似乎更加强调的是商业地产

希望在酒店入住指引标识上更加明显和多些，商业地产的广告占据了太多，，，从路边开车进入酒店区域竟然很少看到总台的标识/指引，只有大幅的广告，都需要下车询问保安。

飯店工作人員熱情，面帶微笑且主動協助

適合自駕遊，周邊較荒涼需要開車到大馬路或古鎮附近吃。飯店旁邊在施工，但可以看到洱海景色不錯，工作人員也很有服務意識，總是熱情招呼，也會主動詢問是否需要幫助。早餐豐富選擇性多，是一趟舒心愉快的入住經驗。

早餐選擇多樣性，前台服務員的素質高。 總會很有耐心的解釋每個問題， 房間寢具很舒適，房內也很整潔。下一次有機會，會再選擇回訪

프론트 직원이 너무 친절하게 잘 해주셨고, 모든 직원이 다 웃으면서 인사해주셔서 편안한 맘으로 기분좋게 묵었어요. 앞에 공사중이라 낮에 살짝 시끄러운게 단점이지만 별 문제 없었습니다.

对大理的美景种草很久了，终于决定清明节前带着一家老小6口去拔草。老人中年岁最大的已经80，另一位老人出行靠轮椅。面对大理众多的酒店和客栈选择，我以专业的态度进行了地毯式筛选，最后选择了实力希尔顿、喜洲洱海边最获好评的特色客栈、杨丽萍的太阳宫入住。今天，旅行归来，我很负责任地说，实力希尔顿是我们此行最明智之选：首先，五星品质，一如既往，整个酒店从布局到设施再到软件配备、星级管理、贴身服务，无不是妥帖精细；其次，恰当融入大理优质地方特色，包括独占优势的地理位置、房间内配备的鲜花饼等特色小点、餐厅里地道的特色汽锅鸡、过桥米线等等，不一而足；再次，其实也是最重要的，大理地处2000多米的高原之上，初入大理的人，更是需要整洁有保障的住店环境。我们原本希望多些对大理的体验，有两晚去尝试两间著名客栈，哪知回来6人中三人出现发烧和肠胃问题，急忙又回到实力希尔顿休整。所以说，此次大理之行，幸好有实力希尔顿让我们feel at home。

都好，就是几个店员都有狐臭

美中不足的地方

我订了二晚 升级到行政楼层 在八楼 算比较高的一层了 在阳台看日落 很不错 都不舍得离开了 就是在高尔夫 场那边 味道很大的厨房油烟味 很倒胃口 谁会在这里打球和坐坐聊天呢？简直是败笔

New & comfortable

New hotel, quiet, good view facing Erhai. Food quality at Italian restaurant has high standard (highly recommend). In-door pool big & nice. Hotel is up in the hill but no shuttle service, must take taxi and not convenient.
