Very nice room, staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, amenities at the hotel made it feel like a resort with a rooftop bar and entertainment, as well as Starbucks coffee, and a restaurant on site. Would highly recommend and stay again in the future.

I booked a double room for 3 adults… we got a two doble twins bed. At 7:30 am they were already knocking to do room service and construction noise was horrible. By the way, I got a notification about the noise two days ago. This construction was definitely not planned at last minute

We stayed here for one night. I understand the property is under renovations but we were given a room that was renovated but no electricity in the bathroom. They gave us another room but not renovated and the AC did not work. When asked for something else our only option was to take the room with no electricity in the bathroom. They said they would have someone look at but by the time we left there was still no electricity. This room was also by the elevator and the door was not on all the way. So you could hear everything. They did give us free breakfast but just disappointed that we had no electricity in the bathroom and nothing was done to resolve it

Nice property.

The property is nice, however, the rooms are outdated and our shower leaked the whole time we were there.

Our hotel was under construction and the Staff here took fabulous care of us when we were stranded! Thank you!

As soon as I walked in the door to the room, it smells mildew. In the shower, there’s a water leak in the wall. Can’t sleep due to the smell.

Great hotel

Room smelt like mold and mildew. Got sick the next day. Everything else looked great and staff was great.

Did not like that the rooftop bar was closed for the season which was not advertised and did not like that there was no parking for hotel guests because they were having a corporate party in one of the ballrooms. Overall good stay other than those things.

Disclosure was given up front about construction, which I had no issue with. The room itself was disappointing. The bathroom had two lights out, so it was very dark, the toilet paper roll holder fell off due to the distance too far, some type of bug in the corner (hopefully not a bed bug), shower faucet coming off the wall, the a/c turned off due to the design of the curtain holding in the cool air, so we had to open it, which made the room bright while trying to sleep. The bed was not very soft, but linens were clean, until I pulled the sheet back! I understand “work in progress” but some attention to detail could have made the stay a little more pleasant. Also, the breakfast is 22.00 per person, so no thank you. I would not stay here again.

Plumbing is poor. The hotel is too expensive in reference to other hotels in the Hilton chain.

Missing furniture

My room was missing a sofa.

It’s graduation weekend so lack of parking.

Website stated they were going through reservations but the rooms were incredibly outdated and musty smelling. Staff was ok. The Dean restaurant was mediocre at best

The room was nasty again. Headboard pealing off and they didn’t give me my breakfast vouchers so one day we couldn’t have breakfast. The entrance to the cabanas is not easy with luggage due to the stairs. It’s just a nice place with crap rooms.

Pleasant stay!!!

Our stay was pleasant. We stayed here for a hunting trip. They supplied us with extra sheets and comforters. The rooms are big and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

No good

The room looked dirty. There was a food tray in the hallway for up to 12 hrs.

The location was easy to find, the entire staff professional and friendly. My wife and I really enjoyed breakfast. Thanks, Stone

The only real issue was the plumbing in our room. We were in a Cabana room and the toilet would never flush properly. My family had to go to the lobby restrooms to use the facilities. We spent limited time in the hotel because of this issue.

Room not what we order in Aug. Lavatory faucet. Broken not fasten to counter tub faucet broken . Nomaid service .

Worst hotel experience ever! Nasty rooms, rude staff, would not allow check in at 4pm as scheduled! Caused us to miss the event we traveled to see! And your rating site changes my answers from terrible to excellent for some reason. Do not stay here you would be better off sleeping in a ditch! Cannot express how bad this place is and it's not cheap! Exposed electrical wiring in room, mold in ac unit, overall biggest dump I ever had the misfortune in staying in!!!!!

Room smelled of mold, smallest Queen beds I have ever seen, I could reach across & reach the other edge & I am 5’2”! No signage to find room. Breakfast was a joke, especially for the price. Never again!

This hotel needs a massive renovation. It needed a renovation 8 years ago. I stopped staying here for years and thought it would surely be updated by now - NOPE.

Staff was distracted and not helpful. The room had a very strong perfume smell, as if they were trying to cover up a musty underlying smell. It was so strong that is caused headaches. For the price, this room was disappointing, it was very small, especially the bathroom. The outside of the building and public areas were nice, but the actual room was not great.

Avoid if Possible

Not great condition. Room door and bathroom door both got stuck multiple times. Was an adventure to see if we could get in our room or out of the bathroom. The sink and toilet were both broken. Finally, the food for room service was terrible. This was November 2024 and apparently they are going to be doing a remodel soon because they had signs up in the lobby.

The only thing I dont like is that they dont clean the room every day

Arrived at the hotel no rooms available. Was asked yo leave bags and go to the football game and return after the game for room . When we returned to the room no plastic or electronic keys available to the room and u were walked to the room by management but could not leave because u had no key to get back in . Worse service ever . I am a hilton honors member and am very very disappointed. Would not recommend nor stay at that property ever again.

Key system was down. Long line to check in. They lost my reservation.

Room wasn’t ready at 4:30, and then still wasn’t ready at 1:30am! Horrible.

Si I give this stay a one star because the shower won’t open in our! We were only there for one night because my son had a judo tournament at the college and we couldn’t shower in the morning! The knob won’t turn and call the guest services and after 15 minutes of waiting we need to leave to the tournament not what I was not expecting this from this type of hotel! this hotel seems nice and it has great rooftop bar and all But what I expected at all

We were sent the very end of the property as if we were in a totally separate hotel. We entered the hotel through the back doors that did not close properly or needed a key to access.

We enjoyed our stay.

Terrible experience

Absolutely terrible would’ve rather stayed at Motel 6 or in my pick pick up. No USB plug TV didn’t work ac didn’t blow cold room is old and outdated. Just all around terrible experience would never recommend or stay here not a $400 hotel room by any means

Very nice place to lay our heads

Very outdated room with nasty looking carpet. Bathroom was horrid. The entrance and remodel of the front of the hotel leads you to believe that the rest of the hotel is also updated but don’t be fooled. Also tried breakfast bc we had a $18/pp credit and we left after waiting over 30 minutes. The restaurant was not even that busy. Never again!

Needs help, but….

Let’s discuss this place - I saw the mediocre reviews but decided to chance it. They had a Jr suite available so I booked it. I loved the lobby and the lobby bar - So welcoming. The morning staff and shuttle driver were top notch! At 12pm I asked about my room. I knew it was early so no problem. Ran around doing som errands came back at 2pm still no room - grabbed a drink and asked again at 3pm - nope. At 4pm I asked and they said 20 minutes. I had to go to the university at 4:30 so I left with no room to freshen up. Came back at 5:30 still no room available. I’m pretty mad but kept it cool and they gave me two free drinks. Thanks. Did not get my room until 6:30. If I’d planned on going to the game I would’ve been screwed! The room itself was so dated and run down. It was not good! Bed was comfortable though. I Had to call the front desk to get my luggage delivered. Overall not the best experience. But this place has the potential to be really great! The shuttle driver was the absolute kindest young man!

Check in was fast and easy. Room was cold and clean. Really comfortable beds. Great experience. The rooftop bar experience was less than desirable. Limited drink menu and staff seemed to rush the experience because it closes at 12. We arrived around 10:45 but the whole experience seemed rushed like they wanted to leave. I saw several people leave and go to the Buffalo Wild Wings down the street.

We had a nice day… A few hiccups, but the staff was super accommodating and super quick to fix everything :-)

Service was great , staff was great. I was very disappointed the hot tub was out of order , i just wish they would let us know when they are not workkng properly , that was my main reason for choosing there hotel , and them to get there after a long drive to find out it wasn’t working was very disappointing 😡😡

Awesome stay.

Beautiful hotel. Rooftop bar was nice. They had a ton of soccer teams staying there and accomodated them all.

The staff was very nice and attentive, the common areas and the pool were really nice and clean. The room, however, was in an older part of the hotel with very low ceilings. The room was clean but it looked old bathroom had some rust in metal parts.

Good location, needs renovation from what i experienced in the room i stayed in, check in staff overwhelmed with calls and checkins! Needs staffing !

Rooms are really bad. Head board vinyls is ribbed off and missing…only one elevator working for 9 floor tower. New lobby areas nice but rooms are okay until you see the headboards…weird!!!

We were in an older part of the hotel. It was good. The doors to the area we were in didn’t lock which seemed sketch. But the room was comfortable, definitely older but we only stayed one night.

The hotel lobby and the staff were very nice, but the room needed a major update! The head boards were all peeling, the bathroom had hole in the wall the carpet was not clean, they did say they are in a process of remodeling the hotel!

I had a great experience this past weekend staying at the Hilton I will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in college station!

For some reason there was only extremely hot water in the shower. However everything else was okay, the parking was easy, not confusing at all and the staff were all extremely nice.

Double charged my credit card at the pool bar. Night receptionists were not very welcoming and talked me out of getting my reserved balcony room, claiming they were old. Which wasn't the case.

Paid extra for a premium room got their old basic room that was dirty and muggy. Asked front desk receptionist about it and she told me she didn’t know why I got that room. Then asked to talk to the manager and she told me she was too busy to come talk to me. The pool bar had some of the worst bartenders I’ve ever experienced. Rude and didn’t know how to make a simple drink like a Bloody Mary. We unfortunately had a bad experience.

It needs to be updated.

The staff & cleaning service were great. I stayed there at a time when they are renovating the hotel in some areas, so that was kinda of a bummer. The rainy weather didn’t help out either, because the roof bar was closed the whole time…. The room I stayed in had a really weird smell coming from the bathroom. But it wasn’t all that bad of a stay. Hopefully when I go back, the actual hotel rooms will be renovated.

They are working on updating and it is needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby area was very nice and clean.

The hotel is undergoing huge renovation. Our room was okay; I found a baby spider on the bed when we got in the room. When I complained to the front desk lady, she offered us free breakfast the next day. Given the standards and reputation of Hilton, they can definitely do better!

The property is undergoing massive renovation. In a few months it will be fabulous. Right now it’s seriously pardon their dust. I will come again to see the finished product.

Not great

We were kicked out of the pool at 10:30 am on a Saturday morning, 6/15, for cleaning/ shocking the pool. This should’ve been done at 6 am, before the pool was opened! Not prime pool time on a Saturday that left several guests without access for 1 1/2 hours…. For us, that was the only time we were able to use the pool, so very disappointing. Also, rooftop bar and grill was nice, however, limited menu and actual menus were in short supply and in terrible shape…. Very unprofessional…. Only one of the four beers on tap was available, so we had to drink a can beer.

The room was nice but the bathroom could have used some extra cleaning and behind the couch! Other than that it is one of the nicest rooms I’ve stayed in as a travel ball coach with a family!

Great experience from booking online, to check in, throughout our 2 night stay until checkout. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay. Got to enjoy time by the pool with our kids. Beautiful, clean pool area. Loved our entire stay!

Check in Clertk was rude and unapologetic. Didn’t speak, didn’t say anything then place my key card down and said elevator to the right! I don’t even understand how he got a job in Customer Service very rule not didnt see anything wrong once I said something. Just Unpleasant

I’ve been here before, and it’s my go to hotel, while visiting CS. Thank you Hilton and staff for making me feel always welcome.

Dog friendly was great for us.

Nice hotel. Currently undergoing renovation, so, if chemical smells and off-gassing are particularly problematic for you, you might want to book this hotel after those renovations are done. Didn't bother us too much and it was a great place to stay for graduation.

We didnt get much sleep because the person in the room next to us was blaring the tv in the middle of the night all night till 5:30 that morning. Security tried to knock and get them to answer, but nobody would. I told the staff when we checked out and all we got was two cards for 2 drinks at the rooftop bar. Inwas told that that's all they could do because i wasnt a Hilton rewards member. Needless to say, i wouldn't stay there again.

The rooms were not as clean as I expected. The property itself was nice. The lady at the bar was rude and should not be serving anyone anything. Usually I tip but she did not get nothing from me. She actually acted like she did not want to serve us.

Hilton in College Station tallest in town.

10th floor Executive suite with separate bedroom . Great view and the Roof top bar is just 1 flight up and a great place to have a drink in College Station .

I’ve stayed here before, and find it a great place to stay since it’s so close to the campus.

Quick trip

The hotel was under renovations, so I understand the little inconveniences like the room being outdated and the breakfast being limited to a few items. Overall, the hotel was good. The location was great with many dining options. The roof top bar was a great place to end the day with great drinks and service.

We enjoyed our stay. Can’t wait to see how it turns out when all the renovations are complete

Watch for the Bait and Switch

I booked a junior king suite and was given a standard king room because the suite wasn’t cleaned yet. One front desk person was being honest and trying to go check on my room and my booking person kept telling me I didn’t book a suite. I felt deceived and that I absolutely was not a priority. I will never go back there to stay.

Remodeling

Hotel was under construction, most of the amenities were not open. Felt like staying in my mom’s basement.

Room list as accommodating 4 adults and this is a lie. Fold out couch horrible ended up sleeping on floor was better than bed. 10th floor under 11th floor club/party until at least midnight very loud.

The hotel lobby was good and deceiving the rooms were OLD and smell old… the bed backboard pilling …. Pretty BAD They need to renovate ASAP Beds OLD and not comfortable and they are Full size (very small)
